Claims (5)
- Verpackungsbeutel aus Folienmaterial für ein im wesentlichen keimfreies Verpacken von fliess- oder schüttfähigen Produkten, insbesondere Nahrungsmitteln oder Getränken in Abfüllanlagen, mit einem in eine schlitzförmige Öffnung eines umfänglich abgedichteten Beutelbasisteiles (1) hermetisch abdichtend befestigten formstabilen Einsatzteil (2) mit einem eine Durchlasspassage (4) definierenden Halsbereich (3) mit Hintergreifmitteln (14, 15), welche mit angepassten Hintergreifmitteln (13) an einer Verschlusskappe (5) in Eingriff bringbar sind, um die Verschlusskappe (5) zum Verschliessen der Durchlasspassage (4) am Halsbereich (3) des Einsatzteiles (2) zu montieren, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hintergreifmittel (14, 15) an einem der den Halsbereich (3) und die Verschlusskappe (5) umfassenden Teile erste und zweite Hintergreifbereiche (14,15) umfassen, die mit den betreffenden Hintergreifmitteln (13) am anderen Teil nacheinander in Eingriff bringbar sind, dergestalt, dass die Verschlusskappe in einer ersten und zweiten abdichtenden Position am Halsbereich (3) montierbar ist, wobei die Verschlusskappe wenigstens in der ersten abdichtenden Position zerstörungsfrei vom Halsbereich (3) abnehmbar ist.
- Verpackungsbeutel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hintergreifbereiche eine Vielzahl von umfänglich voneinander beabstandeten Hintergreifnocken (14) und einen in nahem axialen Abstand dazu vorgesehenen Hintergreifbund (15) am Halsbereich (3) des Einsatzteiles (2) und die Hintergreifmittel an der Verschlusskappe (5) einen Ringbund (13) umfassen, wobei der Ringbund (13) in der ersten abdichtenden Position der Verschlusskappe in hintergreifender Eingriffnahme mit den Hintergreifnocken (14) bei gleichzeitiger dichtender Anlage am Hintergreifbund (15) gehalten ist.
- Verpackungsbeutel nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am Halsbereich (3) Mittel (16) zum vorübergehenden Halten des Verpackungsbeutels in einer Transporteinrichtung einer Abfüllanlage vorgesehen sind.
- Verpackungsbeutel nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Haltemittel einen kontinuierlichen oder diskontinuierlichen Ringbund (13) am Halsbereich (3) umfassen.
- Verpackungsbeutel nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Haltemittel eine Vielzahl von vom Halsbereich (3) abstehehenden Nasen umfassen.
