Claims (18)
- Haarformgerät (1), insbesondere Dampffrisierstab, mit einer rohrförmigen, die Haare behandelnden und mit Durchlässen (2) versehenen Trommel (3), mit einer Zumeßeinrichtung (26), bei deren Betätigung Flüssigkeit aus einem Auslaß (18) eines Flüssigkeitsbehälters (19) über eine Flüssigkeitsführungseinrichtung (17) austritt, mit einer von einer Heizeinrichtung (12) mit Wärme versorgten Verdampfungseinrichtung (13), die aus einer mit der Heizeinrichtung (12) in Wärmekontakt stehenden Verdampferfläche (16) besteht, an der ausgetretene Flüssigkeit zu Dampf verdampft, welcher anschließend in eine Dampfverteilerkammer (91) gelangt und dort über die Durchlässe (2) nach außen strömt, wobei die Heizeinrichtung (12) in einer Verbrennungskammer (7) der Trommel (3) ausgebildet ist, in der beim Heizvorgang eine flammlose Verbrennung eines Gases mittels eines Katalysators (8) stattfindet, deren Verbrennungsgase über an der Trommel (3) und an der Verbrennungskammer (7) ausgebildete Auslässe (2) austreten,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbrennungskammer (7) und die Dampfverteilerkammer (91) eine gemeinsamen Kammer (87) bilden und daß Mittel (26, 17) vorgesehen sind, die ein Eindringen von Wasser von dem Flüssigkeitsbehäter (19) in die gemeinsame Kammer (87) verhindern. - Haarformgerät nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die gemeinsame Kammer (87) von außen von der Trommel (3) begrenzt wird, die ihrerseits mit Austrittslöchern versehen ist, die sowohl die Duchlässe (2) wie die Auslässe bilden. - Haarformgerät nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel (26, 17) derart ausgebildet sind, daß infolge der Betätigung der Zumeßeinrichtung (26) etwa in der Verdampferkammer (14) vorhandene, überschüssige Flüssigkeit jeweils vor einer nächsten Betätigung der Zumeßeinrichtung (26) wieder aus der Verdampferkammer (14) entfernen und in den Flüssigkeitsbehälter (19) zurückfördern. - Haarformgerät nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel (26, 17) aus der Zumeßeinrichtung (26) und der Flüssigkeitsführungseinrichtung (17) bestehen, daß die Zumeßeinrichtung (26) einerseits aus einer nach dem Verdrängerprinzip arbeitenden Druck-/Saugpumpe und andererseits aus dem Flüssigkeitsbehälter (19) besteht, der nur über seinen Auslaß (18) mit der Atmosphäre in Verbindung bringbar ist, so daß beim Rückhub der Druck-/Saugpumpe (26) überschüssige Flüssigkeit in umgekehrtem Wege wiederum über die Flüssigkeitsführungseinrichtung (17) zurück in den Flüssigkeitsbehälter (19) zurückfließt. - Haarformgerät nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verdampfungseinrichtung (13) aus einer dem Auslaß (18) gegenüberliegenden Verdampferfläche (16) besteht und daß die Verdampferfläche (16) Teil einer die Flüssigkeit aufnehmenden bzw. abgebenden Verdampferkammer (14) ist. - Haarformgerät nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Flüssigkeitsführungseinrichtung (17) aus einem im Auslaß (18) befestigten Docht (17) besteht, dessen freies Ende (20) während der Abgabe bzw. Aufnahme von Flüssigkeit in geringem Abstand vor der Verdampferfläche (16) endet. - Haarformgerät nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Docht (17) in beiden Fließrichtungen sowohl Wasser wie Luft transportieren kann. - Haarformgerät nach Anspruch 5 und 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das freie Ende (23) des Dochtes (17) in den Flüssigkeitsbehälter (19) hineinragt. - Haarformgerät nach Anspruch 5 und 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Flüssigkeitsabgabe das freie Ende (20) des Dochtes (17) nur so weit um das Maß (b) von der Verdampferfläche (16) beabstandet ist, daß die während einer Betätigung von der Druck-/Saugpumpe (26) abgegebene Flüssigkeitsmenge ausreicht, am freien Ende (20) des Dochtes (17) einen solch großen Tropfen zu bilden, daß ein Kontakt mit der Verdampferfläche (16) hergestellt wird. - Haarformgerät nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zumeßeinrichtung (26) und die Kammer (24) des Flüssigkeitsbehälters (19) eine Kolben-Zylinderanordnung bilden. - Haarformgerät nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zumeßeinrichtung (26) aus einer elastisch verformbaren Wand (60) besteht, die ein Teil des Flüssigkeitsbehälters (19) bildet. - Haarformgerät nach Anspruch 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Flüssigkeitsbehälter (19) in einer in der Trommel (3) befestigten Isolierhülse (39) in axialer Längsrichtung des Haarformgerätes (1) gegen die Kraft einer Druckfeder (37) verschiebbar ist, daß an dem der Verdampferfläche (16) gegenüberliegenden Ende des Flüssigkeitsbehälters (19) der Auslaß (18) mit seiner Flüssigkeitsführungseinrichtung (17) und am anderen, abgewandten Ende des Flüssigkeitsbehälters (19) die verformbare Wand (60) ausgebildet ist und daß eine nennenswerte Verformung der elastisch verformbaren Wand (60) erst dann möglich ist, wenn der Flüssigkeitsbehälter (19) nach seiner Verschiebung gegen einen Anschlag (86) fährt. - Haarformgerät nach Anspruch 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die elastisch verformbare Wand (60) abnehmbar am Gehäuse des Flüssigkeitsbehälters (19) angeordnet ist. - Haarformgerät nach Anspruch 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Außenfläche (54) des Flüssigkeitsbehälters (19) mindestens ein Zapfen (77) hervorsteht, der nach dem Einsetzen des Flüssigkeitsbehälters (19) eine an der Isolierhülse (39) ausgebildete Ausnehmung (78) bajonettartig hintergreift und daß sich an die Ausnehmung (78) ein in Längsrichtung der Isolierhülse (39) verlaufender Spalt (85) anschließt, der eine weitere Verschiebung des Flüssigkeitsbehälters (19) zur Verdampferfläche (16) hin zuläßt. - Haarformgerät nach Anspruch 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Boden (27, 17) des Flüssigkeitsbehälters (19) von einer mit dem Auslaß (18) versehenen Hülse (27) gebildet wird, daß in dem Auslaß (18) die Flüssigkeitsführungseinrichtung (17) befestigt ist, welche aus der Hülse (27) hervorragt und daß die Hülse (27) mittels einer zweiten lösbaren Verbindung (28), vorzugsweise eines Bajonettverschlusses oder Gewindes (28), an einem Rohr (25) des Flüssigkeitsbehälters (19) lösbar befestigt ist. - Haarformgerät nach Anspruch 15,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Außenwand der Hülse (27) ein Anschlag (34) ausgebildet ist, an dem sich die Druckfeder (37) auf der einen Seite abstützt und daß an der Innenwand der Isolierhülse (39) ein Boden (38) ausgebildet ist, an dem sich die andere Seite der Druckfeder (37) abstützt. - Haarformgerät nach Anspruch 16,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an dem Außendurchmesser der Druckfeder (37) ein Dichtring (35) gelagert ist, dessen eines Ende dichtend an einer Stirnfläche (34) der Hülse (27) und dessen anderes Ende dichtend und gleitend an der Innenwand der Isolierhülse (39) anliegen. - Haarformgerät nach Anspruch 17,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Isolierhülse (39) so tief in die Trommel (3) eingeführt ist, daß zwischen dem freien Ende der Isolierhülse (39) und der Stimseite (48) einer von der Verdampferplatte (4) gebildeten Verdampferkammer (14) ein dampfdurchlässiger Ring, vorzugsweise Filz (47), eingeklemmt ist, so daß der in der Verdampferkammer (14) erzeugte Dampf nur über den dampfdurchlässigen Ring (47) in die gemeinsame Kammer (87) eintreten kann.
