Claims (5)
- Schaltbarer Stößel (1) zur direkten Übertragung eines Nockenhubes auf eine Stößelstange in einem Ventiltrieb einer Brennkraftmaschine, mit einem Gehäuse (2), in dessen axial verlaufender Aussparung (3) ein längs bewegliches Innenelement (4) angeordnet ist, das in einer Relativstellung zum Gehäuse (2) über Koppelmittel (5) mit diesem verbindbar ist, wobei das Gehäuse (2) an einer der Aussparung (3) abgewandten Seite (9) eine auf einem Bolzen (8) gegenüber dem Gehäuse (2) gelagerte und als drehbare Rolle hergestellte Anlauffläche (7) für den Nocken hat und das Innenelement (4) an der Seite der Aussparung (3) eine Anlage (20) für die Stößelstange besitzt sowie vom Gehäuse (2) weg durch wenigstens eine Schraubendruckfeder (15) beaufschlagt ist, welche Schraubendruckfeder (15) um einen Ansatz (15a) des Innenelements (4) auf der Seite der Aussparung (3) gelegt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ansatz (15a) einen das Gehäuse (2) auf der Seite der Anlage (20) begrenzenden Rand (13a) deutlich überragt, wobei der Ansatz (15a) als separates und dünnwandiges Blechbauteil hergestellt ist, welcher Ansatz (15a) an seinem äußeren Ende einen von diesem ausgehenden Ringkragen (18) oder ein separates Anschlagteil (17) wie einen Sicherungsring als einenendige Abstützung (16) der Schraubendruckfeder (15) hat, wobei die Schraubendruckfeder (15) anderenends auf dem Rand (13a) bzw. randnahen Abschnitt der Aussparung (3) des Gehäuses (2) abgestützt ist und wobei eine der Anlauffläche (7) zugewandte Stirnseite (6) des Innenelements (4) eine in Richtung der Anlauffläche (7) verlaufende zylindrische Einformung aufweist.
- Stößel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ansatz (15a) über eine Clips- oder Schnappverbindung (19) mit einem Außen- oder Innenmantel (21 oder 22) des Innenelements (4) verbunden ist.
- Stößel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in das Innenelement (4) ein hydraulisches Spielausgleichselement (11) eingebaut ist.
- Stößel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuse (2) dünnwandig und mit einer weitestgehend glattflächigen Aussparung (3) versehen ist sowie eine durchgehend offene, rohrähnliche Geometrie hat.
- Stößel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ansatz (15a) des Innenelements (4) leicht trichterförmig ausgebildet ist.
