Definitions
- the invention relates to a packaging and / or transport unit for plate-shaped Insulating elements, in particular insulation boards, preferably made of Mineral fibers, in particular of rock wool, consisting of several insulating elements and a preferably formed as a foil envelope, in the insulating elements are arranged such that they rest on one of their preferably in the longitudinal direction of the insulating material extending narrow sides get up.
- plate-shaped Insulating elements in particular insulation boards, preferably made of Mineral fibers, in particular of rock wool, consisting of several insulating elements and a preferably formed as a foil envelope, in the insulating elements are arranged such that they rest on one of their preferably in the longitudinal direction of the insulating material extending narrow sides get up.
- the invention relates to a transport container for packaging and / or transport units for plate-shaped insulating elements, in particular insulation boards, preferably of mineral fibers, in particular of rock wool, each of at least one, preferably two superimposed arranged layers of insulating elements and one preferably as a film Made up of wrapping, in which the insulating elements in each layer are arranged so that they on one of them, preferably in the longitudinal direction stand up the insulating elements running narrow sides.
- the invention relates to a method for producing a packaging and / or Transport unit for plate-shaped insulating elements.
- Insulating materials are widely used in buildings and facilities. The sales of mineral wool insulation materials alone reaches in Germany every year the order of about 15 to 20 million cubic meters. insulation materials are lightweight, voluminous and despite high utility inexpensive goods. Because of the limit large space requirements with relatively little added value Trading company the provision of insulation materials to a minimum. The manufacturers of insulating materials therefore have a favorable logistics for the Direct delivery of insulation materials developed on construction sites, when needed produced and in the name and for the account of the trading company the insulation materials on time to the hands of a manufacturing company be delivered directly to the construction site.
- the insulation materials are in Packing and / or transport units provided, which are Packages or packages of several packages with insulation elements, for example Insulating boards or Dämmfilz rollers is therefore no longer individually stacked in the hold of a transport vehicle. Though can be a large extent with the individual arrangement of the insulating elements achieve optimum utilization of the loading volume, but this advantage is Economical due to the labor-intensive loading and unloading of the transport vehicle up distortion.
- the summarization of the insulation elements to palletized Packaging and / or transport units allows a fast and economical loading and unloading of transport vehicles.
- Roof insulation panels made of mineral fibers have densities of about 100 to 200 kg / m 3 .
- roof insulation panels which in a surface zone with about 180 to 220 kg / m 3 have a significantly higher density than underlying arranged areas of the roof insulation panels.
- the highly compressed surface zone is intended to increase the rigidity of the roof insulation panels when walking.
- These roof insulation panels usually have thicknesses of about 30 - about 160 kg / m 3 .
- the roof insulation panels are packed together by shrink-film wraps into packages of about 20 kg in weight and thicknesses of about 20 to 40 cm. Such packages are mostly shipped individually or stacked on wooden pallets.
- a Plate stack forms the basis for a packaging and / or transport unit.
- a well-proven in practice packaging and / or Transport unit is described in DE 92 183 20 U1.
- the plate stack rests here on at least two support bodies, preferably from the same Material such as the roof insulation panels, the plate stack and the roof insulation panels is wrapped with a plastic film.
- the support body allow driving under the packing and transport unit with pallet truck or a fork-type lifting device of forklift trucks.
- the envelope consists of stretch films, preferably made of polyethylene.
- the Film is in particular in the area of the support body several times around the plate stack wrapped for greater transport safety.
- stretch film have a good cohesion between the individual film layers.
- the roof insulation panels by virtue of the dimensions of the roof insulation panels, the relatively high weight of individual roof insulation panels and the resulting friction forces the plate stack already has a high internal rigidity and behaves essentially like a homogeneous block of mineral fibers.
- Cheap also has the effect that the roof insulation panels on a production line be separated transversely from the initially endless fiber web. The roof insulation panels thus have in the longitudinal direction, that is transverse to the original Manufacturing direction is located, a much higher internal stiffness and Flexural strength on, as in the direction of the plate width.
- a packaging and / or transport unit of such roof insulation panels thus indicates at an average height of the disk stack of 1.2 m Total weight of about 500 kg and is without corresponding transport equipment, such as cranes, forklifts or the like not manageable.
- the support body dimensioned so that neither the insulating elements still the support body overloaded and thus damaged.
- the normally about 400 mm wide support body are over the entire width of the Plate stack arranged.
- the packaging and / or transport units are used in the factory for the transport or storage at the manufacturer or on the site compiled.
- Transportation to the construction site or to a warehouse of a manufacturing Company or a trading company is usually with Trucks. Because of the greater flexibility are predominantly trucks used with overplated flatbeds or Ă¼berplante interchangeable beds.
- the packing and / or transport units are made using lift trucks From both sides on the bed of the truck or a Trailer, with no more than two packaging and / or transport units are arranged one above the other.
- the numerous Side brackets of the over-planning opened and half of the tarp with Help of boards or the like folded upwards and on the scaffold be filed.
- the packaging and / or transport units are to be avoided immediately distributed on a supporting roof shell.
- the fork is driven centrally under the plate stack, although that at the often uneven terrain in the construction site area is not always possible, so that the envelope together with the support body possible damage by the forks of the lift truck is exposed. These damage affect the intended subsequent use of the support body as being processed Insulation material. Furthermore, in the careless driving under or parked side by side on the bed of the truck Packaging and / or transport units and subsequent lifting the packaging and / or transport unit, the adjacent packing and / or transport unit to be damaged.
- the fork When handling the packaging and / or transport unit with a Forklift, the fork should be placed in the middle of the plate stack. As a result, arranged in the plate stack insulation elements are considerably stressed on bending, the upper zones of the insulating elements be claimed on train. In a frontal lifting to Transport of the plate stack on the roof surface shifts the tension zone but down. These heavy loads in alternating directions, as well as occurring during transport of the packaging and / or transport unit dynamic forces are in the design of the enclosure or the Arrangement of the insulating elements to be considered.
- From DE 40 26 807 A1 is a packaging unit made of mineral wool plates known with a wrapper that consists of a shrinkable plastic film and whose ends are connected by a weld, wherein flanged at the weld an outwardly facing carrying tab is. Visible this is again a small container for handling, for example, on a scaffold or a simple Sales and transport in hardware stores and other specialty stores so-called do-it-yourself craftsmen.
- a generic packaging and / or transport unit is from the DE 298 08 864 U1 known and has a plurality of insulating elements, which on a get up their narrow sides, being on opposite narrow sides parallel and spaced apart stiffening elements, for example made of flat wood or chipboard strips are arranged.
- the insulating elements are together with the stiffening elements with surrounded by two foils, with the first foil on the stiffening elements and the narrow sides of the insulating material is applied, while the second film to the large surfaces and the still free narrow sides of the insulation elements is arranged adjacent.
- this transport unit has to be handled as well on construction sites Transport unit proven.
- the number of in such a transport unit to arrange plate-shaped insulating elements is limited, since at a too large number of insulating elements both the weight disadvantageous is, as well as the handling of the transport unit by means of the support element is awkward.
- the transport of the previously known transport unit leads
- a large number of individual transport units, for example, in one Trucks must be packed.
- Stiffening elements are therefore also no support body, the handling the previously known transport unit with conventional hoists, for example Cranes or forklifts allowed.
- stiffening elements on the one hand due to the reducing Weight of such a transport unit can be made very thin and on the other hand only have the task, the corresponding transport unit fascisteifen, which in particular with regard to the arrangement of Support elements is required to allow the portability of the transport unit. Without the stiffening elements shown would namely the Supporting elements between the adjacent plate-shaped insulating elements slip out and find no foothold, so the portability of the transport unit would be very limited.
- the invention has for its object to provide a packaging and / or transport unit and / or a transport container and / or a method for producing this packaging and / or transport unit, a high in the or in which Stability are given both during transport and in handling on a construction site and at the same time a more economic, since cost-effective transport is possible.
- the insulating elements are arranged in at least one, preferably two superimposed layers, each layer has at least two rows of insulating elements and that surrounded by the film insulating elements with their in the longitudinal direction of the insulating elements extending narrow sides are arranged on support bodies, wherein the support body arranged substantially at right angles to the longitudinal extension of the insulating elements and are connected via connecting elements with the insulating elements and the film.
- the transport package is provided for solving the problem that several packaging and / or transport units are summarized according to claim 1 and surrounded by a film and arranged on at least one support body.
- a first embodiment of the method according to the invention in which a plurality of insulating elements in at least one, preferably two superimposed layers are placed close to each other on one of its longitudinal narrow sides, each layer having at least two rows of insulating elements, the Insulation elements are compressed by a pressure on their large surfaces, the compressed insulation elements are wrapped with a film and finally arranged in the film insulation elements are connected to support bodies, which are arranged transversely to the longitudinal extent of the insulating elements in the region of the upstanding narrow sides.
- a second embodiment of the method according to the invention provides for solving the problem that several insulating elements are placed in at least one, preferably two superimposed layers on one of its longitudinally extending narrow sides close to each other, each layer has at least two rows of insulating elements, the insulating material by compressed pressure on their large surfaces are placed on the compressed insulation elements support body, the insulating elements are wrapped together with the support body with a film, the support bodies are arranged transversely to the longitudinal extent of the insulating elements in the narrow sides.
- the insulating elements in the Foil are arranged such that they with their narrow sides on support bodies get up. This gives the possibility of a large number of To arrange insulating elements in a packaging and / or transport unit, because it does not depend on a good manageability by a person. Rather, the packaging and / or transport unit according to the invention be manageable with machines, i. for example, with lifting devices on a truck can be placed or lifted off this.
- the insulating elements are under compression on their large surfaces arranged in the film.
- the insulating elements in a first step on their Narrow pages are arranged side by side, before then on both sides of such a stack formed a printing plate on the free large surface the respective outer insulating elements acts and compresses the stack.
- the jacket of the thus compressed and compressed stacks of the insulation elements with a shrink film.
- the the stack to the jacket under pressure-holding compression plates are then pulled out of the shell, whereupon the Shrink film then shrunk by a thermal treatment can be.
- the support body can here directly within the Be arranged foil. But it is also possible, the support body subsequently outside the film with further film strips or a change to fix. In any case, an overall stable packaging and / or transport unit for plate-shaped insulating elements.
- Lightweight insulating elements made of mineral fibers have densities of about 22 to 50 kg / m 3 when produced from stone fibers and about 12 to 35 kg / m 3 when manufactured from glass fibers. These insulating elements are easy to compress even with low forces. However, this also results in a low compressive strength and rigidity of such insulation elements.
- the insulating elements can be compressed.
- compressed Insulating elements or packages of compressed insulating elements are inherently stiff and do not have the disadvantages described above.
- the disadvantage is that a stack of such insulating elements is not homogeneous can be compressed. Rather, the compression and the reaction force acts almost exclusively on the outer plates, which deforms permanently while the inboard insulation elements are largely stay uncompressed.
- Such transport containers serve primarily for transport from the manufacturer to a trading company, where the transport containers are mostly parked and the contents in individual packaging and / or transport units is sold. If necessary also the packaging and / or transport units open and individual Insulation elements offered and sold.
- the narrow sides of the insulation elements form a total of a smooth bearing surface. It is therefore advantageous form the transport containers in such a way that the packaging and / or transport units arranged on their narrow sides standing one above the other become.
- the insulation elements are to be wound into the film under compression on their large surfaces in such a way that the insulating elements are introduced into the film together with the support bodies in one operation.
- the length of the support body corresponds to the width of the compacted insulating elements.
- the ends of the support bodies are angled in accordance with the material.
- the insulating elements are compressed together with the sheath and the support body.
- the ends of the film forming the sheath are welded together, glued, riveted, clamped and / or sewn.
- a centrally arranged frictional band increases the strength and rigidity of the packaging and / or transport unit.
- the compression of the insulating element takes place in this embodiment not by appropriate pressure plates, which on large surfaces of the external insulation elements act, but by a negative pressure.
- the insulating elements are surrounded by the envelope, the Enclosed closed and evacuated from the cladding the air. Finally the opening is welded to evacuate the air so that the Insulating elements are arranged under compression in the enclosure. With the application of the negative pressure is a gentle compression of the entire Achieved insulation elements.
- the films commonly used are relatively smooth and have consequently only low coefficients of friction.
- the inner movements der Dämmstoffetti therefore find preferred on these sliding surfaces of Slides instead.
- the bearing surfaces of the films are provided with double adhesive tapes or impregnated by slow-acting adhesive sprays. Through this inner Reinforcement can be the strength and amount of the wrapper or foil be significantly reduced.
- tensile deposits can also be called Cover layers below the foil of a packaging and / or transport unit or a Transportgebindes be provided.
- the packing and / or transport unit is placed on support bodies, whose flanks are angled in accordance with the material. Between the insulation elements and the support bodies an intermediate layer is inserted, the larger in area than the surface of the erected insulating elements formed is. The projecting beyond the insulating elements area of the intermediate layer are angled upwards to increase the absorbable tensile force.
- a comparable intermediate layer is on the location of the insulating elements placed underneath the casing. In this area, the over the insulating material protruding portions of the intermediate layer down bent.
- an additional layer between the insulating elements or adjacent packaging and / or transport units be arranged, in which case the on the insulating elements protruding areas of the liner alternately upwards and bent down.
- An alternative embodiment provides that between the insulation elements a tear-resistant foil is arranged, meandering between adjacent ones Insulating elements runs.
- a tear-resistant foil is arranged, meandering between adjacent ones Insulating elements runs.
- the stability of a such formed transport container or a packaging packaging formed in this way and / or transport unit can be sustainably increased by that the ends of the meandering guided film frictionally with each other be connected and thus a complete sheathing of the insulation elements or packaging and / or transport units.
- a packaging and / or transport unit 1 shown in FIG. 1 for plate-shaped Insulating elements 2 has a plurality of insulating elements 2, the are arranged in two layers 3, wherein the insulating elements 2 of the two Layers 3 are stacked on top of each other.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a packaging and / or transport unit for plate-shaped Insulating elements, in particular insulation boards, preferably made of Mineral fibers, in particular of rock wool, consisting of several insulating elements and a preferably formed as a foil envelope, in the insulating elements are arranged such that they rest on one of their preferably in the longitudinal direction of the insulating material extending narrow sides get up. Furthermore, the invention relates to a transport container for packaging and / or transport units for plate-shaped insulating elements, in particular insulation boards, preferably of mineral fibers, in particular of rock wool, each of at least one, preferably two superimposed arranged layers of insulating elements and one preferably as a film Made up of wrapping, in which the insulating elements in each layer are arranged so that they on one of them, preferably in the longitudinal direction stand up the insulating elements running narrow sides. After all The invention relates to a method for producing a packaging and / or Transport unit for plate-shaped insulating elements.
Insulating materials are widely used in buildings and facilities. The insulation materials are in Packing and / or transport units provided, which are Packages or packages of several packages with insulation elements, for example Insulating boards or Dämmfilz rollers is therefore no longer individually stacked in the hold of a transport vehicle. Though can be a large extent with the individual arrangement of the insulating elements achieve optimum utilization of the loading volume, but this advantage is Economical due to the labor-intensive loading and unloading of the transport vehicle up distortion. The summarization of the insulation elements to palletized Packaging and / or transport units allows a fast and economical loading and unloading of transport vehicles.
The unloading conditions on construction sites or at trade ventures are often not as cheap as a manufacturer, the shipping a single product type.
To reduce labor costs, companies processing e.g. Flat roof waterproofing produce, preferably large format and thus relatively heavy Roof insulation panels for special packaging and / or transport units be compiled.
Because in the logistics chain several companies with very different technical level and corresponding differing economic Interests are merged, it is mainly for the manufacturer of Insulating elements of particular interest for a variety of reasons, the costs for the distribution of the insulation elements to the end user as low as possible or involved in the possible value creation to be.
Roof insulation panels made of mineral fibers have densities of about 100 to 200 kg / m 3 . There are also known roof insulation panels, which in a surface zone with about 180 to 220 kg / m 3 have a significantly higher density than underlying arranged areas of the roof insulation panels. The highly compressed surface zone is intended to increase the rigidity of the roof insulation panels when walking. These roof insulation panels usually have thicknesses of about 30 - about 160 kg / m 3 . In a standard format of, for example, 1000 mm in length and 600 mm in width, the roof insulation panels are packed together by shrink-film wraps into packages of about 20 kg in weight and thicknesses of about 20 to 40 cm. Such packages are mostly shipped individually or stacked on wooden pallets.
Large-format roof insulation panels, for example, with the dimensions 2 m long and 1.2 m wide and initially stacked. Such a Plate stack forms the basis for a packaging and / or transport unit. A well-proven in practice packaging and / or Transport unit is described in DE 92 183 20 U1. The plate stack rests here on at least two support bodies, preferably from the same Material such as the roof insulation panels, the plate stack and the roof insulation panels is wrapped with a plastic film. The support body allow driving under the packing and transport unit with pallet truck or a fork-type lifting device of forklift trucks.
The envelope consists of stretch films, preferably made of polyethylene. The Film is in particular in the area of the support body several times around the plate stack wrapped for greater transport safety. stretch film have a good cohesion between the individual film layers. by virtue of the dimensions of the roof insulation panels, the relatively high weight of individual roof insulation panels and the resulting friction forces the plate stack already has a high internal rigidity and behaves essentially like a homogeneous block of mineral fibers. Cheap also has the effect that the roof insulation panels on a production line be separated transversely from the initially endless fiber web. The roof insulation panels thus have in the longitudinal direction, that is transverse to the original Manufacturing direction is located, a much higher internal stiffness and Flexural strength on, as in the direction of the plate width.
A packaging and / or transport unit of such roof insulation panels thus indicates at an average height of the disk stack of 1.2 m Total weight of about 500 kg and is without corresponding transport equipment, such as cranes, forklifts or the like not manageable.
In order not to overload the insulation elements locally, length and width the support body dimensioned so that neither the insulating elements still the support body overloaded and thus damaged. The normally about 400 mm wide support body are over the entire width of the Plate stack arranged. The, for example, two meters long roof insulation panels collar at both ends about 150 mm, but preferably 200 mm above; in the middle remains an approximately 800 mm wide gap.
The packaging and / or transport units are used in the factory for the transport or storage at the manufacturer or on the site compiled. Transportation to the construction site or to a warehouse of a manufacturing Company or a trading company is usually with Trucks. Because of the greater flexibility are predominantly trucks used with overplated flatbeds or Ă¼berplante interchangeable beds. The packing and / or transport units are made using lift trucks From both sides on the bed of the truck or a Trailer, with no more than two packaging and / or transport units are arranged one above the other. Already at the Loading the tarpaulins on both sides of the truck and / or of the trailer are unfolded. To this end, the numerous Side brackets of the over-planning opened and half of the tarp with Help of boards or the like folded upwards and on the scaffold be filed.
The same process occurs in reverse order in the warehouse of a trading company or on a construction site. Is there the transport of the transport unit with the help of tower cranes directly on the roof surface, the tarpaulin must be largely removed. Otherwise, the transport units by means of Unload forklift trucks and store them temporarily. In both cases, the discharge process delayed and thus more expensive.
To a concentration of loads in the catchment area of the crane and thus possible deformations of flexible roof shells made of profile sheets, for example The packaging and / or transport units are to be avoided immediately distributed on a supporting roof shell. Serve with multi-axis Pallet trucks that move easily on roof shells even under load to let.
Die Ă¼bliche Materialstärke bewegt sich im Bereich von ca. 40 mm.Such favorable circumstances are but rarely encountered on construction sites. Because of the many simultaneous work on a building to be built trades and the material deliveries they initiate occur regularly Bottlenecks in the use of existing crane capacities. The delivered Insulating elements must therefore be stored temporarily. the same Situation naturally arises when cranes to transport the insulation elements only be set up on a temporary basis and larger quantities of Dämmstoffelernenten should be lifted in a train on the roof surface. To For this purpose, the packaging and / or transport units are using normal forklift truck from the loading area of the truck and / or the truck Trailer lifted. The usual fork width is outside about 0.6 m. each Fork is about 1.4 m long and only about 0.10 m wide. The usual material thickness moves in the range of about 40 mm.
The fork is driven centrally under the plate stack, although that at the often uneven terrain in the construction site area is not always possible, so that the envelope together with the support body possible damage by the forks of the lift truck is exposed.
The specific loads of the bottom of the plate stack insulation element the forks are often used with high weight insulation elements large and regularly leads to damage to the insulation elements in the area the fork pads. These areas are then so damaged that they lead to deficient twilight results and from the large format Insulating elements, in particular roof insulation panels are separated have to. When handling the packaging and transport units with Cranes will regularly use the same non-material-compliant lifting technology used. The plate stacks are lifted, for example, with crane hooks, as they are common for the transport of wooden pallets. Again, this is the specific one Support surface for the wood boards compared to boards or boards much more deformable Dämmstoffelementen much too small. Further damage to the insulation elements is achieved by lifting of the plate stack caused by ropes or narrow straps.
When handling the packaging and / or transport unit with a Forklift, the fork should be placed in the middle of the plate stack.
Other packaging and / or transport units for plate-shaped insulating elements are known from EP 0 962 399 A2. In this previously known Packaging are the insulation boards of mineral fibers arranged in two superimposed Layers arranged within a cladding, the insulation boards on one of their narrow sides extending in the longitudinal direction of the insulation boards get up. This is a small container, which in the framework area should be suspended in corresponding devices and consequently has a carrying tab.
Furthermore, from DE 297 15 125 U1 a comparable transport packaging for bulky light construction materials, especially insulation materials known in which it is also a small package, by appropriate handles should be manageable in a simple manner.
From DE 40 26 807 A1 is a packaging unit made of mineral wool plates known with a wrapper that consists of a shrinkable plastic film and whose ends are connected by a weld, wherein flanged at the weld an outwardly facing carrying tab is. Visible this is again a small container for handling, for example, on a scaffold or a simple Sales and transport in hardware stores and other specialty stores so-called do-it-yourself craftsmen.
These prior art packaging and / or transport units are but for an economic transport of larger quantities of plate-shaped Insulating elements only partially suitable. Especially in the construction site area, but also in the field of construction site dealers, with these packaging and / or transport units a complex packaging system and a complex loading and unloading of vehicles connected.
A generic packaging and / or transport unit is from the DE 298 08 864 U1 known and has a plurality of insulating elements, which on a get up their narrow sides, being on opposite narrow sides parallel and spaced apart stiffening elements, for example made of flat wood or chipboard strips are arranged. The insulating elements are together with the stiffening elements with surrounded by two foils, with the first foil on the stiffening elements and the narrow sides of the insulating material is applied, while the second film to the large surfaces and the still free narrow sides of the insulation elements is arranged adjacent.
In addition, supporting elements for the suspended transport of the transport unit provided, which arranged from between adjacent insulating elements and the recesses of the stiffening elements guided sections and two Zugbandtellen exist at joints with each other are connected.
Basically, this transport unit has to be handled as well on construction sites Transport unit proven. The number of in such a transport unit to arrange plate-shaped insulating elements is limited, since at a too large number of insulating elements both the weight disadvantageous is, as well as the handling of the transport unit by means of the support element is awkward. However, the transport of the previously known transport unit leads In addition, a large number of individual transport units, for example, in one Trucks must be packed. The intended in this regard Stiffening elements are therefore also no support body, the handling the previously known transport unit with conventional hoists, for example Cranes or forklifts allowed. Rather, it is very much thin stiffening elements, on the one hand due to the reducing Weight of such a transport unit can be made very thin and on the other hand only have the task, the corresponding transport unit auszusteifen, which in particular with regard to the arrangement of Support elements is required to allow the portability of the transport unit. Without the stiffening elements shown would namely the Supporting elements between the adjacent plate-shaped insulating elements slip out and find no foothold, so the portability of the transport unit would be very limited.
Another transport unit is known from
Starting from this prior art, the invention has for its object to provide a packaging and / or transport unit and / or a transport container and / or a method for producing this packaging and / or transport unit, a high in the or in which Stability are given both during transport and in handling on a construction site and at the same time a more economic, since cost-effective transport is possible.

On the part of the transport package is provided for solving the problem that several packaging and / or transport units are summarized according to
Further features and advantageous developments of the invention will become apparent from the dependent claims and from the following description of the advantages the individual further education characteristics.
According to the invention it is thus provided that the insulating elements in the Foil are arranged such that they with their narrow sides on support bodies get up.
By setting up the insulating elements on a narrow side is the Achieves that the flexural rigidity of such a stack or a plurality of thus formed and arranged in layers stack sufficiently high is to provide a stable packaging and / or transport unit at comparatively To train little use of packaging materials, both with Lift trucks, as well as with cranes can be handled, making a simple Loading and unloading of transport vehicles, especially those that are open, possible.
In this way, also insulating elements in the form of large-sized Insulating boards with small thicknesses to stable packaging and / or transport units be summarized.
Preferably, the insulating elements are under compression on their large surfaces arranged in the film. For this purpose, for example provided that the insulating elements in a first step on their Narrow pages are arranged side by side, before then on both sides of such a stack formed a printing plate on the free large surface the respective outer insulating elements acts and compresses the stack. Subsequently, the jacket of the thus compressed and compressed stacks of the insulation elements with a shrink film. The the stack to the jacket under pressure-holding compression plates are then pulled out of the shell, whereupon the Shrink film then shrunk by a thermal treatment can be. The support body can here directly within the Be arranged foil. But it is also possible, the support body subsequently outside the film with further film strips or a change to fix. In any case, an overall stable packaging and / or transport unit for plate-shaped insulating elements.
Lightweight insulating elements made of mineral fibers have densities of about 22 to 50 kg / m 3 when produced from stone fibers and about 12 to 35 kg / m 3 when manufactured from glass fibers. These insulating elements are easy to compress even with low forces. However, this also results in a low compressive strength and rigidity of such insulation elements.
If such insulation elements combined into stacks, then results an unstable and very soft structure. To transport and storage space too save, the insulating elements can be compressed. compressed Insulating elements or packages of compressed insulating elements are inherently stiff and do not have the disadvantages described above. The disadvantage, however, is that a stack of such insulating elements is not homogeneous can be compressed. Rather, the compression and the reaction force acts almost exclusively on the outer plates, which deforms permanently while the inboard insulation elements are largely stay uncompressed.
Be such lightweight insulation elements to packaging and / or transport units summarized and wrapped in a foil, so form the Packaging and / or transport units no rectilinear sides out. A summary of these packaging and / or transport units to Transportgebinden leads due to the slightly convex side surfaces to stability problems of the container. Such transport containers serve primarily for transport from the manufacturer to a trading company, where the transport containers are mostly parked and the contents in individual packaging and / or transport units is sold. If necessary also the packaging and / or transport units open and individual Insulation elements offered and sold.
The requirements for the stability and durability of such Carrier bodies used here is lower than on one Building site. Consequently, here support body made of folded cardboard or made of cardboard, which may be used with stiffening Plastic structures or rigid foam panels and composite structures such substances are reinforced. It has proven to be beneficial instead of these materials to use support bodies made of highly compressed Rock wool, in particular made of rock wool slats, since this no additional packaging material, which is an additional recycling process or necessitates a supplementary disposal route. In addition, are Such support body sufficiently stable to a corresponding transport container also to wear for a long time.
As already stated, have the packaging and / or transport units because of the resilience of the compressed insulating elements and the lack of dimensional stability of the film on a slightly spherical shape. By a corresponding External pressure can be mitigated this spherical deformation.
The non-compressed side surfaces, thus the narrow sides of the insulation elements form a total of a smooth bearing surface. It is therefore advantageous form the transport containers in such a way that the packaging and / or transport units arranged on their narrow sides standing one above the other become.
As an alternative to the above-described methods, the insulation elements are to be wound into the film under compression on their large surfaces in such a way that the insulating elements are introduced into the film together with the support bodies in one operation. The length of the support body corresponds to the width of the compacted insulating elements. The ends of the support bodies are angled in accordance with the material.
Subsequently, the insulating elements are compressed together with the sheath and the support body. The ends of the film forming the sheath are welded together, glued, riveted, clamped and / or sewn. A centrally arranged frictional band increases the strength and rigidity of the packaging and / or transport unit.
The compression of the insulating element takes place in this embodiment not by appropriate pressure plates, which on large surfaces of the external insulation elements act, but by a negative pressure. For this purpose, the insulating elements are surrounded by the envelope, the Enclosed closed and evacuated from the cladding the air. Finally the opening is welded to evacuate the air so that the Insulating elements are arranged under compression in the enclosure. With the application of the negative pressure is a gentle compression of the entire Achieved insulation elements.
The films commonly used are relatively smooth and have consequently only low coefficients of friction. The inner movements der Dämmstoffelemente therefore find preferred on these sliding surfaces of Slides instead. To complicate these movements and thus a falling out avoid the packaging and / or transport unit or the previously required contact pressure because of the associated risk of permanent deformation of the insulating elements as low as possible, The bearing surfaces of the films are provided with double adhesive tapes or impregnated by slow-acting adhesive sprays. Through this inner Reinforcement can be the strength and amount of the wrapper or foil be significantly reduced.
Alternatively it can be provided that between the insulating elements or the tensile strength of the packaging and / or transport units of a transport container Deposits are arranged. These tensile deposits can also be called Cover layers below the foil of a packaging and / or transport unit or a Transportgebindes be provided.
The packing and / or transport unit is placed on support bodies, whose flanks are angled in accordance with the material. Between the insulation elements and the support bodies an intermediate layer is inserted, the larger in area than the surface of the erected insulating elements formed is. The projecting beyond the insulating elements area of the intermediate layer are angled upwards to increase the absorbable tensile force. A comparable intermediate layer is on the location of the insulating elements placed underneath the casing. In this area, the over the insulating material protruding portions of the intermediate layer down bent. Finally, an additional layer between the insulating elements or adjacent packaging and / or transport units be arranged, in which case the on the insulating elements protruding areas of the liner alternately upwards and bent down.
An alternative embodiment provides that between the insulation elements a tear-resistant foil is arranged, meandering between adjacent ones Insulating elements runs. Of course, the same applies to one Transport container, in which case the tear-resistant film meander around the individual Packing and / or transport units is laid. The stability of a such formed transport container or a packaging packaging formed in this way and / or transport unit can be sustainably increased by that the ends of the meandering guided film frictionally with each other be connected and thus a complete sheathing of the insulation elements or packaging and / or transport units.
Finally, in addition to the transverse to the longitudinal direction of the insulating elements extending envelope provided a sheath in the longitudinal direction be to pack the insulation elements completely and from the weather to protect. The same applies with regard to an inventive Transport container.
