Description

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Möbelkorpus, zerlegbar, zum fast werkzeugfreien Aufbau, mit mindestens zwei Seitenwänden Boden und einer Deckfläche.
Zerlegbare Möbelkorpusse haben ein vielschichtiges Einsatzgebiet sowohl im Bereich der Wohnmöbel, Büromöbel, als Regalsysteme iri Verkaufseinrichtungen u. dgl. mehr. Bekannt ist, daß sich derartige Möbelkorpusse im zerlegten Zustand platzsparend transportieren lassen und vor Ort auf vorteilhafte Weise wieder zusammenzubauen sind, wobei mehr oder minder werkzeugfrei gearbeitet werden kann.
Der Zeitaufwand und Kompliziertheit beim Aufbau schränkt die Möglichkeiten zur Verwendung derartiger Systeme besonders dann ein, wenn es sich um aufwendiger gestaltete Möbelkorpuselemente handelt.
Derartige Lösungen werden u.a. in der EP 0185 105 beschrieben.
Nachteil dieser und anderer Lösungen ist, daß damit ein Möbelkorpus einheitlich gefertigte Größe mit festen Funktionen entsteht.
Veränderung der Höhe, der Ablageflächen der Seitenwände oder der Innenstruktur, indem Einzelelemente wie z.B. Seitenteile in sich variabel verändert werden, sind damit nicht realisierbar.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde einen Möbelkorpus der eingangs benannten Art, zu entwickeln, der bei einem fast werkzeuglosen Aufbau des Möbelkorpus eine gleichzeitig hohe Variabilität der Innenraumaufteilung ermöglicht. Dabei sollen die Möbelstücke, die eine Abdeckplatte aufweisen, die unter anderem als Arbeitsfläche fungieren kann, es möglich machen, die darunterliegenden Schrankeinteilungen variabel zu verändern. Gleichzeitig soll dabei der Möbelkorpus höhenverstellbar sein und keine Sockelfüße aufweisen. Dabei sind auch Ecklösungen für das Aufstellen der Möbel zu realisieren.
Die erfindungsgemäße Aufgabe wird mit den Merkmale des kennzeichnenden Teils der Schutzansprüche gelöst.
Die erfindungsgemäßen Seitenwände des Möbelkorpus werden hauptsächlich aus einem Trennwandrahmen gebildet.
Wesentliche Teile des Trennwandrahmens sind ein oberes Halteprofil (5), ein unteres Halteprofil (8) und die in gleichen Abständen gehaltenen Funktionsprofile (7), die eine Stütztrennwand (6) aufnehmen können. Die Verbindung der genannten Teile untereinander erfolgt über Dreh- und Verbindungspunkte (9).
Ein solcher Trennwandrahmen wird über obere Halteprofile (5), die in Ausnehmungen (4) eingreifen, welche in den Profiltraversen (1) der Rahmenstruktur eingearbeitet sind mit dieser Rahmenstruktur verbunden.
Die Rahmenstruktur selbst besteht aus miteinander verbundenen Profiltraversen (1), (1.1) und Stützprofilen (2). Im oberen Bereich des Stützprofiles (2) ist die Rahmenstruktur an einer Gebäudewand (10) punktuell horizontal beweglich befestigt.
Der untere Teil Rahmenstruktur wird von der Profiltraverse (1.1) gebildet.
An dieser sind Verstellelemente (11) anbracht, mit deren Hilfe ein Einstellen der Rahmenstruktur zur Gebäudewand (10) hin im Bedarfsfall ermöglicht werden kann.
Weitere Verstellelemente (12) an der Rahmenstruktur sind zum Verstellen des Höhenabstandes der Rahmenstruktur zum Fußboden hin vorgesehen.
Den oberen Teil der Rahmenstruktur bildet die Profiltraverse (1).
Diese ist mit Ausnehmungen (4) versehen, die in gleichen Abständen und im rechten Winkel in der Profiltraverse (1) eingearbeitet sind.
An dieser Stelle findet die Verbindung der Trennwandrahmen mit der Rahmenstruktur statt, indem die oberen Halteprofile (5) kooperierend paßgenau, von unten verwindungsfrei in die Ausnehmungen (4) eingehängt werden.
Um ein nachträgliches Herausrutschen zu vermeiden, werden diese durch Abdeckungselemente (16) oben geschlossen.
Des weiteren ist die Profiltraverse (1) mit einer von unten eingesetzten Nut (19) versehen, zur Aufnahme der Rückwandprofile (17) für ein gesamtes Rückwandfeld.
Die senkrechten Bauteile der Rahmenstruktur werden -von den Stützprofilen (2) gebildet.
Diese enthalten eine Führungsnut (13), in die die Stütztrennwand (6) paßgenau eingesetzt wird.
Je nach Ausbildung des Möbelkorpus kann wahlweise die Rahmenstruktur mit einem Rückwandfeld verschlossen werden.
Das Rückwandfeld wird dazu aus mehreren in gleicher Form gefertigten Rückwandprofilen (17) mit einer Nut und einer Feder zusammengesetzt.
Dazu wird das Rückwandprofil (17) in die paßgenaue Nut im Stützprofil (2) eingesteckt. An einem Ende des Rückwandprofiles (17) liegt eine Fräsung, die paßgenau in die Nut (19) der Profiltraverse (1) eingesetzt wird. Mit einem Schließprofil (18) wird das Rückwandfeld (3) geschlossen.
Jedes Rückwandprofil weist eine Führungsnut (13) auf, in die die Stütztrennwand (6) paßgenau eingesetzt werden kann.
Wahlweise läßt sich das Verstellelement (12) zum Fußboden (21) hin durch mechanischen oder motorischen Antrieb bewegen.
Je nach Einsatzzweck kann der Trennwandrahmen aus zwei Funktionsprofilen (7) und einer seitlichen Verkleidung (20) bestehen.
Mit der erfindungsgemäßen Lösung läßt sich eine neutrale und damit einheitliche Korpusfertigung in allen denkbaren Maßen realisieren, wobei die farbliche (nach Kundenwünschen) Ausgestaltung mittels weniger Teile, die an das System angebaut werden, ermöglicht wird.
Durch wenige Grundelemente bedingt, ist eine hocheffektive Serienfertigung möglich, da nur das Längenmaß zu bestimmen ist, Funktion und Ausstattung sind dann variabel. Zudem ist der Aufbau der so gefertigten Möbelkorpusse denkbar einfach und fast werkzeuglos erreichbar.
Wegen der standardisierten Grundelemente kann der Vertrieb u.a. auch über Baumärkte oder das Internet erfolgen.
Da jederzeit ein Verschieben der Einteilung des Möbelkorpus vornehmbar ist, läßt sich eine Erweiterung durch Zukauf der Einzelteile und einfaches Einsetzen beliebig vornehmen.
Durch Anwendung umweltfreundlicher Materialien, wie zum Beispiel Aluminium und Glas, oder Aluminium und Massivholz, lassen sich zahlreiche Varianten erstellen.
Des weiteren bringt die einfache Zusammenstellbarkeit hohe Variabilität mit sich. So können im oberen Bereich des Schrankes Schubkästen in verschiedenen Breiten angeordnet sein und darunter ein breiter Auszug. Der Platz hinter zwei großen Türen kann später mit Auszügen oder Schubkästen versehen werden.
Im Bereich des Rückwandfeldes ist Platz für Installationen, jederzeit ist das Öffnen von Rückwandfeldern möglich, da nur das Schließprofil zu öffnen und einzelne Rückwandprofile herauszunehmen sind.
Die Erfindung wird an Hand der Zeichnungen an folgenden Ausführungsbeispielen näher erläutert.

    Beispiel 1:
    Die erfindungsgemäße Lösung wird beispielhaft am Aufbau einer Küchenbauwand dargestellt.
    Eine Rahmenstruktur, bestehend aus Profiltraversen (1), und (1.1) sowie Stützprofilen (2) ist an der Gebäudewand (10) punktuell zu befestigen. Dazu ist zuerst die Profiltraverse (1.1) waagerecht auszurichten, darauf aufbauend sind die Stützprofile (2) lotrecht anzubringen, wobei diese im oberen Bereich mit der Gebäudewand verschraubt werden.
    Die obere Profiltraverse (1) wird auf diese Stützprofile (2) aufgesteckt.
    Ein Trennwandrahmen wird aus einem oberen Halteprofil (5), den Funktionsprofilen (7) und den unteren Halteprofil (8) über die Drehund Verbindungspunkte (9) zusammengesteckt.
    In die paßgenauen Ausnehmungen (4), die in der Profiltraverse (1) sich befinden, wird das obere Halteprofil (5) des Trennwandrahmens von unten her eingehangen.
    Anschließend erhält durch Einschieben einer Stütztrennwand (6) der Trennwandrahmen seine Steifigkeit. Danach wird das Abdeckungselement (16), welches im vorliegenden Beispiel die Arbeitsplatte der Küche darstellt auf die Profiltraverse (1) aufgelegt und mit dieser verbunden.
    An dem Funktionsprofil (7) werden Führungseinrichtungen und Fachbodenträger befestigt. Über die angebrachten Führungs- und Haltungselemente lassen sich sämtliche für Kücheneinrichtungen notwendigen Einschübe, Geräteteile und Böden in wahlweise verschiedenen Breite und Höhen variierbar einbringen. Außerdem kann das Funktionsprofil Türbänder aufnehmen.
    Zum nachträglichen Abändern der Inneneinteilung, der so aufgebauten Küche, ist es erfindungsgemäß nicht erforderlich das Abdeckelement (16), im speziellen Fall die Arbeitsplatte der Küche, zu entfernen. Dazu wird lediglich die Stütztrennwand (6) herausgezogen, wobei dabei der Trennwandrahmen nach unten fällt und sich anschließend aus der Profiltraverse (1) aushängen und an einer anderen Stelle wieder neu einhängen läßt.
    Beispiel 2:
    Auch Oberschränke von Küchen lassen sich nach den gleichen Prinzip wie es für Unterschränke im Beispiel 1 gezeigt wurde, aufbauen.
    Dazu wird auf die Profiltraverse (1) ein Nischenabstandselement, in das wiederum die Profiltraverse (1.1) aufgesteckt wird, angebracht. Unter Verwendung der gleichen Rahmenstruktur wird, wie im Beispiel 1 bereits aufgezeigt, der Aufbau begonnen. Dazu sind entsprechend, wie im Beispiel 1 dargestellt, der Trennwandrahmen in die Profiltraverse (1) der bereits befestigten Rahmenstruktur von unten über das obere Halteprofil (5) einzuhängen und anschließend entsprechende Abdeckböden von Oberschränken aufzulegen und zu befestigen.

    Claims (5)

    1. Möbelkorpus, zerlegbar, zum fast werkzeugfreien Aufbau, und mit mindestens zwei Seitenwänden und einer Deckfläche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
      die Seitenwände je aus einem Trennwandrahmen gebildet werden, wobei jeder Trennwandrahmen aus einem oberen Halteprofil (5), einem unteren Halteprofil (8) und den mit Dreh- und Verbindungspunkten (9) mit Abstand und parallel zu einander gehaltenen Funktionsprofilen (7) besteht, wobei eine Stütztrennwand (6) zwischen diesen Funktionsprofilen aufgenommen ist,
      der Trennwandrahmen über das obere Halteprofil (5), das in Ausnehmungen (4) der Profiltraverse (1) eingreift, mit einer Rahmenstruktur, bestehend aus miteinander verbundenen, oberen und unteren horizontalen Profiltraversen (1), (1.1) und vertikalen Stützprofilen (2), verbunden ist,
      die Rahmenstruktur an einer Gebäudewand (10) punktuell im oberen Bereich des Stützprofiles (2) horizontal beweglich befestigt ist,
      die untere Profiltraverse (1.1) mit Verstellelementen (11) zum Verstellen zur Gebäudewand (10)) und mit Verstellelementen (12) zum Verstellen zum Fußboden (21) hin ausgestattet ist,
      die obere Profiltraverse (1) Ausnehmungen (4) aufweist, die in gleichen Abständen und im rechten Winkel in dieser Profiltraverse (1) eingearbeitet sind, durch Abdeckungselemente (16) geschlossen werden und in die obere Halteprofile (5) kooperierend paßgenau, von unten verwindungsfrei eingehängt sind, und das vertikale Stützprofil (2) eine ebenfalls vertikale Führungsnut (13) aufweist, in die die Stütztrennwand (6) paßgenau eingesetzt ist.
    2. Möbelkorpus nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
      die, Rahmenstruktur mit einem Rückwandfeld verschlossen wird, wobei dieses sich aus mehreren, in gleicher Form gefertigten, Rückwandprofilen (17) zusammensetzt, das vertikale Stützprofil (2) eine Nut, in die die Feder des Rückwandprofiles (17) eingesteckt wird, enthält, an einem Ende des Rückwandprofiles (17) eine Fräsung, die paßgenau in die Nut (19) der Profiltraverse (1) eingesetzt wird, enthält, mit einem Schließprofil (18) das Rückwandfeld geschlossen wird und jedes Rückwandprofil eine Führungsnut (13) aufweist, in die die Stütztrennwand (6) paßgenau eingesetzt werden kann.
    3. Möbelkorpus nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
      das Verstellelement (12) zum Fußboden (21) hin wahlweise durch mechanischen oder motorischen Antrieb bewegt wird.
    4. Möbelkorpus nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
      die obere Profiltraverse (1) mit einer von unten eingesetzten Nut (19), zur Aufnahme der Rückwandprofile (17) versehen ist.
    5. Möbelkorpus nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
      der Trennwandrahmen aus zwei Funktionsprofilen (7) und einer zusätzlichen seitlichen Verkleidung (20) besteht.
