Claims (13)

- Système de commande pour ouvrant selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, dans lequel l'orientation des capteurs sur le véhicule est fixée de manière que l'axe privilégié de chaque capteur du système de commande qui est associé au mécanisme actionneur d'un ouvrant soit orienté pour détecter des mouvements s'effectuant dans au moins un des sens correspondant respectivement au sens d'ouverture ou de fermeture de l'ouvrant.
- Système de commande pour ouvrant selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, dans lequel le mécanisme actionneur (1) d'ouvrant qui est commandé est un ensemble mécanique ou électromécanique d'ouverture et/ou de fermeture d'ouvrant.
- Système de commande pour ouvrant selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, dans lequel le système 10 de commande d'ouvrant est associé à un dispositif d'accès "mains libres" (4, 5) qui commande un mécanisme de verrouillage/déverrouillage (2) d'au moins une serrure d'un ouvrant du véhicule.
- Système de commande pour ouvrant selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, dans lequel le système de commande d'ouvrant agit sur un mécanisme actionneur (1) assurant l'ouverture et/ou la fermeture d'un ouvrant (8 ou 8'), ce système de commande comportant des capteurs de mouvement (7A', 7B') disposé(s) sur l'ouvrant ou à proximité de l'ouvrant sur le véhicule.
- Système de commande pour ouvrant selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, dans lequel le système de commande comporte un ou des capteurs de mouvement, de type émetteur-récepteur d'ultrasons.
- Système de commande pour ouvrant selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, dans lequel le système de commande comporte un ou des capteurs de mouvement, de type émetteur-récepteur de signaux hyperfréquence.
- Système de commande pour ouvrant selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, dans lequel les moyens (3 et 7A', 7B'), pour commander un mécanisme (2) actionneur d'ouvrant, sont conçus pour déterminer l'action de commande à réaliser en fonction du sens du mouvement tel que défini à partir des signaux foumis par le ou les capteurs, préférablement à partir d'une valeur de seuil minimal de mouvement prédéterminée.
- Système de commande pour ouvrant selon la revendication 11, dans lequel le sens du mouvement déterminé, nécessaire à la commande d'un ouvrant à l'ouverture ou à la fermeture par un mécanisme actionneur (2) sous le contrôle des moyens (3 et 7A', 7B') permettant de commander ce mécanisme, est choisi pour correspondre au sens de mouvement d'ouverture ou de fermeture de l'ouvrant qui est demandé.
- Véhicule, en particulier véhicule automobile, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un système de commande pour ouvrant selon l'une des revendications précédentes.
