Claims (12)
- Zweistoffsprühdüse, insbesondere zum Zerstäuben niedrigviskoser Flüssigkeiten für die Kühlung in Stranggussanlagen, mit einem Gehäuse (1, 20) mit einer. Mischkammer (2, 27) und mit je einem in diese mündenden Anschlusskanal (3, 5, 25, 26) für die Zufuhr eines gasförmigen und eines flüssigen Mediums, sowie mit einem der Mischkammer in Strömungsrichtung nachgeschalteten Mundstück (6, 32) mit einer zylindrischen Bohrung (8) und einer rotationssymmetrischen Austrittsöffnung (9), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Bohrung (8) des Mundstückes (6, 32) ein Dralleinsatz (11, 40) angeordnet und die Austrittsöffnung (9) zentral am Boden (8a) des Mundstückes (8) mit einem Durchmesser vorgesehen ist, der höchstens der Hälfte des Durchmessers der Bohrung (8) des Mundstückes (6, 32) entspricht.
- Zweistoffsprühdüse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Austrittsöffnung (9) sich zu einem Austrittskonus (10) erweitert, dessen Austrittswinkel (α) dem gewünschten Sprühwinkel angepasst ist.
- Zweistoffsprühdüse nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der die Austrittsöffnung (9) umgebenden Teil des Bodens (8a) eben und rechtwinklig zur Achse (14) der Bohrung (8) ausgerichtet ist.
- Zweistoffsprühdüse nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der die Austrittsöffnung (9) umgebenden Teil des Bodens (8a) ausgerundet ist.
- Zweistoffsprühdüse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Dralleinsatz (11, 40) gebohrt oder gefräst ist.
- Zweistoffsprühdüse nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Dralleinsatz (11, 40) mit mehreren Bohrungen (13) oder mehreren am Außenumfang angeordneten Nuten (41) versehen ist, die gleichmäßig auf dem Umfang verteilt sind.
- Zweistoffsprühdüse nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Dralleinsatz (11, 40) eine in Achsrichtung verlaufende Mittelbohrung (12) mit einer Ein- und Ausgangsfase aufweist.
- Zweistoffsprühdüse nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Summe der freien Durchtrittsquerschnitte der Bohrungen (13) oder Nuten (41) größer als der Durchtrittsquerschnitt der Austrittsöffnung (9) des Mundstückes (6, 32) ist.
- Zweistoffsprühdüse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abstand zwischen Boden (8a) und Dralleinsatz (11, 40) so gewählt ist, dass eine homogene Strömung vor der Austrittsöffnung (9) erreicht wird.
- Zweistoffsprühdüse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mischkammer (2) zylindrisch mit senkrecht zueinander stehenden Anschlusskanälen (3, 5) ausgebildet ist und das Mundstück (6) eine Einschraubhülse ist, die der Mischkammer (2) unmittelbar nachgeschaltet ist.
- Zweistoffsprühdüse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Anschlusskanal (26) für die Flüssigkeit düsenartig in die Mischkammer (27) mündet, die auf der dem düsenartigen Anschlusskanal (26) gegenüberliegenden Wand mit einer Vertiefung (28) als Rückprallfläche für den von der Düse kommenden Flüssigkeitsstrahl versehen ist, wobei der Luftanschluss (25) in Achsrichtung der Mischkammer (27) verläuft und senkrecht zur Achse des Flüssigkeitsstrahles steht.
- Zweistoffsprühdüse nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen Mundstück (32) und Mischkammer (27) ein Verlängerungsrohr (29) vorgesehen ist, und das Mundstück (32) über eine Überwurfmutter (31) an diesem Verlängerungsrohr befestigt ist.
