Claims (8)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Holzbalkens / Trapezlamellenbalkens (8) mit aus Rundhölzern (1) und aus Rundholzsegmenten (2) herausgeschnittenen Dreieckslamellen (4) und deren Formierung zu Trapezlamellen (6) und die Bildung von Trapezlamellensträngen (7) durch Keilzinkungen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei Rundhölzern (1) zuerst das Heraussägen von kernbereichsbezogenen Parallelstücken / Mittelstücken (3) erfolgt, und die danach entstehenden kreisabschnittförmigen Halbhölzer (2) oder sonstigen Segmente (2) in eine Vielzahl von Dreieckslamellen (4) aufgeteilt werden, und die Dreieckslamellen (4) kernbereichsfrei sind.
- Verfahren nach 1., dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die gleichschenkligen Dreieckslamellen (4), bzw. dreieckähnlichen Lamellen (4) asymmetrisch (10) plaziert sind und keinen gemeinsamen Schnittpunkt (11) aufweisen.
- Verfahren und Formen nach 1. und 2., dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die große Parallelseite (12) immer in unmittelbarer Nähe der Rundholzmantelfäche (5) plaziert ist, und von da aus die Trapezlamellenmittelsenkrechte (13) zur Balkenbreite (B) angelegt wird.
- Verfahren und Formen nach 1. bis 3., dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Trapezlamellen (6) mit verschiedenen Mittelsenkrechtlängen (13) innerhalb eines Holzsegments (2 / 9) plaziert werden.
- Verfahren und Formen nach 2. bis 4., dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die Besäumlinien (15) zur Herstellung der Trapezlamelle (6) an übereinstimmender Schenkellage (14) orientieren.
- Verfahren und Einrichtungen für die Formierungen nach 2. bis 5., dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rohlamellen (4) vor Besäumung (15) unter einer Gradzahlführung (20) fixiert werden, und die Besäumung /Profilierung (15) gleich große / symmetrische Schenkelgeometrien (14) in verschiedenen Rasterbreiten (B) - und verschieden große Parallelseiten (12) - erzeugt.
- Verfahren und Formen nach 2. bis 6., dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die dreieckähnlichen Rohlamellen (4) in der Längsrichtung deckungsgleiche Querschnitte mit Übereinstimmungen von Baumaußenflächen (5) und Trapezschenkeln (14), und somit Faserparallelität (16), aulweisen.
- Verfahren und Einrichtungen für die Formierungen nach 1. und 2., dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Werkstückführung (18) hinsichtlich der Aufnahmegradzahl (20) verstellbar und seitlich (19) - für asymmetrische (10) Plazierungen - verschiebbar ist.
