Definitions
- the invention relates to a container for receiving the different coins of a currency, especially euro coins according to the preamble of claim 1.
- Such a container is for example from DE 93 11 084 U1 for Austrian shillings, from CH 604 601 e.g. For French Franc and from GB 1 285 121 A for British Pence known.
- the basic body is formed from a solid part, which has the shafts as recesses.
- the container is heavy and complex to manufacture.
- the object of the invention is to provide a light, stable, high-speed container for To provide inclusion of euro coins.
- the container there is the basic body with the shafts for receiving the coins from an outer part, which includes the bottom and the peripheral wall of the container, and an inner part, the walls of the shafts are at least partially formed by the inner part.
- At least part of the shafts will be on the one hand through the inner part and on the other hand through the peripheral wall of the outer part.
- the shafts are usually circular in diameter based on the diameter of the coins of the respective Coin type corresponds to the currency with a certain game, so the coins in the shafts up to the opening can be pressed from the top coin to the side can be pushed out.
- the container according to the invention is for receiving of all euro coins. It's from the Shafts for the six cent coins, i.e. 1-, 2-, 5-, 10-, 20 and 50 cent coins, three in a row on the one or the other side of the container and the two euro coins, So 1 and 2 euros in a shaft between each arranged in the two rows.
- the three cent coins with one single-digit value, i.e. 1, 2 and 5 cent coins preferably in one row and the three cent coins with 10 times the value, i.e. 10, 20 and 50 cent coins arranged in the other row.
- the coins with a value with the number "1”, so 1 cent, 10 cent and 1 euro coins, and the coins with one Value specification with the number "2", ie 2-cent, 20-cent and 2 euro coins are preferably in a transverse row arranged. It is advantageous if in one row the cent coins in the order 1 cent, 5 cent and 20 cent and in the other row the cent coins in that order 10 cents, 50 cents and 20 cents are arranged.
- the side openings of the walls of the shafts only are partially formed by the inner part, are preferred closed by the peripheral wall of the outer part.
- the container is preferably polygonal, in particular trapezoidal educated.
- the corners of the outer wall of the outer part form to the respective circular Shaft a concentric arc. This means, the respective shaft wall of the Inner part through the peripheral wall of the outer part to the im Cross-section circular shaft added.
- a trapezoidal container in plan view is preferably the row of one-digit cent coins Amount, i.e. the 1-cent, 2-cent and 5 cent coin on the short side of the trapeze and the row with the cent coins with 10 times the value, i.e. 10, 20 and 50 cent coins arranged on the long side of the trapeze.
- the sides of the trapezoid i.e. the sections of the peripheral wall between the corner sections preferably inwards arched.
- the inner part has at least one opening through which a protrusion protrudes, which covers the cover with the outer part combines.
- the opening in the inner part is there provided in the middle.
- recesses can also be made be present at the edge of the inner part.
- the cover and the two parts of the base body are preferably So the inner part and the outer part and possibly the Plastic plates.
- the production takes place preferably by injection molding.
- the protrusion that connects the lid to the outer part is preferably in one piece with the lid or the outer part connected, that is molded onto the cover or the outer part.
- the projection preferably consists of at least one in the latched spring-loaded tongue with a hook.
- the tongue and hook are preferably in one piece with the lid or outer part connected, that is molded onto it during injection molding.
- the spring-loaded tongue projects through with the hook the opening in the inner part, the hook preferably engages behind the opening when it snaps into place.
- both on the cover and preferably two spring tongues on the bottom of the outer part each provided a hook, each having an opening in the Reach in inside part.
- Pins are provided in the blind-hole-shaped recesses are pluggable in the outer part or in the cover. If the recesses are provided in the outer part, they are in or on the Peripheral wall of the outer part attached.
- the cones can be used Tip be conically tapered. The cones are then in the recess, i.e. with the outer part or the Lid pressed by pressing lid and outer part together, which causes them to expand and become fixed in the recess become. If the pin only for positioning the lid can be needed on the base body from the pressing also be disregarded.
- the lid with the outer part including the inner part is connected by pressing the pins, if necessary on the above-described projection or the above described spring tongues, the one or more Project openings in the inner part, are waived. It is understood that with injection molded lid or outer part, the pins by injection, that is in one piece be made with the lid or the outer part.
- the opening through which the top coin comes out of the container can be pushed out laterally by spacers between the lid and the peripheral wall of the outer part on the one side or the other of each opening.
- the spacer can by projections on the lid on both sides each opening may be formed, which is on the edge of the peripheral wall support the outer part.
- the spring that is the top coin of the stack on top of each Presses plate against the lid is preferably one Coil spring.
- the platelets preferably face Underside, i.e. on the side facing away from the coins stacked on it A circular indentation.
- protruding inwards Projections may be provided.
- the protrusions can be spaced from the side of the tokens facing away from the coins, i.e. the Bottom of the plate can be arranged to form a groove.
- Protruding ones Protrusions preferably molded.
- the injection molded parts of the container according to the invention preferably only thin sections.
- the lid and the outer part consisting of the floor and the peripheral wall there are only thin wall sections anyway, as well the tiles.
- the inner part points between the individual Circles or arcs that form the shafts, relative thick gussets and similar sections of greater thickness. To remove these thick gussets, also in the inner part to form only thin shaft walls are preferably between recesses on the walls of adjacent shafts intended.
- a trough can be provided in the middle of the lid his.
- the container has a base body 1 and one Cover 2 on.
- the base body 1 consists of an outer part 3 and an inner part 4.
- the cover 2, the outer part 3 and the inner part 4 are preferably plastic injection molded parts.
- the outer part 3 has a bottom 5 and a peripheral wall 6 on.
- Basic body 1 shafts are provided, which are below the bottom 5 are closed.
- Coil spring is provided between each plate 7 to 14 and the bottom 5 as a compression spring.
- the plates 7 to 14 are those that are not shown Coins stacked.
- the value of the coins in each Manhole are stackable on top of each other Plate 7 to 14 indicated.
- the cover 2 has a viewing window on each shaft by the number on tiles 7 to 14, the value of the top coin placed on it is visible is.
- the plates 7 to 14 have the same diameter on like the coins stacked on them.
- the Viewing windows are designed so that the edge of each tile 7 to 14 or the top coin placed on top the spring in the shaft against the inwardly projecting edge 16 the window in the lid 2 is pressed, as exemplified for the viewing window 17 on the slot for the 1 cent coins the plate 7 shown in Fig. 2.
- the walls of the shafts where the coins are stacked are partly from the inner part 4 and partly from the outer part 5 formed. That is, the inner part 4 is in the Cross-section of circular shaft walls 25 to 32 provided.
- the side openings of the shaft walls 25 to 32 of the Inner part 4 are through the peripheral wall 6 of the outer part 3rd closed, as in Fig. 3 through the openings 34, 35 of Shaft walls 27 and 28 are shown.
- the container has four rounded corners 42 to 45.
- each viewing window through the top one on the respective tile 7 to 14 coin lying to the side, i.e. to the adjacent side wall 47 to 50 or to the adjacent corner 42 to 45 of the outer part 3 can be pushed out with the finger, as in Fig. 1 by the Opening 52 shown at the viewing window 17.
- Figs. 2 and 3 are to form the openings 52 as spacers projections 61 to 68 on the cover 2 provided, which is on the edge of the peripheral wall 6 of the outer part 3 support.
- the container designed to hold the coins of the euro currency shows six slots for the cent coins and two Shafts for the euro coins.
