- Vorrichtung zum Einkuvertieren von Einlagen in eine Umhüllung, mit mindestens einem Feeder, wenigstens einer Transporteinheit für das zu transportierende Gut und mit wenigstens einer Klebemittel-Station, die mindestens eine Auftrageinheit aufweist, mit der Klebemittel auf das zur Herstellung der Umhüllung vorgesehene Gut aufgebracht wird, aus dem ohne Verschnitt die Umhüllung herstellbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Auftrageinheit (16, 17) während des Klebemittelauftrages ortsfest angeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Auftrageinheit (16, 17) im Bereich des in Transportrichtung sich erstreckenden Randes (21, 22) des Gutes (1') angeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klebemittel-Station (15) zwei, vorteilhaft im Bereich der in Transportrichtung sich erstreckenden Ränder (21, 22) des Gutes (1') angeordnete Auftrageinheiten (16, 17) aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwei Klebemittel-Stationen (15, 37) vorgesehen sind, die winklig versetzt zueinander angeordnet sind, bezogen auf die Transportrichtung des Gutes (1'). - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen beiden Klebemittel-Stationen (15, 37) eine Aufrichteinheit (27) vorgesehen ist, die das Gut (1') beim Übergang von der einen zur anderen Klebemittel-Station (15, 37) aufstellt. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die vorteilhaft für Heißklebemittel vorgesehene Klebemittel-Station (15, 37) im Transportweg des Gutes (1') vor einem Insertfalzwerk (51) angeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klebemittel-Station (15, 37) in einem Nebenweg zum Transportweg der Einlagen (1", 57) liegt. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die vorteilhaft für Kaltklebemittel vorgesehene Klebemittel-Station (15, 37) in Transportrichtung des Gutes (1') hinter dem Insertfalzwerk (51) angeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung, insbesondere nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Transportweg des zu transportierenden Gutes (1, 1', 1", 57) wenigstens eine Saugtrommel (8, 81) vorgesehen ist, die das Gut in Richtung auf einen Anschlag (6, 80) transportiert. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die vorteilhaft in ihrem Mantel Durchlaßöffnungen (9) aufweisende Saugtrommel (8, 81) an eine Unterdruckquelle angeschlossen ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9 oder 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Mantel der Saugtrommel (8, 81) mit einem Reibbelag versehen ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Bereich der Saugtrommel (8, 81) wenigstens ein Sensor (31) vorgesehen ist, der im Transportweg des Gutes (1, 1', 1", 57) liegt und vorteilhaft den Antrieb von der Saugtrommel (8, 81) auf eine Transporteinrichtung (82, 93) umschaltet. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Förderrichtung (33, 99) der Transporteinrichtung (82, 93) senkrecht zur Förderrichtung (32, 97) der Saugtrommel (8, 81) liegt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12 oder 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Transporteinrichtung durch wenigstens ein, vorteilhaft endlos umlaufendes und mit Öffnungen (26) versehenes Saugband (82) gebildet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Saugband (82) an eine Unterdruckquelle angeschlossen ist. - Vorrichtung, insbesondere nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorrichtung wenigstens eine Umlenkeinheit (93) aufweist, mit der die Transportrichtung des Gutes veränderbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 16,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Umlenkeinheit (93) wenigstens ein Walzenpaar (94) aufweist, dessen Walzen gegensinnig antreibbar sind und deren Drehachsen (100) vorteilhaft in Zuführrichtung (99) des Gutes (1, 1', 1", 57) liegen. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 17,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Walzen (94) eine abgeflachte Seite (95) haben und daß vorteilhaft die Walzen (94) in einer Ausgangslage mit ihren abgeflachten, vorzugsweise parallel zueinander liegenden Seiten (94) einen Freiraum (96) begrenzen, in den das Gut (1', 1", 57) in Zuführrichtung (99) eingreift. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 17 oder 18,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Drehachsen (100) der Walzen (94) senkrecht zu einem Anschlag (6) für das Gut (1', 1", 57) und vorteilhaft in einer senkrecht zu ihrer Transportrichtung (99) verlaufenden Ebene liegen. - Vorrichtung, insbesondere nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 19,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorrichtung mit wenigstens einer Falzeinheit (67, 86) versehen ist, die wenigstens ein Falzelement (70, 71; 87, 88) aufweist, das quer zur Transportrichtung des Gutes verstellbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 20,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Falzelement (70, 71; 87, 88) eine Rolle ist, die um eine in Transportrichtung des Gutes (1', 1", 57) liegende Achse drehbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 20 oder 21,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Falzelement (70, 71; 87, 88) im Bereich oberhalb einer Transportbahn für das Gut vorgesehen ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 20 bis 22,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Falzeinheit (67, 86) in Transportrichtung des Gutes (1', 1", 57) zwei hintereinander liegende, vorteilhaft unabhängig voneinander quer zur Transportrichtung des Gutes (1', 1", 57) verstellbare Falzelemente (70, 71; 87, 88) aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 20 bis 23,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Falzelement (70, 71; 87, 88) in Transportrichtung des Gutes (1', 1", 57) hinter einem, vorteilhaft flügelartig ausgebildeten Aufsteller (68, 69; 89) liegt, der im Bewegungsweg von seitlich überstehenden Lappen (65, 66; 79) des Gutes (1') angeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 24,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der, vorteilhaft stehend angeordnete Aufsteller (68, 69; 89) sich entgegengesetzt zur Transportrichtung des Gutes (1', 1", 57) schräg nach außen erstreckt. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 25,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Insertfalzwerk (51) zwei Falzwalzen (52, 53) aufweist, denen vorteilhaft ein Falzschwert (106) vorgeschaltet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 26,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Falzschwert (106) in Richtung auf den Walzenspalt zwischen den Falzwalzen (52, 53) verstellbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 26 oder 27,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, da auf dem Falzschwert (106) das einzukuvertierende Gut (1", 57) zuführbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 28,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das einzukuvertierende Gut (1", 57) und das zur Umhüllung einzusetzende Gut (1') quer zueinander dem vorteilhaft einen Anschlag (102) für das zur Umhüllung einzusetzende Gut (1') aufweisende Insertfalzwerk (51) zuführbar sind.
