Der in Figur 7d dargestellte Zustand, bei dem die Plattform 10 mit den an ihr befestigten Aggregaten nach vorn ausgefahren ist, ermöglicht das Anbringen von Baugruppen zwischen Zusatzfahrwerk und Zusatzverdichtungsbohle 8, beispielsweise von Gleitschalungs- und Abweisblechen oder einer Verteilerschnecke und einer Einbaubohle. Eine Verstellung des Chassis, die eine Fahrspurverstellung zur Folge hat (nicht in Figur 7 gezeigt) soll die Möglichkeit der Anpassung der selbstfahrenden Zusatzeinrichtung an handelsüblichen Fertiger mit verschiedenen Fahrspurbreiten schaffen.

Zum Anbau der Module 1, 2 und 3 an einen handelsüblichen Fertiger ist es lediglich erforderlich, einfache Montagearbeiten auszuführen. Zur Befestigung werden vorteilhaft Schraubverbindungen verwendet, die im dargestellten Beispiel an gabelförmigen Befestigungselementen sowie an entsprechenden Öffnungen der zu verbindenden Baugruppen angebracht werden.
Die Steuerung der zweiten Bohle kann mittels einer an der Maschine bereits vorhandenen Nivelliereinrichtung oder von einer zusätzlichen zweiten Nivelliereinrichtung erfolgen.
Es ist möglich, die Zusatzverdichtungsbohle 8 mit dem Zusatzverteiler 6 (Modul 1) starr an der Fertigerverdichtungsbohle 7 mit einer getrennten Höhenverstellung für Bohle und Verteilerschnecke zu verbinden. Zweckmäßigerweise erfolgt dabei die Befestigung am Nivellierholm. Es ist außerdem möglich, die Zusatzverdichtungsbohle 8 mit der Schnecke des Zusatzverteilers 6 gelenkig am Chassis der Zugmaschine anzuordnen.

Claims (10)

  1. Accessory for a paver by which at least one pavement layer can be built and compacted and wherein the paver comprises an undercarriage with a drive unit, a first material reservoir (1), a driving cab (9), a distributor (5), a transport facility (3) as well as a compaction bar (7), the accessory comprising means that enable simultaneous hot-on-hot laying in conjunction with the paver, the means comprising at least one auxiliary material reservoir (2), an auxiliary transport facility (4), an auxiliary distribution facility (6) and an auxiliary compaction bar (8), characterized in that the accessory is self-propelled and comprises an auxiliary undercarriage (19) as well as a frame (18), wherein fixation points (17) are arranged at the auxiliary undercarriage (19) for a detachable connection with the undercarriage of the paver, and the frame (18) comprises pivotable displacement arms (11) which can be moved by means of hydraulic cylinders and enable a lifting movement and/or a pivoting movement of a platform (10) arranged above the auxiliary undercarriage (19).
  2.
