Claims (10)
- Vorrichtung zum Transportieren von flächigen Gegenständen zu einer Verarbeitungseinrichtung, mit einer Fördereinrichtung (10) mit hintereinander angeordneten, entlang einer Umlaufbahn (18) in Umlaufrichtung (U) angetriebenen, individuell steuerbaren Klammern (12), die je zwei ein, in einem Übernahmeabschnitt (16) der Umlaufbahn (18) wenigstens annähernd in Umlaufrichtung (U) zeigendes Klammermaul (14) bildende Klemmelemente (46,58) aufweisen, und mit einer Zuführeinrichtung (74) zum Zuführen jeweils eines Gegenstandes (22) in den Übernahmeabschnitt (16), wobei die Klammern (12) dazu bestimmt sind, im Übernahmeabschnitt (16) jeweils einen Gegenstand (22) bei dessen in Umlaufrichtung (U) gesehen nachlaufenden Kante (22') zu fassen und dann der Verarbeitungseinrichung (26) zuzuführen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zuführeinrichtung (74) im Übernahmeabschnitt (16) ein von der Umlaufbahn (18) eines der Klemmelemente (46) gekreuztes, ausweichfähig ausgebildetes Auflageelement (20) für das jeweils von einer Klammer (12) zu erfassende Erzeugnis (22) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass unmittelbar das Klemmelement (46) das Auflageelement (20) verdrängt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zuführeinrichtung (74) einen Zuführförderer (76) aufweist, der dazu bestimmt ist, nacheinander jeweils einen von einer Klammer (12) zu erfassenden Gegenstand (22) mit einer Zuführrichtung (Z) auf das Auflageelement (20) zu fördern, die quer zu einer Ebene (64) verläuft, die rechtwinklig zu einer vom Klemmelement (46) definierten Klammermaulebene (48) verläuft und in welcher der Übernahmeabschnitt (16) der Umlaufbahn (18) verläuft.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Auflageelement (20) zwei, in Umlaufrichtung (U) voneinander beabstandete Auflageschienen (60,62) aufweist, von denen die in Umlaufrichtung (U) weiter stromaufwärts gelegene ausweichfähig ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3 und 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auflageschienen (60,62) rechtwinklig zur Ebene (64) angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die ausweichfähige Auflageschiene (60) durch ein flächiges, flexibles, einseitig befestigtes Element (66), vorzugsweise aus Kunststoff, gebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Auflageelement (20) durch ein Borstenfeld (98) gebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, gekennzeichnet durch eine in Umlaufrichtung (U) stromabwärts des Auflageelements (20) angeordnete, mit dieser einen stumpfen Winkel einschliessende Führungsfläche (70) für die im Umlaufrichtung (U) gesehen vorauslaufenden Kante (22'') des von einer Klammer (12) erfassten Erzeugnisses (22).
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, gekennzeichnet durch wenigstens eine in Umlaufrichtung (U) verlaufende und seitlich des Auflageelements (20) angeordnete Seitenwand (72'), die der Führung der von den Klammern (12) zu erfassenden Gegenständen (22) und gegebenenfalls als Anschlag für den mittels des Zuführförderers (76) auf das Auflageelement (20) geförderten Gegenstand (22) dient.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zuführeinrichtung (74) einen von seitlich der Umlaufbahn (U) der Klammern (12) her auf das Auflageelement (20) mündenden Zuführförderer (76) aufweist, der dazu bestimmt ist, an einem Trägerband (88) mittels Klebstoff (94) hintereinander angeordnete Gegenstände (22) nacheinander unter lösen vom Trägerband (88) auf das Auflageelement (20) zu fördern.
