  • the system carrier (referred to there as a device carrier) is part of a cooking center with hot and / or cold output.
  • the system or equipment carrier of the cooking center is designed as a carrier unit, which is joined together with other, identically designed carrier units. Joined adjacent carrier units can be thermally insulated from one another by insertable partitions.
  • the known cooking center at least one designed as insert or plug-in unit heating, cooking, grilling, cooling, or work equipment with a GN container corresponding outer dimensions in the system tray instead of the GN container is arranged.
  • Such a cooking center must be designed from the outset for a certain number of carrier units.
  • the number of carrier units to be assembled is freely selectable, after completion of the cooking center this number of carrier units is fixed once and for all.
  • the selected number of carrier units is inextricably linked together at the manufacturer to a fixed unit, e.g. as a self-welded stainless steel construction.
  • Each carrier unit has solid walls which are firmly welded to the walls of adjacent carrier units. Between the side walls of adjacent support units partitions can be used for thermal insulation.
  • nothing can be changed on the once defined design of the system carrier, which consists of a preselected number of carrier units.
  • horizontal longitudinal beads are formed one above the other, which serve as a support for an insert or plug-in device of the aforementioned type in each carrier unit. Even with the inserter or drawer unit removed from the carrier unit, the thorough cleaning of the same after each use of the cooking center is cumbersome.
  • a kitchen work unit which is equipped with an adjustable height worktop.
  • This worktop can rest either on a U-shaped horizontal support frame or on two basically L-shaped support profiles.
