Claims (29)

  1. Unité d'emballage et/ou de transport pour éléments de matériau isolant en forme de panneaux, en particulier pour panneaux isolants, de préférence en fibres minérales, en particulier en laine minérale, constituée par plusieurs éléments de matériau isolant et une enveloppe de préférence configurée comme une feuille dans laquelle les éléments de matériau isolant sont placés de telle manière qu'ils sont debout sur l'un de leurs petits côtés de préférence dans le sens longitudinal des éléments de matériau isolant,
    caractérisée en ce que les éléments de matériau isolant (2) sont placés dans au moins une, de préférence dans deux couches (3) superposées, chaque couche (3) présentant au moins deux rangées (4) d'éléments de matériau isolant (2) et que les éléments de matériau isolant (2) entourés par la feuille (8) sont placés avec leurs petits côtés (7) dans le sens longitudinal des éléments de matériau isolant sur des corps d'appui (12), les corps d'appui (12) étant placés substantiellement à angle droit avec l'extension longitudinale des éléments de matériau isolant (2) et étant reliés par des éléments de jonction aux éléments en matériau isolant (2) et à la feuille (8).
  2. Unité d'emballage et/ou de transport selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisée en ce que les éléments de matériau isolant (2) sont placés dans la feuille (8) par une compression sur leurs grandes surfaces (6).
  3. Unité d'emballage et/ou de transport selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisée en ce que la feuille (8) adhère sur les grandes surfaces (6) des éléments de matériau isolant (2) situés à l'extérieur dans la ou les couches (3) et les petits côtés (7) qui vont dans le sens longitudinal des éléments de matériau isolant (2).
  4. Unité d'emballage et/ou de transport selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisée en ce que la feuille (8) adhère partiellement aux surfaces frontales formées par les surfaces latérales (5) transversalement au sens longitudinal.
  5. Unité d'emballage et/ou de transport selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisée en ce que la feuille (8) est enroulée au moins en double couche.
  6. Unité d'emballage et/ou de transport selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisée en ce que les corps d'appui (12) sont fixés aux éléments de matériau isolant (2) avec respectivement une bande de feuille (13), les bandes de feuille (13) étant enroulées autour des éléments en matériau isolant (2) et de la feuille (8).
  7. Unité d'emballage et/ou de transport selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisée en ce que les corps d'appui (12) sont placés à l'intérieur de la feuille (8) et sont placés directement sur les petits côtés (7) allant dans le sens longitudinal des éléments de matériau isolant (2).
  8. Unité d'emballage et/ou de transport selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisée en ce que la longueur des corps d'appui (12) coïncide avec la somme de la largeur de tous les petits côtés (7) couchés et allant dans le sens longitudinal des éléments de matériau isolant (2) d'une couche (3).
  9. Unité d'emballage et/ou de transport selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisée en ce que les corps d'appui (12) sont configurés de forme trapézoïdale en section longitudinale.
  10. Unité d'emballage et/ou de transport selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisée en ce que les extrémités de la feuille (8) sont soudées, collées, rivetées, agrafées et/ou cousues l'une avec l'autre.
  11. Unité d'emballage et/ou de transport selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisée en ce qu'une banderole (15) qui va entre deux corps d'appui voisins (12) est placée autour de la feuille (8).
  12. Unité d'emballage et/ou de transport selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisée en ce qu'un moyen adhésif, par exemple un ruban adhésif double face et/ou une colle que l'on peut appliquer au pistolet est placé entre la feuille (8) et les surfaces des éléments de matériau isolant (2) qui adhèrent à la feuille (8).

  14. Unité d'emballage et/ou de transport selon la revendication 13,
    caractérisée en ce que l'insert (les inserts) (19) adhère(nt) sur une partie de la surface sur les petits côtés (7) des éléments de matériau isolant (2) dans le sens longitudinal des éléments de matériau isolant.
  15. Unité d'emballage et/ou de transport selon la revendication 14,
    caractérisée en ce qu'au moins un ruban résistant à la traction (20) est placé dans la zone des sections de la pièce intercalaire (19) qui reposent sur les petits côtés (7) des éléments de matériau isolant qui sont dans le sens longitudinal des éléments de matériau isolant.
  16. Unité d'emballage et/ou de transport selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisée en ce qu'une feuille qui décrit des méandres, de préférence résistante à l'arrachement, est placée entre les éléments de matériau isolant (2).
  17. Unité d'emballage et/ou de transport selon la revendication 16,
    caractérisée en ce que la feuille qui décrit des méandres est reliée à ses extrémités.
  18. Unité d'emballage et/ou de transport selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisée en ce que les éléments de matériau isolant (2) et la feuille (8) sont enveloppés par une feuille allant dans le sens longitudinal des éléments de matériau isolant (2).
  19. Unité d'emballage et/ou de transport selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisée en ce que la feuille (9) est configurée comme une feuille extensible, de préférence en polyéthylène.
  20. Unité d'emballage et/ou de transport selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisée en ce que la feuille (9) a une épaisseur de matière de 15 à 20 µm, en particulier de 20 à 30 µm.
  21. Unité d'emballage et/ou de transport selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisée en ce que la feuille (8) présente une largeur de 350 à 1000 mm, en particulier de 500 mm, et les zones de chevauchement de bandes de feuille voisines sont larges de 25 à 150 mm.
  22. Unité d'emballage et/ou de transport selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisée en ce que les corps d'appui (12) sont constitués par de la laine minérale fortement comprimée, en particulier en lamelles de laine minérale.
  23. Emballage de transport pour unités d'emballage et/ou de transport pour éléments de matériau isolant en forme de panneaux, en particulier de panneaux isolants, de préférence en fibres minérales, en particulier en laine minérale, qui sont constitués respectivement par au moins une, de préférence par deux couches superposées d'éléments de matériau isolant et une enveloppe de préférence configurée comme une feuille dans laquelle les éléments de matériau isolant sont placés dans chaque couche de telle manière qu'ils sont debout sur l'un de leurs petits côtés allant de préférence dans le sens longitudinal des éléments de matériau isolant,
    caractérisé en ce que plusieurs unités d'emballage et/ou de transport (1) selon la revendication 1 sont réunies et sont entourées avec une feuille et sont placées sur au moins un corps d'appui (12).
  24. Procédé pour la fabrication d'une unité d'emballage et/ou de transport pour des éléments de matériau isolant en forme de panneaux selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que plusieurs éléments de matériau isolant sont posés serrés les uns à côté des autres dans au moins une, de préférence deux couches superposées sur l'un de leurs petits côtés dans le sens longitudinal, chaque couche présentant au moins deux rangées d'éléments de matériau isolant, les éléments de matériau isolant étant comprimés par une pression sur leurs grandes surfaces, les éléments de matériau isolant comprimés étant enveloppés avec une feuille et finalement les éléments de matériau isolant placés dans la feuille étant reliés à des corps d'appui qui sont placés transversalement à l'extension en longueur des éléments de matériau isolant dans la zone des petits côtés debout.
  25. Procédé pour la fabrication d'une unité d'emballage et/ou de transport pour des éléments de matériau isolant en forme de panneaux selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que plusieurs éléments de matériau isolant sont posés serrés les uns à côté des autres dans au moins une, de préférence deux couches superposées sur l'un de leurs petits côtés dans le sens longitudinal, chaque couche présentant au moins deux rangées d'éléments de matériau isolant, les éléments de matériau isolant étant comprimés par une pression sur leurs grandes surfaces, des corps d'appui étant posés sur les éléments de matériau isolant comprimés, les éléments de matériau isolant étant enroulés ensemble avec les corps d'appui avec une feuille, les corps d'appui étant placés transversalement par rapport à l'extension en longueur des éléments de matériau isolant dans la zone des petits côtés.
  26. Procédé selon la revendication 24 ou 25,
    caractérisé en ce que les éléments de matériau isolant sont comprimés par des panneaux agissant mécaniquement sur les grandes surfaces posés à l'extérieur dans la couche.
  27. Procédé selon la revendication 24 ou 25,
    caractérisé en ce que les éléments de matériau isolant sont placés entièrement dans une enveloppe en une feuille étanche à l'air, une dépression par laquelle les éléments de matériau isolant étant ensuite produite dans la feuille et finalement la feuille étant rétrécie pour maintenir les éléments de matériau isolant comprimés dans leur position comprimée.
  28. Procédé selon la revendication 24 ou 25,
    caractérisé en ce que plusieurs, de préférence quatre unités d'emballage et/ou de transport sont réunies en un emballage.
  29. Procédé selon la revendication 28,
    caractérisé en ce que chaque emballage est placé sur des corps d'appui, de préférence sur une palette.
