Claims (10)
- Schaltbarer Stößel (1) zur direkten Übertragung eines Nockenhubes auf eine Stößelstange, insbesondere in einem Ventiltrieb einer Brennkraftmaschine, mit einem Gehäuse (2), in dessen axial verlaufender Aussparung (3) ein längs bewegliches Innenelement (4) angeordnet ist, das in einer Relativstellung zum Gehäuse (2) über Koppelmittel (5) mit diesem verbindbar ist, wobei an einer der Aussparung (3) abgewandten Seite (9) das Gehäuse (2) eine Anlauffläche (7) für einen Nocken und das Innenelement (4) an der Seite der Aussparung (3) eine Anlage für die Stößelstange hat, welches Innenelement (4) die Aussparung (3) mit einem Ansatz (15a) überragt und vom Gehäuse (2) weg durch wenigstens eine Schraubendruckfeder (15) beaufschlagt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass die Schraubendruckfeder (15) zumindest größtenteils um den Ansatz (15a) des Innenelements (4) gelegt ist und einenends gegen eine der Aussparung (3) abgewandte Abstützung (16) des Innenelements (4) und anderenends gegen einen Rand (13a) bzw. randnahen Abschnitt der Aussparung (3) wirkt.
- Stößel nach Anspruch 1 oder nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass das Gehäuse (2) dünnwandig ist und eine durchgehend offene, rohrähnliche Geometrie hat.
- Stößel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass die Anlauffläche (7) für den Nocken als drehbare Rolle hergestellt ist, die auf einem Bolzen (8) gegenüber dem Gehäuse (2) gelagert ist.
- Stößel nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass eine der Anlauffläche (7) zugewandte Stirnseite (6) des Innenelements (4) eine in Richtung der Anlauffläche (7) verlaufende, zylindrische Einformung hat.
- Stößel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass die Aussparung (3) des Gehäuses (2), ausgehend von Ihrem Rand (13a), radial nach innen gestuft ausgebildet ist, wobei der randnahe Abschnitt aus einem Ringabsatz (14) innerhalb der Aussparung (3) besteht.
- Stößel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass der Ansatz (15a) des Innenelements (4) als separates Bauteil gefertigt ist und aus dünnwandigem Leichtbauwerkstoff wie Blech besteht.
- Stößel nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass der Ansatz (15a) über eine Clips- oder Schnappverbindung (19) mit einem Außen- oder Innenmantel (21 oder 22) des Innenelements (4) verbunden ist.
- Stößel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass die einenendige Abstützung (16) des Innenelements (4) für die Schraubendruckfeder (15) als vom Ansatz (15a) ausgehender Ringkragen (18) bzw. als separates Anschlagteil (17) wie ein Sicherungsring ausgebildet ist.
- Stößel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass in das Innenelement (4) ein hydraulisches Spielausgleichselement (11) eingebaut ist.
- Stößel nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass ein einen Vorratsraum (13) für Hydraulikmittel einschließender Druckkolben (12) des Spielausgleichselements (11) axial so über den Rand (13a) des Gehäuses (2) verlängert ist, dass es in den Ansatz (15a) des Innenelements (4) hineinragt, wobei die Anlage (20) für die Stößelstange direkt am Druckkolben (12), in unmittelbarer axialer Nähe zur einenendigen Abstützung (16) verläuft.
