Claims (22)
- Unabhängig von einem Transportmittel betreibbare Informationsvorrichtung für eine Mobil-Kommunikationsumgebung, mit,einem Eingabemittel (1) zum Eingeben wenigstens einer ersten eingegebenen Position als Zielort sowie zum Eingeben von Zeit-Informationen.einem Positionsbestimmungsmittel (10) zum Bestimmen der aktuellen örtlichen Position der mobilen Vorrichtung,einer Datenbank (11), die Ortsinformationen enthält,einem Verarbeitungsmittel (4,5), das die aktuelle oder eine zweite eingegebene Position der mobilen Vorrichtung mit in einer Datenbank (11) gespeicherten Ortsinformationen bezüglich der Position verknüpft,einem Ausgabemittel (2) zum Ausgeben der verknüpften Informationen,wobei die Vorrichtung zum selbständigen Auslösen einer Meldung zu einem Zeitpunkt ausgebildet ist, der sich aus zuvor eingegeben Zeitinformationen sowie Ortsinformationen aus der Datenbank (11) und von den Positionsbestimmungsmitteln (10) jeweils aktuell bestimmten Positionsdaten ergibt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, ferner mit einem Routenspeicher (8) zum Speichern zum einen des Zielortes sowie zum anderen einer zweiten eingegebenen Position oder der aktuellen Position.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, mit einem Zeitbestimmungsmittel zum Bestimmen derjenigen Zeitdauer, die zum Zurücklegen der Distanz zwischen einem eingegebenen, in dem Routenspeicher (8) gespeicherten Zielort und der aktuellen oder der zweiten eingegebenen Position benötigt wird, anhand der in der Datenbank (11) und in dem Routenspeicher (8) gespeicherten Informationen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, mit einem Zeitbestimmungsmittel zum Bestimmen des Zeitpunktes, zu dem gestartet werden muß, um den eingegebenen Zielort zu einem vorgegebenen Zeitpunkt zu erreichen, anhand der in der Datenbank (11) und in dem Routenspeicher (8) gespeicherten Informationen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung ausgebildet ist, in vorgegebenen zeitlichen Abstand vor oder beim Erreichen des Zeitpunktes, zu dem gestartet werden muß, um den eingegebenen Zielort zu einem vorgegebenen Zeitpunkt zu erreichen, eine Meldung auszugeben.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, wobei das Verarbeitungsmittel (4, 5) ein Routenberechnungsmittel (4) zum Erstellen einer Route inklusive Zwischenstationen und einem Zeitplan zwischen der aktuellen Position und dem eingegebenen Zielort anhand der in der Datenbank (11) gespeicherten Informationen und zum Speichern der Route in dem Routenspeicher (8) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, wobei das Verarbeitungsmittel (4, 5) ferner ein Vergleichsmittel (5) ausweist, das zum Durchführen eines Soll/Ist-Vergleichs bezüglich der zu wählenden Route ausgebildet ist, indem die von dem Positionsbestimmungsmittel (10) bestimmte aktuelle Position der mobilen Informationsvorrichtung mit den in dem Routenspeicher (8) gespeicherten auf die Route bezogenen Informationen verglichen wird.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, ferner mit einem Routenbuchungsmittel (6) zum Durchführen einer Buchung entsprechend der durch das Routenberechnungsmittel (4) erstellten Route oder zum Durchführen einer Buchung und/oder einer Buchungsänderung, wenn bei der Durchführung des Soll/Ist-Vergleichs durch das Vergleichsmittel (5) festgestellt wird, dass der Zeitplan der Route nicht eingehalten werden kann.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, ferner mit einem Zeitgeber (9) zum Ausgeben der aktuellen Uhrzeit.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, ferner mit einem Profilspeicher (19) zum Speichern eines durch das Eingabemittel (1) eingegebenen Profils des Anwenders.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, ferner mit einem Erreichbarkeits-Berechnungsmittel (16) zum Berechnen derjenigen Entfernung anhand der von dem Positionsbestimmungsmittel (10) bestimmten aktuellen Position und den in der Datenbank (11) gespeicherten Informationen, die in einer vorgegebenen Zeitdauer entsprechend einem jeweiligen Transportmittel zurückgelegt werden kann, und zum Ausgeben dieser Informationen an das Anzeigemittel (2), damit es auf dem Anzeigemittel (2) angezeigt wird.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, ferner mit einem Bewertungserfassungmittel (14) zum Erfassen einer von dem Anwender durch das Eingabemittel (1) eingegebenen Bewertung der durch das Routenberechnungsmittel (4) erstellten Route und zum Weiterleiten dieser Bewertung an die Datenbank (11), damit sie dort gespeichert wird.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, bei welcher in der Datenbank (11) neben Ortsinformationen auch uhrzeitabhängige, statistische Transportzeiten gespeichert und verarbeitet werden.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, bei welcher die Datenbank (11) zusätzlich kartographische, infrastrukturelle und gewerbe-bezogene Informationen beinhaltet.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, bei welcher das Positionsbestimmungsmittel (10) eine Positionsbestimmung in vorgegebenen zeitlichen Abständen durchführt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, bei welcher das Vergleichsmittel (5) die aktuelle Position mit der Position des Zielorts in vorgegebenen zeitlichen Abständen vergleicht.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16, bei welcher das Weitbestimmungsmittel (18) die Zeitdauer, die zum Zurücklegen der Distanz zwischen der neuen Position und der Position des Zielorts benötigt wird, in vorgegebenen Abständen erneut berechnet und aktualisiert.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7 oder 16, bei welcher das Vergleichsmittel (5) erkennt, wenn die Position der mobilen Informationsvorrichtung sich nicht verändert.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, bei welcher die in der Datenbank (11) gespeicherten Informationen in vorgegebenen Abständen aktualisiert werden.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, bei welcher die tatsächlichen Zeitdauern zum Zurücklegen bestimmter Distanzen unter Berücksichtigung der Uhrzeit an andere mobile Vorrichtungen übermittelt werden und zur Aktualisierung der jeweiligen Datenbank dienen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, bei welcher die Datenbank Informationen enthält, die auf unterschiedliche Transportmittel bezogen sind.
