Claims (6)

  1. Chaîne de dégarnissage (4) pour une machine de construction de voie ferrée (1) servant à l'enlèvement du matériau de ballastage d'une voie ferrée (3), se composant d'éléments de dégarnissage (12) en forme d'auges servant à collecter et à transporter le matériau de ballastage ainsi que d'articulations de chaîne (14) reliant les éléments de dégarnissage (12) les uns aux autres pour former une chaîne sans fin, caractérisée en ce que précisément une pièce intermédiaire de chaîne (13) avec deux articulations de chaîne (14) écartées l'une de l'autre dans le sens longitudinal de la chaîne est disposée entre deux éléments de dégarnissage (12) voisins et en ce que les articulations de chaîne (14) disposent de paliers d'articulation qui sont respectivement réalisés pour le logement articulé d'un tourillon d'articulation (20) relié de manière amovible avec un élément de dégarnissage (12).
  2. Chaîne de dégarnissage selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le palier d'articulation (16) est réalisé sous forme d'un palier sphérique avec une rotule (17) et une bague sphérique (18) reposant librement dans celle-ci et entourant le tourillon d'articulation (20) présentant un axe d'articulation (19).
  3. Chaîne de dégarnissage selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que la pièce intermédiaire de chaîne (13) est formée d'une pièce principale (22) reliée avec les deux paliers d'articulation (16) et positionnée dans un plan (23) s'étendant perpendiculairement à l'axe d'articulation (19) de la rotule (17) et en ce qu'un ergot de consolidation (25) positionné au centre par rapport au sens longitudinal de la chaîne est disposé au centre, entre les deux paliers d'articulation (16), non seulement sur la face supérieure mais aussi sur la face inférieure de la pièce principale (22) par rapport au sens longitudinal des axes d'articulation (19).
  4. Chaîne de dégarnissage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que chaque élément de dégarnissage (12), au niveau du palier d'articulation (16), présente deux pattes d'articulation (26) écartées l'une de l'autre dans le sens de l'axe d'articulation (19) moyennant réalisation d'une mortaise (27) avec chacune un alésage (21) servant à loger le tourillon d'articulation (20).
  5. Chaîne de dégarnissage selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que chaque axe d'articulation (26) de l'élément de dégarnissage (12) présente une encoche (28) servant à loger l'ergot de consolidation (25) voisin de la pièce intermédiaire de chaîne (13).
  6. Chaîne de dégarnissage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 5, caractérisée en ce qu'au centre, entre les deux ergots de consolidation (25), une nervure de consolidation (24) s'étendant perpendiculairement au sens longitudinal de la chaîne (15) est reliée avec la pièce intermédiaire de chaîne (13).
