Definitions
- the present invention relates to a device for storing a first Component, in particular an oil pan, on a second component, in particular an engine block of an internal combustion engine.
- the insulating gasket must be included However, this device with a certain force between the two Be braced components. However, this distortion presupposes that Both the insulating gasket and the insulating buffer sufficient Have dimensional stability and therefore from a sufficiently hard material consist. This condition to the material hardness, however, leads to that with the proposed in DE-A-27 19 468 device with vibrations with low frequency, as in an internal combustion engine, for example in Idling occur, but achieved no satisfactory results become.
- the object of the present invention is therefore to provide a device for Storing a first component to propose a second component, the improved damping properties even in the low frequency range having.
- a device for Storing a second component on a first component with a first component Support body which via first connecting means on the first component can be fixed, a second support body, which on the second component is fixed or fixed, and a membrane made of an elastomer, which the first support body and the second support body flexible with each other connects, wherein the second support body with a number of second Connecting means spaced from the first support body to the first Support body and / or the first component can be fixed.
- the sealing function and the Bearing function perceived by two different elements.
- the bearing function of the second Connected while the membrane exclusively for Seal the connection is used.
- the second connection means are used in the proposed device only for fixing the second support body at a certain distance to the first support body and not to tighten the device.
- the second connecting means can therefore be on their vibration-absorbing Function to be optimized. They preferably form a support for the second support body, which has a very low material hardness.
- first and / or second support body advantageous as encircling bodies and are substantially rigid so that one Reliable fixing and sealing of the device according to the invention can be achieved on the first component or the second component can.
- the first connecting means for fixing the first support body The first component preferably comprise screws which are in corresponding holes of the first component can be screwed.
- the second connection means for example, in each case a buffer element made of an elastomer of low hardness on, which forms an elastic support for the second support body.
- elastomer is particularly well suited for absorption of vibrations in a wide frequency range, so that vibrations with a low frequency, such as when idling the Internal combustion engine can be effectively absorbed.
- the second Supporting body, and with it the second component, is therefore by the second Connecting means optimally from the first support body or the first component decoupled so that the vibration behavior of the device opposite the known devices is significantly improved. This will be the mechanical stresses to which the fasteners are exposed significantly reduced, so that their number compared to known Facilities can be reduced accordingly.
- an engine block of an internal combustion engine and the second component is an oil pan, resulting from the improved Vibration behavior also has a significantly improved acoustic Behavior of the internal combustion engine.
- the membrane which acts as a sealing element, in turn has a low Thickness, so that their stiffness is vanishingly small. Based on these low stiffness can also through the membrane hardly any vibrations from the first component to be transferred to the second component.
- the Membrane beyond dimensioned so that they are in the storage of the second support body on the first support body or on the first component is slightly bent. In this case, the membrane is at Intended use not mechanically tensioned and a Vibration transmission through the membrane is completely prevented.
- the second comprises Support body corresponding to the number of second connecting means Number of connection openings and the second connection means include that one screw with a screw shaft and a Screw head whose screw shaft through the connection openings of second support body through into a corresponding bore in the first Part is screwed, wherein between the screw head and the second support body each arranged a buffer element made of an elastomer is.
- the screws are just so far screwed into the first component until the desired distance between the is set first and the second component.
- the buffer elements that are arranged between the screw head and the second support body form in this case a support for the second support body, on the this loosely rests. Is the buffer element as described above from a made of soft elastomer, results in an optimal reduction of Transmission of vibrations to the second component.
- Such Design is characterized by the particularly simple installation.
- the first support element in the region of the bores in the first component each have a connection opening through which the screw shaft of second connecting means is feasible and the screw shaft has a the first contactor body facing shoulder surface, which after the Screwing the screw rests against the first support body.
- the Shoulder surface of the screw shaft prevents on the one hand, that the second Connecting means screwed too far in the corresponding holes and thus places the distance between the assembled device the first and the second support body firmly.
- at tightened second connecting means of the first support body through the Shoulder surface of the screw shaft pressed against the first component so that in this area the fixing of the first support body to the first Component can be done by the second connection means.
- the first support body facing shoulder surface of the second Supporting body can be easily formed by a sleeve, which is pushed onto the shaft of the screw.
- the second is Support body loosely on the formed by the second connecting means Support on and is therefore movable in the direction of the first support body.
- a spacer made of a soft elastic material between the second support body and the first support body or the first component may be arranged.
- the Spacer is formed for example as a sleeve, which on the second Connecting means can be pushed. By gently squeezing the
- spacers during assembly of the device may be the Resonance frequency of the system is set to a desired value become. In the case of the oil pan and the engine block can in this way the Resonance frequency can be set to a value at which the Internal combustion engine has as few vibrations.
- the membrane preferably firmly connected to the first and second support body.
- the Membrane may, for example, by vulcanization with the first and / or be glued to the second support body.
- the tightness of the connection can be improved by in the region of a contact surface of the first support body to the first component a or a plurality of sealing lips are provided, for example, in one piece with the diaphragm are formed of elastomer. Such sealing lips can be arranged between the second support body and second component.
- the second support body formed integrally with the second component.
- the support body can formed for example by an angled portion of the component become.
- the connection between the first and the second component predominantly through the thin membrane produced. Due to the small thickness of the membrane, this is permeable to Noise or electromagnetic fields. In certain cases it can Therefore, be advantageous if the device has a shielding, extending across the gap between the first support body and the second Extending support body away. Such a shielding device can at appropriate interpretation a poking out of noise or prevent electromagnetic vibrations.
- Such a shielding device has in one possible embodiment Shielding on, inside or outside of the device at one of Support body is fixed.
- the shielding on the first support body fixed or integral with formed the first support body as a result, the rigidity of the first Support body increases and thus the reliable fixing and sealing the support body is simplified on the first component.
- a device according to the present Invention advantageous for mounting an oil pan on the engine block a Internal combustion engine is suitable. It does not matter if the oil pan out Any metal or a dimensionally stable plastic.
- FIGS. 1 and 2 each show a section through an embodiment of a Inventive device for storing a first component on a second component.
- a device 10 for positioning an oil pan 12 at the Engine block 14 of an internal combustion engine is For example, to a device 10 for positioning an oil pan 12 at the Engine block 14 of an internal combustion engine.
- the device 10 comprises a first support body 16, for example a circumferentially formed metal ring secured by first connecting means, e.g. Screw 18, is fixed to the engine block (see Fig. 2).
- the first Support body 16 is by means of a membrane 20 made of an elastomer with a second support body 22 is connected, which in turn fixed to the oil pan is.
- the second support body 20 may in any manner with the Oil pan 12 is connected.
- the membrane 20 is preferably connected to the first support body 16 and the bonded second support body 22 or vulcanized to this. It guarantees such a sealing function between the two support bodies 16 and 22.
- the membrane 20 fulfills only one in the device according to the invention Sealing function.
- the second connection means 26 comprises preferably a screw 28 passing through a connection opening 30 in the second support body 22 passes into a corresponding bore of the Engine block is screwed.
- a Buffer element 34 is arranged in the form of a sleeve made of soft elastomer. This sleeve is just before screwing the screw 28 on the Shaft 36 of the screw pushed. Because the sleeve is made of a soft In addition, it is preferable for reinforcement to be an elastomer Washer 35 e.g. made of metal between the screw head 32 and the Buffer element 34 is arranged.
- the shaft 36 of the screw advantageously has a thickening, so that a the first support body 16 facing shoulder surface 38 is formed, the after screwing the screw 28 to the first support body 16th is applied.
- the shoulder surface 38 of the screw shaft 36 prevents on the one hand, that the screw 28 screwed too far in the corresponding holes and thus sets the distance between the first and the second Supporting body firmly.
- the first Support body 16 through the shoulder surface of the screw shaft to the Motor block 14 pressed, so that in this area the determination of the first Support body 16 on the engine block 14 by the second connecting means can be done.
- FIG. 3 A plan view of a device according to the invention is shown in FIG. 3 shown. It can be seen under the contour of the engine block 14 which is hidden drawn contours of the first and second support body 16 and 22. Man clearly recognizes that the support body 16 and 22 a small lateral Have expansion and only in the region of the connecting means 18th or 26 each have a broadening. As a result, the assembly of Facility considerably simplifies, as the screws of the individual Connecting means are accessible from below.
- first connection means 18 in the is generally higher than that of the second connecting means 26.
- Die first connecting means are used for the sealed fixing of the first Support body on the engine block. It is clear that to ensure a Sufficient tightness of the distance between each two first Connecting means correspondingly small and accordingly their number must be comparatively high.
- the function of the second connection means In contrast, I limited to the pure determination of the oil pan in one certain distance to the first support body. Because of the good Damping properties of the device described are the second Lanyard hardly exposed to mechanical stress. Their number can therefore be kept to a minimum, with only attention must be paid to a statically determined suspension of the oil sump.
- second connection means 26 for example, be arranged at four points of the circumference of the oil pan.
- FIG. 4 Another embodiment of a device according to the invention is shown in FIG. 4 shown.
- the second Connecting means 26 each have a spacer 40 made of a soft elastic material between the second support body 22 and the first Support body 16 is arranged.
- the spacer is for example as a sleeve formed, which is pushed onto the shaft 36 of the screw.
- the Spacer 40 serves to the mobility of the second support body 22 in Restrict direction of the first support body 16.
- FIGS. 5 and 6 each show a section through a further embodiment the device according to the invention, in particular in the cases of advantage is where in the interior of the engine noise or electromagnetic fields do not arise through the thin membrane can be shielded.
- a shield is 42 mounted on the outside of the first support body 16, which extends across the gap between the first support body 16 and the second support body 22 away extends.
- This shield plate 42 can with appropriate design Escaping unwanted noise or electromagnetic radiation effectively prevent.
- the Shield is integrally formed with the first support body, there As a result, the rigidity of the first support body substantially increased and thus the reliable fixing and sealing of the support body to the first Component is simplified.
