Claims (33)

  1. Waggon für den kombinierten Schienen-/Straßentransport einer Straßenlast sowie dessen Beladung und Entladung, wobei der Waggon zwei endseitige Plattformen (2) und (3), welche von Fahrgestellen oder Achsen (4) und (5) getragen sind, sowie eine schwenkbare Schienen-Tragstruktur (6) der Straßenlast aufweist, welche an wenigstens einem ihrer Enden an den endseitigen Plattformen (2) oder (3) lösbar festgelegt und während der Stadien der Beladung und der Entladung in eine Schwenkbewegung auf einen Bahnsteig zu und von diesem zurück versetzbar und in eine Schrägstellung bezüglich der in Längsrichtung ausgerichteten Hauptrichtung des Waggons bringbar ist,
       wobei die Schienen-Tragstruktur (6) der Straßenlast an wenigstens einem ihrer Enden mittels einer lösbaren und verriegelbaren Verbindung starren Zusammenbaus derart mit einer endseitigen Plattform (2) und/oder (3) verbunden ist, daß wenigstens eine starre Verbindung mit der entsprechenden endseitigen Plattform (2) und/oder (3) zum Abstützen der Last und zum Übertragen sämtlicher statischer oder dynamischer Beanspruchungen infolge der Traktion, des Rollens und der Beladung/Entladung in dem mit dem Transport verbundenen Zustand sowie zum gänzlichen Freisetzen der Enden der endseitigen Plattformen (2) und/oder (3) in dem voneinander gelösten Zustand der Beladung/Entladung gebildet ist,
       wobei die Schienen-Tragstruktur (6) an wenigstens einen Ort zur Aufnahme der Beanspruchungen des Anhebens und des Verschwenkens angepaßt oder prädisponiert ist,
       wobei die Struktur ein Schwenkzentrum (26) oder (28) oder anderes an einem beliebigen Ort des Waggons in dessen Ebene der Längsmittelsenkrechten aufweist,
       dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Mittel zum Halten der endseitigen Plattformen (2) und (3) in Absolut- oder Relativposition während der Vorgänge der Beladung/Entladung vorgesehen sind, wobei diese Haltemittel die verschiedenen statischen oder dynamischen Beanspruchungen infolge der Traktion, des Rollens und der Beladung/Entladung nicht übertragen.
  2. Waggon nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Grund (8) der Schienen-Tragstruktur (6) an wenigstens einen Ort zur Aufnahme der Beanspruchungen des Anhebens und des Verschwenkens angepaßt oder prädisponiert ist.
  3. Waggon nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel zum Halten der endseitigen Plattformen (2) oder (3) in Absolut- oder Relativposition in Form einer unteren mechanischen Verbindung ausgebildet sind, welche die endseitigen Plattformen auf einem niedrigen Niveau miteinander verbindet.
  4. Waggon nach dem vorangehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die untere mechanische Verbindung von einem Längsverbindungselement (23) mit geringer Dicke gebildet ist.
  5. Waggon nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Längsverbindungselement (23) verstärkte Längsränder aufweist.
  6. Waggon nach dem vorangehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die verstärkten Längsränder nach Art von Hohlrohren (53) und (54) ausgebildet sind und zum Durchleiten oder Durchführen von Leitungen und Kabeln für den Fluid- oder Energietransport dienen.
  7. Waggon nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die untere mechanische Verbindung im zentralen Bereich das Schwenkzentrum der Schienen-Tragstruktur (6) trägt.
  8. Waggon nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schienen-Tragstruktur (6) einen dünnen Boden (7) aufweist, welcher so niedrig wie möglich angeordnet ist.
  9. Waggon nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Längsverbindungselement (23) unterhalb des Bodens (7) der Schienen-Tragstruktur (6) angeordnet ist.
  10. Waggon nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Längsverbindungselement (23) in dem Boden (7) oberhalb des die Last tragenden Niveaus der Schienen-Tragstruktur (6) angeordnet ist.
  11. Waggon nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Boden (7) an einem Längsmittelbereich gemäß einer in Längsrichtung angeordneten Aufnahme (9) als Tunnel (10) ausgebildet ist, welcher zur Aufnahme der mechanischen Verbindung zwischen den endseitigen Plattformen (2) und (3) in einer eingezogenen Position unter Eingriff in diesen vorgesehen ist.
  12. Waggon nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schienen-Tragstruktur (6) ein Aufnahmekörper ist, welcher von einem Boden (7) gebildet ist, der von zwei seitlichen Schutzwänden (11) und (12) umrandet ist, welche jeweils in Längsrichtung nach oben von einem oberen Längsträger (13) oder (14) abgeschlossen sind, dessen Enden in Längsrichtung über den Körper hinaus verlängert ausgebildet sind, um individuelle Enden (15) zur Verbindung mit den endseitigen Plattformen (2) und (3) zu bilden.
  13. Waggon nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die individuellen Enden (15) der oberen Längsträger (13) und (14) der Schienen-Tragstruktur (6) kurz sind und an komplementären Aufnahmekonfigurationen (16) an den endseitigen Plattformen (2) und (3) in der Nähe des Randes der Innenseite derselben angreifen.
  14. Waggon nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Körper der endseitigen Plattformen (2) und (3) zur Innenseite des Waggons eine abfallende Stirnseite aufweisen, über welche sich die Aufnahmekonfigurationen (16) der endseitigen Plattformen (2) und (3) hinaus erstrecken.
  15. Waggon nach dem vorangehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die individuellen Enden (15) der Schienen-Tragstruktur (6) in Form von wenigstens einem Haken ausgebildet sind.
  16. Waggon nach Anspruch 13 oder 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die individuellen Enden (15) der Schienen-Tragstruktur (6) kurz und zusammengesetzt und in Form eines doppelten Hakens ausgebildet sind.
  17. Waggon nach dem vorangehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zusammengesetzten Enden (15) der Schienen-Tragstruktur (6) jeweils einen oberen Haken (31) in Verlängerung der oberen Längsträger (13) und (14) sowie einen unteren Haken (32) in Verlängerung der unteren Ränder der Schienen-Tragstruktur (6) aufweisen.
  18. Waggon nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß derjenige Bereich einer jeden endseitigen Plattform (2) und (3), welcher den individuellen Enden (15) gegenüberliegend angeordnet ist, mit Aufnahmekonfigurationen oder -strukturen (16) ausgestattet ist, welche bezüglich der Haken an den Enden (15) der Schienen-Tragstruktur (6) komplementär sind, um jeweils eine starre Verbindung zu gewährleisten, über welche die Schienen-Tragstruktur (6) mit den endseitigen Plattformen (2) und (3) eine Einheit bildet.
  19. Waggon nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er in Nähe wenigstens eines seiner Enden an der Unterseite des Grundes (8) des Bodens (7) der Schienen-Tragstruktur (6) eine sich in Querrichtung erstreckende, ebene Spur (29) zur Unterstützung und zum Rollen für die Hub- und Schwenkantriebsmittel aufweist.
  20. Waggon nach dem vorangehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Spur (29) von einem Kreisbogen gebildet ist, dessen Zentrum mit dem zentralen Schwenkzentrum (28) zusammenfällt.
  21. Waggon nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Enden (15) der Schienen-Tragstruktur (6) in Form von sehr kurzen Armen ausgebildet sind.
  22. Waggon nach dem vorangehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die sehr kurzen Arme von einfachen Verlängerungen der oberen Längsträger (13) und (14) sowie der unteren Ränder der Schienen-Tragstruktur (6) in Form von Haken gebildet sind.
  23. Waggon nach dem vorangehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Haken an jedem Ende der oberen Längsträger und der unteren Ränder zweifach ausgebildet sind.
  24. Waggon nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche 11 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Enden (15) der Schienen-Tragstruktur (6) in Form von langen Armen ausgebildet sind.
  25. Waggon nach dem vorangehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß einem jeden Ende (15) mit doppelt ausgebildeten Haken der Schienen-Tragstruktur (6) komplementäre, übereinander angeordnete Haken (34) und (35) vorgesehen sind, von welchen der obere Haken (34) eine Verriegelungseinrichtung (36) aufweist.
  26. Waggon nach dem vorangehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verriegelungseinrichtung (36) von einem schwenkbaren Finger (37) gebildet ist, welcher an denjenigen Haken, der mit dem entsprechenden Haken (30) der Schienen-Tragstruktur (6) in Verriegelungseingriff tritt, angepaßt und mittels eines automatischen pneumatischen Rückstell-Verriegelungsmechanismus' betätigbar ist.
  27. Waggon nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine einzelne der Aufnahmestrukturen (33) der komplementären Aufnahmekonfigurationen (16) von einem Haken gebildet ist.
  28. Waggon nach dem vorangehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufnahmestrukturen (33) einen oberen Bereich mit etwa rundlichem Profil (60), welches von einer Vertiefung (61) gefolgt ist, und einen unteren Bereich mit einer einfachen Abstützfläche (62) aufweisen, auf welcher die untere Konfiguration des Endes eines jeden Längsträgers der Flanken der Schienen-Tragstruktur (6) nach Art eines Widerlagers zur Anlage kommt, um die lösbare Verbindung zu bilden.
  29. Waggon nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die endseitigen Plattformen (2) und (3) Strukturen aufweisen, welche als Widerlager der seitlichen Feststellung der Enden der Schienen-Tragstruktur (6) dienen.
  30. Waggon nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die endseitigen Plattformen (2) und (3) der Schienen-Tragstruktur (6) mit ausziehbaren Stützmitteln ausgestattet sind.
  31. Waggon nach Anspruch 30, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jedes Stützmittel mit einer Einrichtung (64) zum Verriegeln/Entriegeln des Aufbaus einer jeden lösbaren Verbindung zusammenwirkt.
  32. Waggon nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an wenigstens einem der Enden des Längsverbindungselementes (23) zwei auseinanderlaufende Arme vorgesehen sind.
  33. Waggon nach dem vorangehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden auseinanderlaufenden Arme an wenigstens einem der Enden des Längsverbindungselementes (23) mit einer maximalen Breite geöffnet sind, welche es ihnen ermöglicht, an dem benachbarten Ende der Flanken wenigstens einer der endseitigen Plattformen (2) oder (3) anzugreifen.
