Claims (6)
- Leimbecken für eine Kantenleimmaschine, mit einem Leimkopf (16), dessen Innenraum (51) über einen durch Längsseitenwände (70, 72) begrenzten Austrittsschlitz (46) nach außen mündet, und einer außerhalb des Leimkopfs (16) vor dem Austrittsschlitz (46) angeordneten Auftragswalze (58), wobei zwischen der Auftragswalze (58) und den Längsseitenwänden (70, 72) des Austrittsschlitzes (46) ein drehbarer Dosierstab (48) angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassder Dosierstab (48) einen Längsabschnitt (75) mit kreissegmentförmigem Querschnitt aufweist, der durch Längsränder (86, 88) begrenzt wird,die Längsseitenwände (72, 74) des Austrittsschlitzes (46) so ausgebildet und im Abstand angeordnet sind, dass die Längsränder (86, 88) des Längsabschnitts (75) des Dosierstabes (48) in einer Schließstellung des Dosierstabes (48), in der die Sekante des kreissegmentförmigen Querschnitts des Längsabschnitts (75) dem Innenraum (51) des Leimkopfes (16) zugewandt ist, so an die entsprechenden Längsseitenwänden (70, 72) des Austrittsschlitzes (46) angrenzen, dass der Innenraum (51) nach außen abgedichtet ist, undder Dosierstab (48) so drehbar ist, dass sich sich ein Längsrand (86) bei Drehung der Auftragswalze (58) in einer Richtung und der andere Längsrand (88) bei Drehung der Auftragswalze (58) in entgegengesetzter Richtung in einem im wesentlichen der Dicke eines Leimauftrags entsprechenden Abstand zur Auftragswalze (58) befindet.
- Leimbecken nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Dosierstab (48) im Bereich der Längsabschnittes (75) einen halbkreisförmigen Querschnitt hat.
- Leimbecken nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in den Langsseitenwänden (70, 72) des Austrittsschlitzes (46) konkave Ausnehmungen ausgebildet sind, deren Krümmungsradius dem Radius des kreissegmentförmigen Querschnitts des Längsabschnittes (75) des Dosierstabes (48) entspricht.
- Leimbecken nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Dosierstab (48) mit einem Drehantrieb (56) verbunden ist, durch den der Dosierstab (48) in beide Drehrichtungen verstellbar ist.
- Leimbecken nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stellung des Dosierstabes (48) durch eine mit dem Drehantrieb (56) verbundene Steuereinrichtung abhängig von Betriebsparametern einstellbar ist, die in einem Speicher hinterlegt sind.
- Leimbecken nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steureinrichtung anhand von Vorgabeparametern für die genaue Stellung des Dosierstabes (48) sowie weiteren Betriebsparametern der Kantenleimmaschine die Klebermenge ermittelt.
