Definitions
- the invention relates to a system carrier specified in the preamble of claim 1. Art.
- Such a system carrier is known from the patent DE 197 57 004 C2.
- the system carrier (referred to there as a device carrier) is part of a cooking center with hot and / or cold output.
- the system or equipment carrier of the cooking center is designed as a carrier unit, which is joined together with other, identically designed carrier units. Joined adjacent carrier units can be thermally insulated from one another by insertable partitions.
- the known cooking center at least one designed as insert or plug-in unit heating, cooking, grilling, cooling, or work equipment with a GN container corresponding outer dimensions in the system tray instead of the GN container is arranged.
- Such a cooking center must be designed from the outset for a certain number of carrier units.
- the number of carrier units to be assembled is freely selectable, after completion of the cooking center this number of carrier units is fixed once and for all.
- the selected number of carrier units is inextricably linked together at the manufacturer to a fixed unit, e.g. as a self-welded stainless steel construction.
- Each carrier unit has solid walls which are firmly welded to the walls of adjacent carrier units. Between the side walls of adjacent support units partitions can be used for thermal insulation.
- nothing can be changed on the once defined design of the system carrier, which consists of a preselected number of carrier units.
- horizontal longitudinal beads are formed one above the other, which serve as a support for an insert or plug-in device of the aforementioned type in each carrier unit. Even with the inserter or drawer unit removed from the carrier unit, the thorough cleaning of the same after each use of the cooking center is cumbersome.
- a kitchen work unit which is equipped with an adjustable height worktop.
- This worktop can rest either on a U-shaped horizontal support frame or on two basically L-shaped support profiles.
- the two U-legs are each connected to a vertical column, which is guided in a guide housing.
- the U-shaped support frame nor the L-shaped support profiles are provided or suitable as support units of a system support of the type mentioned.
- a wall rail of sheet iron or sheet metal material for the suspension of shelves od is a wall rail of sheet iron or sheet metal material for the suspension of shelves od.
- one end of which is adapted to engage with a series of openings through Repressing the sheet material between transverse sections are made.
- Both the re-pressed sheet metal parts and the sheet metal parts that remain between the transverse sections are formed so that their cross-sectional profile is curved in opposite directions or polygonal.
- a combined forming and cutting tool is used to make such a wall rail.
- the wall rail thus receives special supports which are particularly suitable for the insertion of ironing, which then accommodate the actual shelf elements.
- a shelf or cabinet system which is composed of individual, identically constructed components.
- the components for constructing the rack or cabinet system each consist of three plates, which are interconnected by rotatable joints and form a plan view C- or U-shaped arrangement with two 90 ° - angles.
- the individual juxtaposed components of the shelving system are fixed to floors, the number of floors is determined by the dimensions of the foot construction.
- the object of the invention is to provide a system carrier of the type mentioned, which can be flexibly and umbegrennt by means of fewer anten of components assembled.
- the carrier units are designed as independent shelf modules.
- the first carrier unit is a U-shaped shelf module in a plan view (hereinafter referred to as U-shelf module), which is connected to any number of in plan view L-shaped shelf modules (hereinafter referred to as L-shelf modules) to the system carrier.
- U-shelf module U-shaped shelf module in a plan view
- L-shelf modules L-shaped shelf modules
- the system carrier according to the invention thus presents itself as a modular designed modular system carrier which can be expanded to any size by combining the first carrier unit consisting of a U-shelf module with any number of second carrier units consisting of L-shelf modules consist.
- the individual carrier units are preferably assembled in the system carrier according to the invention is not insoluble as by welding, but detachable as by fasteners. The individual carrier units can therefore be separated from each other for cleaning purposes, which significantly improves the cleaning options compared to the above-described prior art.
- the structure of the system carrier according to the invention is much easier than that of the known system carrier due to its modular design.
- carrier units Only two types of carrier units need to be manufactured, namely a U-shaped type of carrier unit and a L-shaped type of carrier unit that can be stocked and stocked to be more desirable as a system carrier when needed Size to be detachably joined together.
- the structure is also much more flexible than in the known system carrier, because can be produced by adding or omitting the second carrier units a system carrier of any size, and indeed from the outset or subsequently.
- the carrier units are designed in the system carrier according to the invention as a shelf modules, in which the insert or plug-in devices mentioned above can be inserted or inserted.
- the U-shelf module is also the outer side, which is opposite the inner side the long L-leg of an L-shelf module comes to rest, provided with supports for the aforementioned devices.
- the long L-leg is provided with such supports both on the inside and on the outside, which lies opposite the inside of the long L-leg of an adjacent L-rack module. If the walls are made of sheet metal, the supports may be in the sheet formed, stacked longitudinal corrugations as in the above-described prior art.
- the U-shelf module is provided from the outset on at least two opposite sides with such supports.
- the L-rack modules have opposing supports as soon as the L-rack module has been assembled with a previous rack module, be it a U or an L-rack module.
- the assembly of the shelf modules takes place on a flat surface of any kind. This may be, for example, the surface of a table or any other substructure on which the shelf modules are assembled to the system carrier. Preferably, the pad on which this happens, also be formed in stainless steel.
- the shelf modules could also be releasably assembled with a separate bottom to the system carrier. However, the flexibility of the system carrier according to the invention is greater if it is not provided with a specially cut bottom.
- the walls of the shelf modules are formed of firmly interconnected columns, the support brackets as a support the structure of the walls and thus of the system carrier is overall very simple and lightweight and also offers optimum cleaning options.
- the system carrier can be disassembled into the rack modules (eg by loosening fastening elements). The shelf modules can then be easily put into a dishwasher.
- the U-shelf module has a U-shaped upper frame, by which associated columns are firmly connected to each other, this shelf module can be produced in a particularly simple manner.
- the L-shelf module has an L-shaped upper frame, by which associated columns are firmly connected to each other, and this shelf module is particularly easy to produce.
