Claims (10)
- Verfahren zum Aufzeichnen von Fahrtenschreiberdaten eines Fahrzeugs (A1; A2; A3), bei demspezifische Daten der Umgebung, der Bewegung und/oder des Ortes des Fahrzeugs während dessen Betriebs erfasst und in einem Speicher (M; SM) zur späteren bedarfsweisen Verarbeitung aufgezeichnet werdenzumindest ein Teil der spezifischen Fahrtenschreiberdaten über eine Funkschnittstelle (V1; V2; VB) einer funkgestützten Einrichtung (MS1; MS2, MS3) des Fahrzeugs (A1; A2; A3) zum Abspeichern ausgesendet und/oder empfangen wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, bei dem
zumindest ein Teil der Fahrtenschreiberdaten nach der Übertragung über die Funkschnittstelle (V1; V2; VB) in einem Speicher (BS-M; SM) außerhalb des Fahrzeugs (A1; A2; A3) abgespeichert wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, bei dem
in einem Fahrzeug (A2) erfasste oder vorliegende Fahrtenschreiberdaten zum Abspeichern im Speicher (M) eines anderen Fahrzeugs (A1; A3) über die Funkschnittstelle (V1; V2) übertragen werden. - Verfahren nach einem vorstehenden Anspruch, bei dem
als Fahrtenschreiberdaten momentane Ortsdaten, Geschwindigkeitsdaten, Abstandsdaten, Beschleunigungsdaten, akustische und/oder optische Daten erfasst und abgespeichert werden. - Verfahren nach einem vorstehenden Anspruch, bei dem
als Fahrtenschreiberdaten Identifikationsdaten übertragen und abgespeichert werden, die das Fahrzeug und/oder den Fahrzeugführer identifizieren. - Verfahren nach einem vorstehenden Anspruch, bei dem
als Funkschnittstelle eine Funkschnittstelle (V1, V2, VB) eines zellularen Funk-Kommunikationssystems, eines Funk-Datennetzes oder eines Funk-Ad-Hoc-Netzes verwendet wird. - Verfahren nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, bei dem die Aufzeichnung der Daten im Speicher (M; SM) zyklisch überschrieben oder gelöscht wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, bei dem die Aufzeichnung der Fahrtenschreiberdaten im Speicher (M; SM) nach Übermittlung oder Ausfall eines Sicherungssignals aktiviert oder gegen Löschen bzw. Überschreiben gesichert wird.
- Fahrtenschreiber mitzumindest einem Speicher (M; SM) zum Speichern von Fahrtenschreiberdaten eines Fahrzeugs (A1; A2; A3),einen Funkschnittstellenanschluss zu einer Funkschnittstelle (V1; V2; VB) zum Empfangen der Fahrtenschreiberdaten von zumindest einem Fahrzeug, das sich unabhängig von Standort des Speichers (M; SM) bewegt oder befindet.
- Kommunikationssystem zum Aufzeichnen von Fahrtenschreiberdaten mitzumindest einem Fahrzeug (A1; A2; A3), das eine Funk-Kommunikationseinrichtung (MS1; MS2; MS3) aufweist,zumindest einer weiteren Funk-Kommunikationseinrichtung (MS1;...; BS), die mit der Funk-Kommunikationseinrichtung des Fahrzeugs über eine Funkschnittstelle (V1; V2; VB) kommunizieren kann und von dem Fahrzeug räumlich getrennt ist,zumindest einer Erfassungseinrichtung (L; P; S; GPS) zum Erfassen spezifischer Daten des Fahrzeugs und/oder relativ zum Fahrzeug, insbesondere von dessen Bewegung und/oder dessen Umgebung,zumindest einer Speichereinrichtung (M; SM) zum Speichern der erfassten Daten,die Speichereinrichtung (M; SM) von dem zumindest einen Fahrzeug räumlich getrennt ist und einen Speicherraum für Fahrtenschreiberdaten aufweist, die auf zumindest das eine Fahrzeug oder dessen Umgebung bezogen sind und die über die Funkschnittstelle (V1; V2; VB) von dem Fahrzeug zu der Speichereinrichtung übertragen werden.
