Claims (4)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines gehärteten Blechprofils aus einer gegebenenfalls vorgeformten Platine, wobei zunächst aus ebenen Bereichen der Platine (1) Durchzüge (5) mit vorstehenden Kragen (6) sowie zumindest eine in Richtung der Kragen (6) ausgestellte Sicke (7) ausgeformt werden, wonach die Platine (1) auf einem Fördermittel (4) in einer Wärmebehandlungsanlage (2) erwärmt, anschließend in einem Pressenwerkzeug zum Blechprofil warm umgeformt und danngehärtet wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei eine Sicke (7) tiefer als ein Kragen (6) ausgebildet wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei die Sicke (7) nutartig gestaltet und in Förderrichtung (F) orientiert wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei die Sicke (7) im Pressenwerkzeug eingeebnet wird.
