Claims (17)
- Ausziehbohle (B) für einen Straßenfertiger, insbesondere für einen Kleinfertiger, mit einem Bohlengrundkörper (G), an dessen Hinterseite zwei individuell relativ zum Bohlengrundkörper höheneinstellbare Ausziehbohlenkörper (A) von der Mitte nach außen ausschiebbar und gegen Verdrehen durch eine Drehmoment-Aufnahmevorrichtung (M) am Bohlengrundkörper abgestützt sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am Bohlengrundkörper (G) ein Widerlager (W) der Drehmomentaufnahmevorrichtung (M) hinten unten nahe der hinteren Unterkante (K) des Bohlengrundkörpers angeordnet ist, dass am Ausziehbohlenkörper (A) unten bei dessen vorderer Unterkante (V) eine Greifanordnung (E) in permanentem Eingriff mit dem Widerlager (W) vorgesehen ist, und dass sich die Höhenverstellvorrichtung (H) des Ausziehbohlenkörpers (A) zwischen der Greifanordnung (E) und der Ausschiebeführung (S) befindet.
- Ausziehbohle nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Widerlager (W) eine an der Rückseite des Bohlengrundkörpers (G) längs der hinteren Unterkante (K) verlaufende Schiene (17) mit zumindest einer in etwa vertikalen, der Rückseite des Bohlengrundkörpers zugewandten ersten Stützfläche (18) ist.
- Ausziehbohle nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schiene (17) mit einem Zwischenabstand zwischen der ersten Stützfläche (18) und der Rückseite des Bohlengrundkörpers (G) auf einem rückseitigen Ausleger (20) des Bohlengrundkörpers angebracht ist.
- Ausziehbohle nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schiene (17) der Rückseite des Bohlengrundkörpers abgewandt eine zur ersten Stützfläche (18) im Wesentlichen parallele zweite Stützfläche (19) aufweist.
- Ausziehbohle nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Greifanordnung (E) eine, vorzugsweise nachstellbare, Gleitsteinanordnung mit die ersten und zweiten Stützflächen (18, 19) kontaktierenden Gleitsteinen (15) aufweist.
- Ausziehbohle nach wenigstens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stützflächen (18, 19) eine Höhe aufweisen, innerhalb derer die Gleitsteine (15) zwischen einer maximal angehobenen und einer maximal abgesenkten Position eines die Greifanordnung (8) und wenigstens ein unteres Glättblech (12) aufweisenden Ausziehbohlenkörper-Bodenteils (T) ihren überlappenden Eingriff mit den Stützflächen (18, 19) beibehalten, wobei die Anhebe- und Absenkpositionen des Ausziehbohlenkörper-Bodenteils mittels der Höhenverstellvorrichtung (H) einstellbar sind.
- Ausziehbohle nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Greifanordnung (E) an einem innenseitigen, zum Bohlengrundkörper auskragenden Wangenteil (14) des Ausziehbohlen-Bodenteils (T) angeordnet ist.
- Ausziehbohle nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Höhenverstellvorrichtung (H) zwischen dem Ausziehbohlenkörper-Bodenteil (T) und einer zwischen innere und äußere Wangen (5, 6) der Ausschiebeführung (S) eingesetzten Traverse (Q) vorgesehen ist.
- Ausziehbohle nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Höhenverstellvorrichtung (H) zwei individuell verstellbare, voneinander beabstandete Einheiten (10, 11) auf der Traverse (Q) aufweist.
- Ausziehbohle nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Einheit (10, 11) einen in der Traverse (Q) vertikal geführten, verstellbaren Kolben (22) aufweist, der mit dem Ausziehbohlenkörper-Bodenteil (T) in einem Gelenk mit in etwa bodenparalleler und senkrecht zur Traverse (Q) orientierter Gelenkachse (25) verbunden ist.
- Ausziehbohle nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass parallel zum Kolben (22) zwischen der Traverse (Q) und der Gelenkachse (25) eine Blockiervorrichtung für die Einstellposition des Kolbens (22) vorgesehen ist.
- Ausziehbohle nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kolben (22) mittels einer zentralen, in der Traverse (Q) abgestützten Stellspindel (24) von der Oberseite der Traverse aus verstellbar ist.
- Ausziehbohle nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Blockiervorrichtung zwischen der Traverse (Q) und der Gelenkachse (25) eine zum Kolben (22) in etwa parallele Blockierspindel (26) aufweist, die von der Oberseite der Traverse aus betätigbar ist.
- Ausziehbohle nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen der Gelenkachse (25) und der Traverse (Q) eine Höhenlagen-Anzeigevorrichtung mit einem Zeiger (27) und einer Skala (28) vorgesehen ist.
- Ausziehbohle nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Traverse (Q) an der zum Bohlengrundkörper weisenden Seite ein Abdeckprofil (21) trägt.
- Ausziehbohle nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Bohlengrundkörper (G) in der Längsmitte mit einem untenliegenden Scharnier (1) geteilt und die Grundbohlenkörperhälften (G1, G2) um das Scharnier mit positivem Dachprofil, ohne Dachprofil, oder mit negativem Dachprofil einstellbar sind.
- Ausziehbohle nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Ausziehbohlenkörper (A) an einer Grundbohlenkörperhälfte (G1, G2) angeordnet und sein Bodenteil (T) mittels der Höhenverstellvorrichtung (H) relativ zum Widerlager (W) und mit der Grundbohlenkörperhälfte (G1, G2) in ein positives Dachprofil, ohne Dachprofil, oder in ein negatives Dachprofil zu einer parabolischen oder einer W-förmigen oder einer M-förmigen Konfiguration einstellbar ist.
