Abstract

Die bedruckte Papierbahn (100), aus welcher die Etiketten-Booklets entstehen, wird in der Stanzeinheit (104) mit Stanzungen versehen, welche mindestens eine Reihe gestanzter Bereiche (109) und nicht gestanzter Bereiche (110) bilden, wobei die gestanzten Bereiche (109) jeweils entlang einer in Querrichtung der Papierbahn (100) verlaufenden Linie (111) mit den nicht gestanzten Bereichen (110) verbunden bleiben. In der Umfalzeinheit (105) wird jeder gestanzte Bereich (109) durch einen Druckluftstoß aus der Ebene der Papierbahn (100) ausgelenkt, mittels einer Andrückwalze (113) gegen die Laufrichtung umgeklappt und auf den zugehörigen nicht gestanzten Bereich (110) aufgedrückt. In der Laminiereinheit (106) wird eine transparente, an ihrer Unterseite selbstklebend beschichtete Kunststoffbahn (121) über die gefalzte Papierbahn (100) überlaminiert und angedrückt, so daß eine mehrlagige Bahn (122) entsteht, die an ihrer Unterseite auf einer Trägerbahn (123) aufliegt, welche auf ihrer der Papierbahn (100) zugewandten Seite klebstoffabweisend beschichtet ist. In der Ausstanzeinheit (107) werden die Etiketten aus der mehrlagigen Bahn ausgestanzt, wobei die klebstoffabweisend beschichtete Trägerbahn (123) unversehrt bleibt.
