Definitions
- the invention relates to a ventilation device according to the preamble of the protection claim. 1
- ridge ventilation devices are very often used, which are arranged in the region of the roof ridge of a stable.
- ridge venting devices of hoods are preferably made of transparent material, which can be extended for the purpose of venting upwards from a roof frame and thereby form lateral vents.
- the rising in the stable airflow collects in the hood, is deflected to the side in the hood and then exits through the side openings.
- Such devices are not only structurally complex, but they also have the disadvantage that in the ridge area, a deflection of the rising stall ventilation takes place in the direction of the side openings, which altogether disturbs the thermals of the outflowing stall air.
- roof hoods are known in which the lateral openings are formed by the unfolding of pivoting flaps, wherein the pivoting flaps are hinged roof side in the region of the roof ridge. D. h., These hinged flaps are thus folded over a ridge-mounted hinge up, so that in turn the side vents are formed. Again, the same disadvantages as in the above-described prior art occur.
- z. B. in DE 297 17 672 U1 discloses how two pivotally hinged ventilation wings can be arranged with their actuators.
- this document does not describe any optimized design of such an arrangement for special use in the roof ridge area.
- the object of the invention is therefore to reveal an optimized design of a ventilation device for use in the roof ridge area, which at the same time has a simple and robust and thus inexpensive construction.
- the venting via the opening of a cover, which is arranged and designed such that it releases in the open position a substantially vertically upward free vent for a substantially vertical air outlet.
- pivoting flaps are used, which are articulated with their roofs arranged down ends on the roof, so that with respect to the hinge joints overhead hinged flap is folded away upwards and thereby forms above an opening for the vent, which unimpeded and substantially deflection-free escape ascending stable air allows.
- pivoting flaps are used for the ventilation device, wherein on each ridge side a pivoting flap is provided.
- pivoting flaps When folding the pivoting flaps, these form with their upper edges between them a substantially flat horizontal vent opening, which allows a flawless emergence of the ascending air flow, without the thermals would be hindered.
- the pivoting flap actuation takes place via racks, which are fastened with their free end at the upper edge of the pivoting flaps, in particular articulated.
- the control or the flap operation is effected by a drive shaft for the pivoting flaps on both ridge sides.
- a roof ridge spanning connecting linkage or connecting frame which carries a drive shaft for the actuation of the pivoting flaps.
- the ventilation device according to the invention can be formed from simple components, in particular from aluminum profiles or Alugestfiten. Due to the simple mechanism, it is also possible that the adjacent roof sections are formed by light plates. This in turn favors the incidence of light in the stable.
- FIGS. 1 and 2 show a sectional view through a ridge ventilation device in a purely schematic representation.
- 1 shows the first-like part of a roof of a stable, with 1 and 2, the two roof trusses are shown, the front side of the ridge 3 abut each other.
- the two closest to First 3 and sitting on top of the two roof trusses 1 and 2 purlins are labeled 4 and 5.
- the arranged on the purlins 4 and 5 roofing are designated 6 and 7 and formed here as sandwich elements.
- the arranged on the ridge 3 and here generally designated 8 ridge venting device is formed in the illustrated embodiment of two pivoting flaps 9 and 10, which are preferably made of transparent material, such as single-disc PVC glass, but if necessary also formed from sheet metal or other materials could be.
- Each of the pivoting flaps 9 and 10 is attached with its lower flap edge 11, ie on its side facing away from the roof ridge 3, on the roof via a hinged joint 12.
- the folding joint 12 is in particular formed by a conventional hinged hinge, which schwenkklappen detox on a hollow profile thirteenth and roof side and a wooden strip 14 is attached.
- the hollow section 13, which is formed in particular as an aluminum rectangular profile is below the pivoting flap 11 turn on the first and the roof facing away from the roof end facing the pivoting flap 9, 10, the wooden strip 14 sits here on the purlins 4 and 5.
- the ventilation device has a connection frame 15, via which the ventilation device is mounted on the roof and, as will be described below, also carries the drive for the pivoting flaps.
- the connecting frame 15 is composed of two interconnected at 16 frame webs 17 and 18, which overlap the designated E venting and there open roof ridge.
- the connecting frame 15 each have two in the roof longitudinal direction at a distance from each other arranged frame webs 17 and 18, wherein the distance substantially corresponds to the length of the pivoting flaps (seen in the roof longitudinal direction).
- the two frame webs 17 and 18 are attached to frame sections 19 and 20, via which the venting device is attached to the two purlins 4 and 5.
- each rack 21 and 22 is fixed with its upper end to the ridge 3 facing the edge of the pivoting flap and that is suitably articulated via a pin.
- the racks 21 and 22 are placed from above on a common drive shaft 23, which can be operated by a motor or manually via a crank.
- the pivoting flaps 9 and 10 are moved over the racks 21 and 22 either in their open position or in their closed position.
- the open position is shown here in the figure with a continuous solid line, the closed position with a dashed line.
- both pivoting flaps 9 and 10 are actuated together by the drive 23, so are in the same direction off and retracted.
- the drive rods 23 are in this case mounted on the connecting frame 15, wherein the connecting frame 15 may be constructed of webs or rods, which are welded or screwed together.
- 24 denotes a stiffening strut, which connects the two frame webs 17 and 18 in addition to each other.
- the upper ends of the two pivoting flaps define between them a venting opening which is essentially horizontal, ie forms a substantially horizontal venting opening, so that the ascending air flow to the roof, so to speak unhindered and escapes in particular without any deflection of the air flow upwards, as indicated by the arrows L.
- This construction the pivoting flaps thus promotes the escape of the stall air L without significant deflection upwards beyond the open ridge E area.
- wind deflector 25 may be provided on the upper hinged edge of the two pivoting flaps, which are mounted on a U-shaped frame section 26 of the pivoting flap. This wind deflector prevent in particular a strong wind induced penetration of rainwater, which could be whipped over the pivoting flaps upwards.
- suitable sealing measures for fitting the ventilation device are provided in the roof, but these are common and need not be described here.
- the ventilation device Due to the simple and lightweight construction of the ventilation device, it is possible to form the subsequent roof coverings, in particular the sun-facing roof covering by a transparent light plate, such as the designated roofing 7 roofing. As a result, the stable area is favored with respect to further light incidence.
- the closing gap S of 5 cm shown in FIG. 1 can be in particular in the range of 6-10 cm, which is selected depending on the application.
- the pivoting flaps 9 and 10 of the venting device can be chosen arbitrarily long and wide, but depending on the length of the venting device, seen in the roof longitudinal direction, expediently more pivoting flaps can be arranged side by side or one behind the other in Firstlekssraum. These other pivoting flaps are actuated by the common drive rod 23 and specially provided for the individual flaps racks.
- the roof trusses are denoted by 1 and 2, wherein the figure 2 rest differently than in Figure 1, designed as a sandwich element roofing 6 and 7 directly on the roof truss.
- the arranged on the ridge 3 and in general designated 8 ridge venting device formed with two pivoting flaps 9 and 10, in which case the pivoting flaps can be made of a single-shell PVC corrugated glass plate, which are formed lightfast and hail proof.
- These pivoting flaps 9 and 10 are actuated via racks 21 and 22, wherein the drive mechanism on the ridge 3 is denoted by 27.
- the pivoting flaps 9 and 10 are shown in Figure 2 in the open position.
- the frame of the venting device is formed from frame webs 17 and 18, wherein the attachment takes place at 28 relative to the roof trusses 1 and 2 with tabs.
