Anschlußvorrichtunq
Technisches Gebiet
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Anschlußvorrichtung zum Befestigen von Anschlag- oder Verzurrmitteln an zu transportierenden oder zu verzurrenden Gegenständen mit einem zu ihrer Befestigung am jeweiligen Gegenstand dienenden Befestigungselement, mit einem Anschlußelement für das Anschlag- oder Verzurrmit- tel und mit einem das Befestigungselement mit dem Anschlußelement verbindenden, drehbar um die Längsachse des Befesti- gungselements an diesem gelagerten Verbindungselement, wobei das Anschlußelement um eine Schwenkachse schwenkbar ist, die im Abstand von der Längsachse des Befestigungselements senkrecht zur Längsachse des Befestigungselements verläuft, und wobei das Anschlußelement über das Verbindungselement und das Befestigungselement klappbar ist.
Stand der Technik
Eine Anschlußvorrichtung der vorstehenden Art ist aus der DE 34 35 714 C2 bekannt. Bei der bekannten Vorrichtung bildet - wie bei einer Vielzahl weiterer zum Stand der Technik gehö- render ähnlicher Vorrichtungen - das Anschlußelement eine
Öse, in die beispielsweise ein Kettenschloß, ein Schäkel oder ein Haken eingehängt werden kann, wobei die vorgenannten Bauteile jeweils Endglieder von Anschlagketten, Anschlagseilen oder Anschlaggurten bilden oder aber als Zwischenglieder zum Einsatz gelangen.
Darstellung der Erfindung
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Anschlußvorrichtung der in Betracht gezogenen Art zu schaffen, die den Einsatz von Rundschlingen, Seilen mit Endkauschen sowie Ket- tengehängen mit ösenförmigen Endgliedern ohne zwischengeschaltete Verbindungsteile ermöglicht. Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß das Anschlußelement nach Art eines Hakens ausgebildet ist . Die vorgeschlagene, im nachhinein als verblüffend einfach erscheinende Lösung bietet den Vorteil, daß sie eine problemlose Verwendung von Anschlagmitteln jedweder Art zum Anheben von mit den erfindungsgemäßen Anschlußvorrichtungen ausgerü- steten Schwerlasten ermöglicht. Die Herstellungskosten für die im Sinne der Erfindung ausgebildeten Anschlußelemente sind zugegebenermaßen höher als die Herstellungskosten der allgemein üblichen Anschlußösen, der zusätzliche Nutzen rechtfertigt jedoch ungeachtet des Massenartikelcharakters einschlägiger Anschlußvorrichtungen den Mehraufwand.
Als besonders kompakt und somit vorteilhaft erweist sich eine Anschlußvorrichtung, bei der die Schwenkachse des Anschlußelements von einem zylindrischen Abschnitt eines Zapfens gebildet wird, der an nur einem seiner beiden Enden mit dem einen Hakenrücken bildenden Teil des Anschlußelements verbunden ist .
Kurze Beschreibung der Zeichnungen
Weitere Merkmale und Einzelheiten der Erfindung ergeben sich aus den Unteransprüchen und der nachstehenden Beschreibung zweier in der beigefügten Zeichnung dargestellter Ausführungsformen. Es zeigen:
Fig. 1 die Seitenansicht einer ersten Anschlußvorrichtung,
Fig. 2 einen Schnitt längs der Linie II-II in Fig. 1,
Fig. 3 die Seitenansicht einer zweiten Anschlußvorrichtung und
Fig. 4 einen Schnitt längs der Linie IV- IV in Fig. 3.
Wege zur Ausführung der Erfindung
In den Figuren 1 und 2 ist 1 ein von einer Schraube gebildetes Befestigungselement zur Befestigung der Anschlußvorrich- tung an einem nicht näher bezeichneten Gegenstand 2. Auf dem Befestigungselement 1 ist mit Hilfe zweier Buchsen 3 und 4 drehbar ein Verbindungselement 5 gelagert. Das Verbindungselement 5 weist eine Bohrung 6 auf, deren Längsachse 7 in einem Abstand A senkrecht zur Längsachse 8 des Befestigungsele- ments verläuft. In der Bohrung 6 ist schwenkbar ein zylindrischer Abschnitt eines Zapfens 9 gelagert, dessen freies Ende ein Gewinde aufweist, auf das eine Klappsicherung 10 aufgeschraubt ist. Das der Klappsicherung 10 gegenüberliegende Ende des Zapfens 9 bildet ein Stück mit einem nach Art eines Hakens ausgebildeten Anschlußelement 11, wobei der einen Hakenrücken bildende Teil 12 des Anschlußelements 11 im wesentlichen senkrecht zur Längsachse des Zapfens 9 verläuft. Einer kompakten Bauform der Anschlußvorrichtung kommt der Umstand entgegen, daß die lichte Weite W des eine Hakenzinke bildenden Teils des Anschlußelements 11 gleich der Länge L des im Verbindungselement 5 geführten Abschnitts des Zapfens 9 ist.
Die in den Figuren 3 und 4 dargestellte Anschlußvorrichtung unterscheidet sich nur unwesentlich von der Anschlußvorrich- tung gemäß den Figuren 1 und 2, gleichen Teilen sind daher gleiche Bezugsziffern zugeordnet. Bei der zweiten Ausführungsform ist der Sockel 13 der Klappsicherung 14 an einen Zapfen 15 angeschmiedet, d.h. er bildet ein Stück mit einem Anschlußelement 16. Diese Art der Ausbildung des Anschlußele- ments 16 macht die Verwendung eines modifizierten Verbindungselements 17 erforderlich. Es ist nach Art eines Bügels ausgebildet, dessen mit Mulden 18, 19 zur Führung des Zapfens 15 versehenen Schenkel 20, 21 um den Zapfen herumgebogen sind.

Claims

Ansprüche :
1. Anschlußvorrichtung zum Befestigen von Anschlag- oder Ver- zurrmitteln an zu transportierenden oder zu verzurrenden Gegenständen mit einem zu ihrer Befestigung am jeweiligen Ge- genstand dienenden Befestigungselement, mit einem Anschlußelement für das Anschlag- oder Verzurrmittel und mit einem das Befestigungselement mit dem Anschlußelement verbindenden, drehbar um die Längsachse des Befestigungselements an diesem gelagerten Verbindungselement, wobei das Anschlußelement um eine Schwenkachse schwenkbar ist, die im Abstand von der
Längsachse des Befestigungselements senkrecht zur Längsachse des Befestigungselements verläuft, und wobei das Anschlußelement über das Verbindungselement und das Befestigungselement klappbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Anschlußelement (11, 16) nach Art eines Hakens ausgebildet ist.

Anschlußvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schwenkachse (7) des Anschlußelements (11, 16) von einem zylindrischen Abschnitt eines Zapfens (9, 15) gebildet wird, der an nur einem seiner beiden Enden mit dem einen Hakenrücken bildenden Teil (12) des Anschlußelements (11, 16) verbunden ist.
3. Anschlußvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verbindungselement (17) die Form eines Bügels hat, dessen mit Mulden (18, 19) für den zylindrischen Teil des Zapfens (15) versehene Schenkel (20, 21) um den Zapfen (15) herumgebogen sind.
4. Anschlußvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am freien Ende des Zapfens (9, 15) eine KlappSicherung (10, 14) für die Einführöffnung des Anschluße- lements (11, 16) angeordnet ist.
5. Anschlußvorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die KlappSicherung (10, 14) bei über das Befesti- gungs- und Verbindungselement (1, 5; 1, 17) geklapptem An- schlußelement (11, 16) durch das Verbindungselement (5, 17) blockiert ist.
6. Anschlußvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die lichte Weite (W) des eine Hakenzinke bildenden Teils des Anschlußelements (11, 16) im wesentlichen gleich der Länge (L) des im Verbindungselement
(5, 17) geführten Abschnitts des Zapfens (9, 15) ist.
7. Anschlußvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der den Hakenrücken bildende Teil
(12) des Anschlußelements (11, 16) im wesentlichen senkrecht zur Längsachse (7) des Zapfens (9, 15) verläuft.
