Generally, the compounds of the present invention are dispensed in unit dosage form comprising from about 0.05 to about 1000 mg of active ingredient together with a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier per unit dosage.

L'invention concerne des inhibiteurs sélectifs à activité thérapeutique agissant sur l'enzyme DPP-IV. Les composés considérés sont des inhibiteurs puissants et sélectifs de l'enzyme DPP-IV, et ils sont efficaces pour traiter des affections susceptibles d'être régulées ou normalisées à travers l'inhibition de l'enzyme considérée.
