Claims (9)
- Verfahren zur Reinhaltung von Wäschereimaschinen, insbesondere zur Vermeidung oder mindestens Reduzierung von Verunreinigungen wie zum Beispiel Ablagerungen an mit Flüssigkeit in Kontakt kommenden metallischen Oberflächen der Wäschereimaschinen, wobei die betroffenen metallischen Oberflächen mit einer eine äußere Mikrostrukturierung aufweisenden Beschichtung versehen werden, die Mikrostrukturierung aus feinen Mikronoppen mit niederenergenen, hydrophoben Eigenschaften gebildet wird, indem Flüssigkeiten die freien Flächen der Beschichtung nicht benetzen.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Beschichtung nach Art eines Lacks oder als Lack auf mindestens ausgewählte metallische Oberflächen der Wäschebehandlungsmaschine aufgebracht wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Polymerbeschichtung oder polymerhaltige Beschichtung, insbesondere eine Silikonbeschichtung, verwendet wird, wobei vorzugsweise eine solche Polymerbeschichtung, insbesondere eine Silikonbeschichtung, verwendet wird, bei der mindestens ein Großteil der Wasserstoffatome durch Fluoratome ersetzt worden ist.
- Vorrichtung zum Entwässern von Wäsche, insbesondere Entwässerungspresse, mit einem Aufnahmebehälter für die zu entwässernde Wäsche und vorzugsweise einen Pressstempel, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens die mit der Wäsche in Berührung kommenden metallischen Oberflächen des Aufnahmebehälters und gegebenenfalls des Pressenstempels nicht haftende Eigenschaften oder zumindest verringerte Hafteigenschaften aufweisen, indem die Oberflächen über eine abriebfeste Beschichtung mit einer außenseitigen Mikrostrukturierung verfügen und die Mikrostrukturierung der Beschichtung aus feinen Mikronoppen mit hydrophoben, niederenergenen Eigenschaften gebildet ist, wodurch Flüssigkeiten die freien Flächen der Beschichtung nicht benetzen.
- Vorrichtung zum Nassbehandeln, insbesondere Waschen, von Wäschestücken mit mindestens einer drehend antreibbaren Trommel, in der die Nassbehandlung der Wäsche erfolgt und mit vorzugsweise wenigstens einem Vorratsbehälter für Behandlungsflüssigkeit, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens die mit der Wäsche in Berührung kommenden metallischen Oberflächen der Trommel und gegebenenfalls des Vorratsbehälters nicht haftende Eigenschaften oder zumindest verringerte Hafteigenschaften aufweisen, indem die Oberflächen über eine abriebfeste Beschichtung mit einer außenseitigen Mikrostrukturierung verfügen und die Mikrostrukturierung der Beschichtung aus feinen Mikronoppen mit hydrophoben, niederenergenen Eigenschaften gebildet ist, wodurch Flüssigkeiten die freien Flächen der Beschichtung nicht benetzen
- Vorrichtung zum Glätten von Wäschestücken, insbesondere Muldenmangel, mit einer drehend antreibbaren Mangelwalze und einer dieser zugeordneten, beheizbaren Mangelmulde, die auf ihrer zur Mangelwalze weisenden Innenseite eine Plättfläche auf weist, an der die zu glättenden Wäschestücke entlangbewegbar sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens die mit der Wäsche in Berührung kommenden metallischen Oberflächen der Mangelmulde nicht haftende Eigenschaften oder zumindest verringerte Hafteigenschaften aufweisen, indem die Oberflächen über eine abriebfeste Beschichtung mit einer außenseitigen Mikrostrukturierung verfügen und die Mikrostrukturierung der Beschichtung aus feinen Mikronoppen mit hydrophoben, niederenergenen Eigenschaften gebildet ist, wodurch Flüssigkeiten die freien Flächen der Beschichtung nicht benetzen
- Vorrichtung nach einem Ansprüche 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Beschichtung temperaturbeständig, insbesondere hochtemperaturbeständig, ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Beschichtung auf Polymerbasis, insbesondere aus Silikon, hergestellt ist und/oder einem Polymer bzw. Silikon besteht, wobei insbesondere die Wasserstoffatome mindestens größtenteils durch Fluoratome ersetzt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Beschichtung ein auf die metallene Oberfläche von wenigstens Teilen der Mangelmulde, der Trommel, des Vorratsbehälters, des Aufnahmebehälters und/oder des Pressstempels aufgebrachter Lack ist.
