Claims (10)
- Kanteneinleger für eine Webmaschine zum Einlegen eines Endes eines Schussfadens in ein Webfach mit einem Halter (15), der mit Mitteln (32) zum Aufnehmen des Endes des in ein Webfach eingebrachten Schussfadens und zum Einblasen des Endes in ein nachfolgend gebildetes Webfach versehen ist, wobei die Mittel zum Einblasen über mit einer Steuereinheit (6) steuerbaren Ventilen (4) an eine Druckluftquelle (5) anschließbar sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Halter (15) mit wenigstens einem drehbar angeordneten Einsatz (33, 53, 63) versehen ist, der mit der Druckluftquelle (5) verbindbar ist und wenigstens eine Blasluftöffnung (37, 54, 57, 61) aufweist, deren Position einstellbar ist.
- Kanteneinleger nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Einsatz (33, 53) einen an eine Druckluftquelle (5) anschließbaren Axialkanal (35) und wenigstens eine im wesentlichen radial gerichteten Blasöffnung (37, 54, 57) aufweist.
- Kanteneinleger nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Halter (15) mit einem Führungsschlitz für Schussfäden versehen ist, und dass der oder die Einsätze (33, 53) vor dem Ende des Führungsschlitzes angeordnet sind.
- Kanteneinleger nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens ein Teil der mit Schussfäden in Kontakt kommenden Bauteile (17, 45, 33) mit verschleißfesten Abdeckungen (18, 52, 55) versehen sind.
- Kanteneinleger nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Halter (15) mit einer pneumatischen Halteeinrichtung (50) für das Ende eines Schussfadens versehen ist.
- Kanteneinleger nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf der dem Gewebe abgewandten Seite (67) des Halters (15) eine Schneidvorrichtung (7) für Schussfäden angebracht ist.
- Kanteneinleger nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schneidvorrichtung (7) in einstellbarem Abstand relativ zu dem Halter (15) angeordnet ist.
- Kanteneinleger nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Halter (15) in Webrichtung vor dem Einsatz (33) mit wenigstens einer zum Gewebe gerichteten Blasöffnung (61) versehen ist, die sich im Bereich einer dem Gewebe zugewandten Seitenwandung (62) befindet.
- Kanteneinleger nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die wenigstens eine im Bereich der Seitenwandung (62) des Halters (15) befindliche Blasöffnung (61) in einem Einsatz (63) vorgesehen ist, der zum Einstellen der Position der Blasöffnung und/oder der Blasrichtung verdrehbar ist.
- Kanteneinleger nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dem wenigstens einen Einsatz (33), der mit der wenigstens eine Blasöffnung (37, 57) zum Einlegen des Endes des Schussfadens in ein Webfach versehen ist, ein mit mittels einer Steuereinheit (6) gesteuerter Antrieb (59) zugeordnet ist.
