Claims (13)

  1. System zur Betätigung einer zu öffnenden Einrichtung eines Fahrzeuges, insbesondere einen Kofferraumdeckel (8 oder 8') eines Kraftfahrzeuges, das es einem Benutzer ermöglicht, auf einen mit der zu öffnenden Einrichtung (8) des Fahrzeuges verbundenen Aktuator-Mechanismus (1) aus einer Entfernung einzuwirken, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es in bezug auf das Fahrzeug Mittel (3) enthält, um mindestens eine Aktion des Aktuator-Mechanismus mit Hilfe von Signalen zu steuern, die durch die Bewegungssensoren (7A', 7B') erzeugt werden, wenn eine gleiche Bewegung mit Hilfe dieser Sensoren entlang ihrer entsprechenden Hauptachsen erfaßt wird, die in eine bestimmte Bewegung entlang einer resultierenden Achse (R'), deren Ausrichtung abhängig ist von der ausgeführten Kombination der Sensoren, übersetzt wird und wenn diese bestimmte Bewegung einer vorgegebenen Bewegung entspricht.
  2. System zur Betätigung einer zu öffnenden Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, bei dem die Bewegungsgeschwindigkeit in Richtung der resultierenden Achse (R') der Sensoren (7A', 7B') des Betätigungssystems, die mit Hilfe der durch jeden Sensor gelieferten Signale bestimmt ist, für die Betätigung des Aktuator-Mechanismus, im Falle der Erfassung einer Bewegung, ausgenutzt wird.
  3. System zur Betätigung einer zu öffnenden Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, bei dem die durchlaufene Wegstrecke in Richtung der resultierenden Achse (R') der Sensoren (7A', 7B') des Betätigungssystems, die mit Hilfe der durch jeden Sensor gelieferten Signale bestimmt ist, für die Betätigung des Aktuator-Mechanismus, im Falle der Erfassung einer Bewegung, ausgenutzt wird.
  4. System zur Betätigung einer zu öffnenden Einrichtung nach Anspruch 3, bei dem die ermittelte durchlaufene Wegstrecke in Richtung der resultierenden Achse (R') der Sensoren (7A', 7B') des Betätigungssystems, die mit Hilfe der durch jeden Sensor gelieferten Signale bestimmt ist, im Falle der Erfassung einer Bewegung, für die Zwecke der Kontrolle des Durchlaufens oder winkelmäßigen Öffnens für den Aktuator-Mechanismus ausgenutzt wird.
  5. System zur Betätigung einer zu öffnenden Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, bei dem die Sensoren hinsichtlich ihrer Ausrichtung derart an dem Fahrzeug befestigt sind, daß die Hauptachse jedes Sensors des Betätigungssystems, der mit dem Aktuator-Mechanismus einer zu öffnenden Einrichtung zusammenwirkt, derart ausgerichtet ist, um Bewegungen zu erfassen, die in mindestens einer der entsprechenden Richtungen, die der Öffnungs- oder Schließrichtung der zu öffnenden Einrichtung entsprechen, auftreten.
  6. System zur Betätigung einer zu öffnenden Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, bei dem der betätigbare Aktuator-Mechanismus (1) der zu öffnenden Einrichtung eine mechanische oder elektromechanische Einheit zum Öffnen und/oder Schließen der zu öffnenden Einrichtung ist.
  7. System zur Betätigung einer zu öffnenden Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, bei dem das Betätigungssystem der zu öffnenden Einrichtung mit einer "Frei-Hand" Zugangseinrichtung (4, 5) zusammenwirkt, die einen Mechanismus zum Verriegeln/Entriegeln (2) für mindestens ein Schloß der zu öffnenden Einrichtung des Fahrzeuges betätigt.
  8. System zur Betätigung einer zu öffnenden Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, bei dem das Betätigungssystem der zu öffnenden Einrichtung auf einen Aktuator-Mechanismus (1) einwirkt, der das Öffnen und/oder das Schließen der zu öffnenden Einrichtung (8 oder 8') sichert, wobei dieses Betätigungssystem Bewegungssensoren (7A', 7B') enthält, die an der zu öffnenden Einrichtung oder in der Nähe der zu öffnenden Einrichtung des Fahrzeuges angeordnet sind.
  9. System zur Betätigung einer zu öffnenden Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, bei dem das Betätigungssystem einen oder mehrere Bewegungssensoren enthält, bei denen es sich um Ultraschall Sender/Empfänger handelt.
  10. System zur Betätigung einer zu öffnenden Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, bei dem das Betätigungssystem einen oder mehrere Bewegungssensoren enthält, bei denen es sich um im Mikrowellenbereich arbeitende Sender/Empfänger handelt.
  11. System zur Betätigung einer zu öffnenden Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, bei dem die Mittel (3 und 7A', 7B') zur Betätigung eines Aktuator-Mechanismus (2) der zu öffnenden Einrichtung derart ausgelegt sind, daß die auszuführende Betätigungsaktion in Abhängigkeit von der Richtung der Bewegung bestimmt wird, die durch die von dem oder den Sensoren gelieferten Signale definiert ist, vorzugsweise unter Verwendung eines vorgegebenen minimalen Bewegungs-Schwellwertes.
  12. System zur Betätigung einer zu öffnenden Einrichtung nach Anspruch 11, bei dem die Richtung der bestimmten Bewegung, die erforderlich ist zur Kontrolle des Öffnens oder Schließens einer zu öffnenden Einrichtung mittels eines Aktuator-Mechanismus (2) unter der Kontrolle der Mittel (3 und 7A', 7B), die es ermöglichen, diesen Mechanismus zu betätigen, derart gewählt ist, daß sie der gewünschten Richtung der Bewegung zum Öffnen oder Schließen der zu öffnenden Einrichtung entspricht.
  13. Fahrzeug, insbesondere Kraftfahrzeug, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es ein Betätigungssystem gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche umfaßt.
