Description
Claims (10)
- Verfahren zum Abwinkeln von Hohlprofilleisten (2) beim Herstellen von Abstandhalterrahmen für Isolierglasscheiben, bei dem eine Hohlprofilleiste (2) um einen ortsfesten Punkt abgewinkelt wird, wobei die Hohlprofilleiste (2) beim Abwinkeln an dem abzuwinkelnden Abschnitt von innen her durch ein Biegewiderlager (5) und von außen her durch einen Biegehebel (8) und in ihrem vor dem Abwinklungspunkt liegenden Abschnitt von innen durch eine Führungswange (4) und von außen her durch eine Führung (3) abgestützt wird, und wobei das Biegewiderlager (5) beim Ausführen der Biegearbeit zusammen mit dem Biegehebel (8) verschwenkt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die dem Biegehebel (8) gegenüberliegende und nach dem Abwinkeln innen liegende Wand der Hohlprofilleiste (2), nach dem Positionieren der Hohlprofilleiste (2) in der Biegestelle und noch vor dem Abwinkeln durch Verschwenken des Biegewiderlagers (5) in seine an der dann innen liegenden Wand der Hohlprofilleiste (2) anliegende Stellung nach innen gedrückt wird.
- Vorrichtung insbesondere zum Durchführen des Verfahrens nach Anspruch 1, mit an den Seitenwänden der Hohlprofilleiste (2) anlegbaren Backen (14, 15), mit einem Biegewiderlager (5) und mit einem Biegehebel (8), der eine Biegewange (7) aufweist, die von außen her an die Außenwand der Hohlprofilleiste (2) anlegbar ist, wobei das Biegewiderlager (5), dessen vorderes der Hohlprofilleiste (2) zugekehrte Ende abgerundet ist, unabhängig vom Biegehebel (8) um die Schwenkachse (6) des Biegehebels (8) verschwenkbar ist, um das Biegewiderlager (5) an die Innenwand der Hohlprofilleiste (2) anzulegen, bevor der Biegehebel (8) zum Ausführen der Biegearbeit verschwenkt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das vordere der Hohlprofilleiste (2) zugekehrte Ende des Biegewiderlagers (5) eine abgeflachte Stelle aufweist, die in der Ausgangsstellung des Biegewiderlagers (5) parallel zur Hohlprofilleiste (2) ausgerichtet und an die Hohlprofilleiste (2) anlegbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Biegewange (7) am Biegehebel (8) auf die Hohlprofilleiste (2) zustellbar angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Biegewange (7) an einem Arm (9) eines zweiarmigen, am Schwenkhebel (8) gelagerten Hebels (10) angeordnet ist, an dessen anderem Arm (12) ein Linearmotor (13) angreift, der am Biegehebel (8) abgestützt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Biegewange (7) an ihrer der Hohlprofilleiste (2) zugekehrten Seite eine der Form der Außenwand der Hohlprofilleiste (2) entsprechende Kontur aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Biegewiderlager (5) an einer von oben her an der Hohlprofilleiste (2) anliegenden Führungswange (4) verschwenkbar gelagert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungswange (4) mit dem Biegewiderlager (5) an dem Biegekopf (1) austauschbar befestigt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Biegewange (7) an dem Schwenkhebel (8) austauschbar befestigt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungswange (4) und das Biegewiderlager (5) eine Breite aufweist, die kleiner ist als die Breite der in der Vorrichtung abzuwinkelnden Hohlprofilleiste (2).
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungswange (4) und das Biegewiderlager (5) eine Breite aufweist, die so groß ist wie der lichte Abstand von zwei über die Innenwand der Hohlprofilleiste (2) vorstehende Abschnitte der Seitenwände der Hohlprofilleiste (2).
