Claims (12)
- Vorrichtung zur Herstellung einer bewehrten Betoninnenschale eines Tunnels mit einem verfahrbaren Bewehrungsvorbauwagen (1) zur Vormontage einer Kalottenbewehrung (2) und einem verfahrbaren, höhenverstellbaren Schalwagen (4) zum Anbringen von Verschalungselementen (14), gekennzeichnet durch einen zwischen dem Bewehrungsvorbauwagen (1) und dem Schalwagen (4) verfahrbaren höhenverstellbaren Bewehrungspositionierwagen (3), der auf beidseitig auskragenden Führungsschienen (11) verschiebbar geführte Bewehrungsaufnahmen (12) zur Übernahme der vormontierten Kalottenbewehrung (2) von dem Bewehrungsvorbauwagen (1) und zur Positionierung der Kalottenbewehrung (2) in einer vorgegebenen Bewehrungsposition enthält.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Bewehrungspositionierwagen (3) einen höhenverstellbaren Unterwagen (10) aufweist, auf dem ein oberer Aufbau (11, 33, 34) mit den beidseitig vom Unterwagen (10) auskragenden Führungsschienen (11) in einer Horizontalebene verstellbar angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der obere Aufbau (11, 33, 34) parallel zur Längsachse des Unterwagens (10) verschiebbar und um eine Vertikalachse drehbar auf dem Unterwagen (10) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen dem Unterwagen (10) und dem oberen Aufbau (11, 33, 34) des Bewerungsvorbauwagens (3) mehrere Hydraulikzylinder (38) zur Verstellung des oberen Aufbaus (11, 33, 34) angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die auf den Führungsschienen (11) geführten Bewehrungsauflagen (12) durch einen Kettenantrieb (39) verfahrbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Bewehrungsvorbauwagen (1) verschwenkbare Arbeitsplattformen (21) enthält, die zum Einfahren der seitlich auskragenden Führungsschienen (11) des Bewehrungspositionierwagens (1) nach unten wegklappbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verschalungselemente (14) des Schalwagens (4) eine Kalottenschalung (46) mit verschwenkbaren Kalottenschalungsteilen (49) umfassen, die zum Verfahren der Schalwagens (4) unter die Kalottenbewehrung (2) und zum Anheben des Schalwagens (14) nach unten wegklappbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verschalungselemente (14) des Schalwagens (4) seitlich verschwenkbare Schalungsseitenteile (47) enthalten.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an den zum Schalwagen (4) weisenden Enden der Führungsschienen (11) seitlich ausklappbare Stützen (41) zur Abstützung der Kalottenbewehrung (2) angeordnet sind.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung einer bewehrten Betoninnenschale eines Tunnels mit folgenden Schritten:a) Vormontieren einer Kalottenbewehrung (2) auf einem von der Bewehrungsposition entfernten Bewehrungsvorbauwagen (1),b) Entnehmen der vormontierten Kalottenbewehrung (2) vom Bewehrungsvorbauwagen (1) durch einen Bewehrungspositionierwagen (3),c) Verfahren des Bewehrungspositionierwagens (3) zum Transport und zur Positionierung der Kalottenbewehrung (2) in einer vorgegebenen Bewehrungsposition,d) Anschließen einer Seitenbewehrung und Montieren einer Anschlußbewehrung an die durch den Bewehrungspositionierwagens (3) gehaltene Kalottenbewehrung (2),e) Verfahren eines abgesenkten Schalwagens (4) mit eingeklappten Seitenschalungsteilen (47) und einer Kalottenschalung (46) mit eingeklappten Kalottenschalungsteilen (47) unter die Kalottenbewehrung (2),f) Anheben des Schalwagens (4) und Anlegen der Kalottenschalung (46) mit nach unten geklappten Kalottenschalungsteilen (49) an die Kalottenbewehrung (2),g) Absenken und Herausfahren des Bewehrungspositionierwagens (3) unter der Kalottenbewehrung (2),h) Schließen der Kalottenschalungsteile (49), der Seitenschalungsteile (47) und einer Stirnschalung,i) Auffüllen des durch die Verschalungselemente begrenzten Raums mit Beton.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zum Entnehmen der vormontierten Kalottenbewehrung (2) verschwenkbare Arbeitsplattformen (21) am Bewehrungsvorbauwagen (1) nach unten geklappt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die durch den Bewehrungspositionierwagen (3) gehaltene Kalottenbewehrung (2) durch ausklappbare Stützen (41) seitlich abgestützt wird.
