Abstract

Ein zusammenlegbarer Behälter (1) mit einem aus einem Kunststoff-Formteil bestehenden Boden (2), an dessen Seitenwandung (7) Rillen (8) verlaufen, und mit an den senkrechten Behälterkanten zusammenfaltbar verbundenen Seitenwänden (3), die in die Rillen (8) einzustecken sind, sowie mit einem Auflageboden (13) ist in der Weise weitergebildet, dass der Auflageboden (13) als ein, ggf. faltbares, Klappteil an einer Seitenwand (3) befestigt ist oder dass zwei zusammen den Auflageboden (13) bildende Klappteile (14) an zwei gegenüberliegenden Seitenwänden (3) befestigt sind. Durch den Wegfall des Auflagebodens als separates Teil wird die Zahl der zu handhabenden Teile verringert. Die mit dem Auflageboden verbundenen Arbeiten werden beschränkt auf ein Heranklappen des Klappteils bzw. der Klappteile an die Seitenwand bzw. die Seitenwände beim Zusammenlegen und ein Ausklappen bein Aufstellen des Behälters. Zugleich wird der Behälter im gefüllten Zustand erheblich stabilisiert. Das Füllgut drückt mit seinem auf dem bzw. den Klappteil(en) lastenden Gewicht die vier Seitenwände nach unten in die Rillen und die Vertiefungen des Bodens.

Description

Zusammenlegbarer Behälter
Die Erfindung betrifft einen zusammenlegbaren Behälter mit einem aus einem Kunststoff-Formteil bestehenden Boden, der nach unten ausgeformte Vertiefungen als Füße aufweist, zwischen denen Platz für den Eingriff der Hubgabel eines Gabelstaplers ist, und an dessen Seitenwandung, jeweils von einer Vertiefung ausgehend und in die nächste einmündend, Rillen verlaufen und mit an den senkrechten Behälterkanten zusammenfaltbar verbundenen Seitenwänden, die in die Rillen und, ggf. mit nach unten überstehenden Abschnitten, in die Vertiefungen einzustecken sind und in den Rillen und ggf. den Vertiefungen abzustützen sind, sowie mit einem Auflageboden.
Ein solcher Behälter ist ohne den Auflageboden aus der DE-U 94 13 518 bekannt. Bei der, gleichfalls bekannten, Benutzung dieses Behälters gehört der Auflageboden in der Regel dazu, ferner ein Deckel.
Im zusammengelegten Zustand des Behälters sind die Seitenwände aus den Rillen und Vertiefungen des Bodens herausgenommen und flach zusammengefaltet; in der erwähnten benutzten Ausführung lassen sich die kleineren Seitenwände an einer in ihrer Mitte vorbereiteten Faltlinie einknicken, so daß in der flach zusammengefalteten Form nur noch die Abmessungen der größeren Seitenwände verbleiben. Die Teile können dann zu einem flachen Paket von der Grundfläche des Behälters zusammengelegt werden. Wo eine größere Zahl geleerter Behälter rückgeführt wird, kann auch ein im Nutzungszustand belassener Behälter mit den zusammengefalteten Seitenwänden und Auflageböden anderer Behälter gefüllt werden, deren Böden und Deckel man jeweils zu Stapeln zusammensetzt.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, die Handhabung der Behälter zu vereinfachen.
Gemäß der Erfindung wird dieser Zweck dadurch erfüllt, daß ein Auflageboden als ein Klappteil oder eine Mehrzahl von Klappteilen an einer bzw. einer Mehrzahl der Seitenwände befestigt ist. Die Zahl der Teile wird damit um ein Teil verringert. Die mit dem Auflageboden verbundenen Arbeiten werden beschränkt auf ein Heranklappen des Klappteils bzw. der Klappteile an die Seitenwand bzw. die Seitenwände beim Zusammenlegen und ein Ausklappen beim Aufstellen des Behälters.
Zugleich wird der Behälter im gefüllten Zustand erheblich stabilisiert. Das Füllgut drückt mit seinem auf dem bzw. den Klappteil(en) lastenden Gewicht die vier Seitenwände nach unten in die Rillen und die Vertiefungen des Bodens. Auch wenn der Behälter durch seitliche Kraftausübung auf eine Seitenwand geschoben werden soll, kippen die Seitenwände nicht einseitig aus den Rillen und den Vertiefungen des Bodens heraus.
Nach einer bevorzugten Ausgestaltung der Erfindung sind zwei zusammen den
Auflageboden bildende Klappteile an zwei gegenüberliegenden Seitenwänden angebracht.
Je nach den Abmessungsverhältnissen ist es ggf. aber auch möglich, daß der gesamte
Auflageboden als ein einziges Klappteil an einer der Seitenwände angebracht ist.
Eine weitere Ausgestaltung der Erfindung besteht in einem als einziges Klappteil an einer Seitenwand angebrachten faltbaren Auflageboden.
In der Regel wird das Klappteil bzw. werden die Klappteile aus gleichem oder ähnlichem Material wie die Seitenwände bestehen und über eine vorbereitete Faltlinie mit einem Materialstreifen verbunden sein, der sich etwa auf der Tiefe der genannten Rillen erstreckt und an der Seitenwand befestigt, vorzugsweise angeklebt oder angeschweißt, ist.
Diese Ausgestaltung ist besonders einfach und zweckmäßig. Sie nutzt die Teile der Rillen für die Befestigung. Die Faltlinie liegt gerade so, wie sie gebraucht wird, damit die Klappteile sich satt auf die Tragoberfläche des Bodens legen.
Weitere Maßnahmen, die zur vorteilhaften Ausgestaltung der Erfindung dienen können, sind in der nachfolgenden Beschreibung eines Ausführungsbeispiels angegeben.
Die Zeichnungen geben das Ausführungsbeispiel wieder. Fig. 1 zeigt einen Behälter in isometrischer, auseinandergezogener Darstellung, und Fig. 2 zeigt den Behälter in zusammengelegtem Zustand im senkrechten Querschnitt.
Der mit 1 bezeichnete Behälter besteht aus einem Boden 2, vier an den senkrechten Kanten verbundenen Seitenwänden 3 aus starker Wellpappe, Hohlkammerplatten aus Kunststoff oder ähnlichem Material und einem Deckel 4.
Der Boden 2 ist an den vier Ecken sowie auf den Seitenmitteln mit Füßen 5 versehen sowie mit einem Fuß in seiner Mitte. Die Füße 5 sind als Vertiefungen des Bodens 2 geformt, die mit 6 bezeichnet sind. Zwischen den Vertiefungen 6 verlaufen an der Seitenwandung 7 des Bodens 2 Rillen 8.
An der Seitenwandung 7 sind im Bereich der Vertiefungen 6 Konsolen 9 in Form von Kegelabschnitten ausgebildet. Die Stützflächen 10 der Konsolen 9 liegen in gleicher Höhe wie der Grund der Rillen 8.
Die Seitenwände 8 werden in die Rillen 7 und die Vertiefungen 6 des Bodens 2 gesteckt. In den Rillen 7 liegen sie dann auf dem Rillengrund, in den Vertiefungen 6 liegen sie auf den Konsolen 9 auf.
Der Deckel ist so gestaltet, daß er die Seitenwände 3 oben umfaßt und daß ein weiterer Behälter 1 mit seinem Boden 2 daraufgesetzt werden kann und gegen Verrutschen gesichert ist.
Der Boden 2 weist einen Sitz für den Deckel 4 auf in Form eines Absatzes 11 am Rand der Seitenwandung 7.
Wie Fig. 2 erkennen läßt, liegt dieser Sitz außerhalb der Seitenwände 3 des Behälters, so daß der Deckel 4, wie in Fig. 2 links strichpunktiert verdeutlicht, die Seitenwände 3 oben umfassen kann.
Die Seitenwände 3 des Behälters 1 lassen sich in der Weise zusammenfalten, daß die beiden kleineren Seitenwände 3 an einer in ihrer Mitte vorbereiteten Faltlinie 12 eingeknickt werden.
In dem gemäß Fig. 2 zusammengelegten Zustand finden die zusammengefalteten Seitenwände 3 Platz zwischen dem Boden 2 und dem Deckel 4. An den beiden größeren Seitenwänden 3 ist ein Auflageboden 13 aus gleichem Material wie die Seitenwände angebracht in Gestalt von zwei, jeweils eine Hälfte des Auflagebodens 13 bildenden, Klappteilen 14. Sie weisen einen durch eine vorbereitete Faltlinie 15 von ihnen abgeteilten Randstreifen 16 auf, der entlang des unteren Randes der Seitenwand 3 an dieser anliegt und mit ihr verklebt ist. Die Breite des Randstreifens 16 ist etwa gleich der Tiefe der Rillen 7, so daß die Faltlinie 15 an der Höhe der Tragoberfläche 17 des Bodens 2 liegt und die Klappteile 14 satt auf dieser zu liegen kommen. Im zusammengefalteten Zustand liegen die Klappteile 14 an den Seitenwänden 3 an.

Claims

PATENTANSPRUCHE
1. Zusammenlegbarer Behälter (1 ), mit einem aus einem Kunststoff-Formteil bestehenden Boden (2), der nach unten ausgeformte Vertiefungen (6) als Füße (5) aufweist, zwischen denen Platz für den Eingriff der Hubgabel eines Gabelstaplers ist, und an dessen Seitenwandung (7), jeweils von einer Vertiefung (6) ausgehend und in die nächste einmündend, Rillen (8) verlaufen und mit an den senkrechten Behälterkanten zusammenfaltbar verbundenen Seitenwänden (3), die in die Rillen (8) und, ggf. mit nach unten überstehenden Abschnitten, in die Vertiefungen (6) einzustecken sind und in den Rillen (8) und ggf. den Vertiefungen (6) abzustützen sind, sowie mit einem Auflageboden (13), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Auflageboden (13) als ein Klappteil oder eine Mehrzahl von Klappteilen (14) an einer bzw. einer Mehrzahl der Seitenwände (3) befestigt ist.
2. Behälter nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwei zusammen den Auflageboden (13) bildende Klappteile (14) an zwei gegenüberliegenden Seitenwänden (3) angebracht sind.
3. Behälter nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein faltbares Klappteil an einer Seitenwand angebracht ist.
4. Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Klappteil bzw. die Klappteile (14) aus gleichem oder ähnlichem Material wie die Seitenwände besteht bzw. bestehen und über eine vorbereitete Faltlinie (15) mit einem Materialstreifen (16) verbunden ist. bzw. sind, der sich etwa auf der Tiefe der genannten Rillen (8) erstreckt und an der Seitenwand (3) befestigt, vorzugsweise angeklebt oder angeschweißt ist.
5. Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die vier Seitenwände (3) unter Einknicken (12) zweier gegenüberliegender Seitenwände zusammenfaltbar sind und das Klappteil bzw. die Klappteile (14) an einer der bzw. den beiden anderen Seitenwänden (3) befestigt ist bzw. sind.
6. Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Seitenwandung (7) des Bodens (2) in mindestens in die an den Ecken des Bodens (2) liegenden Vertiefungen (6) heraustretende Absätze oder Konsolen (9) als Abstützung für die Seitenwände (3) des Behälters (1 ) angeformt sind.
7. Behälter nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Absätze oder Konsolen (9) für Seitenwände (3) mit geradliniger Unterkante eine auf gleicher Höhe mit dem Grund der Rillen (8) liegende Stützfläche (10) aufweisen.

Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, gekennzeichnet durch einen auf die Seitenwände (3) aufsetzbaren, sie oben umfassenden Deckel (4) und einen am Rand des Bodens (2) an der Außenseite der Seitenwände (3) des Behälters (1 ) ausgebildeten Sitz (11 ) für den Deckel (4) im zusammengelegten Zustand des Behälters (1 ).
9. Behälter nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Sitz aus einem, vorzugsweise ununterbrochen umlaufenden Absatz (11 ) an der Innenseite der Seitenwandung (7) des Bodens (2) besteht.
