Claims (20)
- Vorrichtung zum Aufrichten von flachen Faltschachtelzuschnitten (1) oder dergleichen, mit einer Unterform (34) und einem Formstempel (33), wobei beim Eintauchen des Formstempels (33) in die Unterform die Wände des zwischen dem Formstempel (33) und der Unterform (34) angeordneten Faltschachtelzuschnitts (1) hochgefaltet werden, sowie der Formstempel (33) und die Unterform (34) beim Hochfalten der Wände synchron in Förderrichtung der Faltschachtelzuschnitte bewegt werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Formstempel (33) und die Unterform (34) jeweils in einem Kurbeltrieb (31, 32) gelagert sind, wobei die Kurbeln (49, 50 bzw. 60, 61) der Kurbeltriebe (32, 31) in Drehrichtung gegensinnig angetrieben werden.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie einen einzigen Formstempel (33) und eine einzige Unterform (34) zum Aufrichten der Faltschachtel aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine umlaufende Transporteinheit (28) zum Transportieren der Faltschachtelzuschnitte (1) zur Vorrichtung sowie der aufgerichteten Faltschachteln (23) von dieser weg aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Transporteinheit (28) mit Mitnehmern (29) für die Faltschachtelzuschnitte (1) bzw. aufgerichteten Faltschachteln (23) versehen ist, insbesondere mit unmittelbar hinter diesen plazierten Mitnehmern (29) versehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Faltschachtelzuschnitte (1) bzw. die aufgerichteten Faltschachteln (23) auf Leisten (36) aufliegen, insbesondere auf Führungsleisten (36) für umlaufende Ketten (39), an denen die Mitnehmer (29) befestigt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mehrere parallel zueinander angeordnete Leisten (36) mit Ketten (39) und Mitnehmern (29) vorgesehen sind.

- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Transportniveau der den Faltschachtelzuschnitt (1) aufnehmenden Leiste (36) höher plaziert ist als das tiefste Niveau des oberen Endes der Unterform (34), sowie tiefer plaziert ist als das höchste Niveau des oberen Endes der Unterform (34).
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Transportniveau der den Faltschachtelzuschnitt (1) aufnehmenden Leiste (36) tiefer plaziert ist als das tiefste Niveau des unteren Endes des Formstempels (33).
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Unterform (34) geteilt ausgebildet ist und zwischen den Teilen (34a, 34b) der Unterform (34) die Bauteile die Transporteinheit (28), die den Bodenabschnitt (2) des Zuschnitts (1) kontaktieren, durchgeführt ist.

- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Formstempel (33) und die Unterform (34) während des gesamten Umlaufs der Kurbeltriebe (31, 32) vertikal angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Hochfalten des Faltschachtelzuschnitts (1) über einen Kurbelwinkel des jeweiligen Kurbeltriebs (31, 32) von 50 bis 70° erfolgt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Vorhub des Faltschachtelzuschnitts (1) mittels der Unterform (34) vor dem Zusammenwirken von Unterform (34) und Formstempel (33) erfolgt, insbesondere über einen Kurbelwinkel des der Unterform (34) zugeordneten Kurbeltriebs (32) von 20 bis 40°.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 13 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der jeweilige Kurbeltrieb (31, 32) als Doppelschwinge (49, 50, 60, 61) ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kurbeltriebe (31, 32) und/oder die Transporteinheit (28) mittels eines oder mehrerer Servoantriebe (45) antreibbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Formstempel (33) auf seiner Unterseite mit einem oder mehreren Saugelementen (67), insbesondere mit pneumatisch wirksamen Saugelementen versehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Formstempel (33) auf seiner Unterseite mit einem oder mehreren Ausstoßern (69), insbesondere mit mechanisch wirksamen Ausstoßern, versehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Transporteinheit (28) und/oder seitliche Führungen (73, 75) des Faltschachtelzuschnitts (1) bzw. der aufgerichteten Faltschachtel (23) in der Breite einstellbar sind.
