Claims (11)
- Gargerät mit einem Ofengehäuse sowie einem in dem Ofengehäuse (1) angeordneten und über eine Tür (3) verschließbaren Garraum (2), wobei die Tür (3) Teil eines schubladenartig in das Ofengehäuse einfahrbaren und aus diesem herausfahrbaren Backwagens (5) mit mindestens einem an der Tür (3) festlegbaren Gargutträger (4) ist und das Verfahren des Backwagens (5) mittels eines motorisch antreibbaren Antriebsmechanismus ausführbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Antriebsmechanismus (7) als über mindestens ein angetriebenes Kettenrad (9) laufender Kettenantrieb ausgebildet ist. - Gargerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kette des Kettenantriebs als Schubkette (8) ausgebildet ist.
- Gargerät nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das mindestens eine angetriebene Kettenrad (9) über eine zu- und abschaltbare Kupplung an einen Antriebsmotor (11) ankoppelbar ist.
- Gargerät nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Antriebsmotor (11) und die Schubkette (8) außerhalb des Garraums (2) angeordnet sind.
- Gargerät nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Antriebsmotor (11) mit einer Überlastsicherung, insbesondere einer Rutschkupplung, ausgestattet ist.
- Gargerät nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schubkette (8) zwischen zwei parallel zueinander angeordneten Führungen (6) zum Verfahren der Tür (3) angeordnet ist.
- Gargerät nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Ende der endlichen Schubkette (8) mit dem Backwagen (5) verbunden ist und das andere, freie Ende der Schubkette (8) bei geschlossener Tür (3) in einem Kettenspeicher (12) im Ofengehäuse (1) speicherbar ist.
- Gargerät nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das freie Ende der Schubkette (8) bei geschlossener Tür (3) in senkrechter Richtung im Bereich der Rückwand des Ofengehäuses (1) gespeichert ist.
- Gargerät nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das freie Ende der Schubkette (8) bei geschlossener Tür (3) in waagerechter Richtung im unteren Bereich des Ofengehäuses (1) gespeichert ist.
- Gargerät nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Schalter zum Betätigen des Antriebsmechanismus (7) in einen Schalter (13) zum Betätigen des Gargeräts integriert ist.
- Gargerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Backwagen (5) sowohl automatisch über den Antriebsmechanismus (7) als auch manuell verfahrbar ist.
