Claims (15)
- Dispositif de levage-basculement pour véhicules de ramassage d'ordures, pour saisir et vider au moins un conteneur d'ordures dans le véhicule de ramassage d'ordures, comprenant des pièces de construction pour attraper, soulever et basculer au moins un conteneur d'ordures, comprenant en outre une installation hydraulique pour déplacer au moins quelques-unes de ces pièces de construction l'une par rapport à l'autre, au moins quelques-unes des pièces de construction (2,4,6,10,12,16,20,22,24,26,28,12-1,12-2,16-1,16-2,20-1,20-2) étant formées en un seul bloc et sans soudure dans un matériau plus léger que le fer,
caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un bras pivotant (2,4) est prévu pour le basculement de le au moins un conteneur d'ordures et en ce que le au moins un bras pivotant (2,4) et un arbre de pivotement (10) qui lui est relié en résistance à la torsion, constituent ensemble une telle pièce de construction formée en un seul bloc et sans soudure avec un poids inférieur au fer. - Dispositif de levage-basculement selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé en ce que le matériau est un matériau du groupe suivant de matériaux : aluminium, alliage d'aluminium, plastique, matériau composite en plastique, fibres de carbone, matériau composite en fibres de carbone, matériau plastique renforcé par des fibres, particulièrement du matériau plastique renforcé par des fibres de carbone. - Dispositif de levage-basculement selon la revendication 1 ou 2,
caractérisé en ce que le au moins un bras pivotant (2,4) est logé de manière à pouvoir pivoter sur un corps de base (6) qui peut être fixé au véhicule de ramassage d'ordures. - Dispositif de levage-basculement selon la revendication 3,
caractérisé en ce que le corps de base (6) constitue une telle pièce formée en un seul bloc et sans soudure avec un poids inférieur au fer. - Dispositif de levage-basculement selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce qu'un chariot de levage (12;12-1,12-2) est prévu, lequel est disposé de manière à pouvoir être déplacé hydrauliquement à la verticale, afin d'amener avec fiabilité un moyen de saisie de conteneur (16,26,28;16-1,16-2,26,28) prévu sur le chariot de levage (12;12-1,12-2) en prise de bas en haut avec un dispositif de maintien prévu sur les conteneurs d'ordures. - Dispositif de levage-basculement selon la revendication 5,
caractérisé en ce que le chariot de levage (12;12-1,12-2), constitue une telle pièce formée en un seul bloc et sans soudure avec un poids inférieur au fer. - Dispositif de levage-basculement selon la revendication 5 ou 6,
caractérisé en ce que le moyen de saisie de conteneur (16,26,28) constitue une telle pièce formée en un seul bloc et sans soudure avec un poids inférieur au fer. - Dispositif de levage-basculement selon l'une des revendications 5 à 7,
caractérisé en ce que le moyen de saisie de conteneur (16) comporte un corps agencé en forme de peigne dans un matériau dont le poids est inférieur au fer. - Dispositif de levage-basculement selon l'une des revendications 5 à 8,
caractérisé en ce que le moyen de saisie de conteneur (26,28) comporte des bras de suspension qui sont reliés à l'une de leurs extrémités au chariot de levage (12) de manière fixe ou pivotable et qui sont formés à leur autre extrémité comme pièce de saisie pour saisir le dispositif de maintien de conteneurs d'ordures, et en ce que chaque bras de suspension constitue une telle pièce formée en un seul bloc et sans soudure dans un matériau dont le poids est inférieur au fer. - Dispositif de levage-basculement selon l'une des revendications 5 à 9,
caractérisé en ce que le chariot de levage (12) est relié à le au moins un bras pivotant (2,4) à un emplacement éloigné de son axe de pivotement (8) et est disposé de manière à pouvoir être déplacé verticalement par rapport à ce bras pivotant (2,4). - Dispositif de levage-basculement selon l'une des revendications 5 à 9,
caractérisé en ce que le chariot de levage (12-1,12-2) est relié en articulation avec le bras pivotant (2,4) par au moins un bras articulé (36) et en ce que le bras articulé (36) est pivotable par rapport au bras pivotant (34) autour d'un axe de pivotement articulé (38) via l'installation hydraulique. - Dispositif de levage-basculement selon la revendication 11,
caractérisé en ce que le au moins un bras articulé (36) constitue une telle pièce formée en un seul bloc et sans soudure dans un matériau dont le poids est inférieur au fer. - Dispositif de levage-basculement selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce qu'un corps d'appui de conteneur (22,24) est prévu, sur lequel le conteneur d'ordures peut reposer pendant le mouvement de basculement et en ce que ce corps d'appui de conteneur (22,24) constitue une telle pièce formée en un seul bloc et sans soudure dans un matériau dont le poids est inférieur au fer. - Dispositif de levage-basculement selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que le matériau a un poids spécifique inférieur au fer. - Dispositif de levage-basculement selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que la pièce formée en un seul bloc et sans soudure est un corps moulé par injection.
