Claims (45)
- Dichtungseinrichtung zur Abdichtung wenigstens einer an eine bewegte Fläche (12) angrenzenden Unterdruck- oder Überdruckzone (S1, S2,..., Sn) in einer Papiermaschine, mit wenigstens einem der bewegten Fläche (12) gegenüberliegenden Dichtelement (10), das einen dichtend mit der bewegten Fläche (12) zusammenwirken, in Laufrichtung (L) der bewegten Fläche (12) betrachtet vorderen Dichtabschnitt (16) und einen sich daran anschließenden, in Laufrichtung (L) betrachtet hinteren Belüftungsabschnitt (18) umfasst, der auf seiner der bewegten Fläche (12) zugewandten Oberfläche mit einer Vielzahl von sich jeweils in Laufrichtung (L) erstreckenden nebeneinander angeordneten Zähnen (20) versehen ist, die so gestaltet und angeordnet sind, dass die dazwischen gebildeten, zum in Laufrichtung (L) betrachtet hinteren Ende (10') hin offenen Nuten (22) jeweils einen sich in Laufrichtung (L) kontinuierlich erweiternden Querschnitt besitzen und sich am hinteren Ende (10') des Belüftungsabschnitts (18) eine zumindest im wesentlichen sägezahn- oder wellenförmige Ablaufkante (24) ergibt.

dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der hintere Belüftungsabschnitt (18) aus einem anderen Material als der vordere Dichtabschnitt (16) besteht und vorzugsweise getrennt von diesem ausgebildet sowie an diesem befestigt ist. - Dichtungseinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Belüftungsabschnitt (18) aus einem porösen schalldämmenden Kunststoff besteht. - Dichtungseinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Dichtabschnitt (16) aus Gummigraphit, PE wie insbesondere thermoplastischem UHMW, Duroplast wie insbesondere Phenolharz, und/oder dergleichen besteht. - Dichtungseinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,

dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schwenklagerung ein feststehendes Lagerelement (46) umfasst, das in eine Nut (48) des Dichtelements (36) eingreift. - Dichtungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 18,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Nut (48) an der hinteren Stirnseite (44) des Dichtelements (36) angeordnet ist und dass im Bereich der vorderen Stirnseite (54) des Dichtelements (36) eine feststehende Führungsfläche (56) vorgesehen ist, die zwar eine Schwenkbewegung des Dichtelements (36) zulässt, dieses zur Aufrechterhaltung der Schwenklagerung jedoch daran hindert, sich von dem feststehenden Lagerelement (46) zu entfernen. - Dichtungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 19,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die vordere Stirnseite (54) des Dichtelements (36) in der Schwenkebene betrachtet einen gekrümmten Verlauf besitzt. - Dichtungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 20,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die feststehende Führungsfläche (56) eben ist. - Dichtungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 20,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die feststehende Führungsfläche (56) gekrümmt ist. - Dichtungseinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 22,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich der Spalt (42) in Laufrichtung (L) der bewegten Fläche (34) erweitert. - Dichtungseinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 23,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Dichtelement (36) eine in Laufrichtung (L) der bewegten Fläche (34) abnehmende Dicke besitzt. - Dichtungseinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 24,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Dichtelement (36) durch Anpressmittel (58), vorzugsweise wenigstens einen Druckschlauch und/oder dergleichen, in seine Betriebsposition belastbar ist. - Dichtungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 25,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Dichtelement (36) während des Betriebs durch die Anpressmittel (58) permanent in seine Betriebsposition belastbar ist. - Dichtungseinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 26,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Dichtelement (36) durch Reibklemmung in seiner jeweiligen Betriebsposition gehalten ist. - Dichtungseinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 27,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Dichtelement (36) bei einem jeweiligen Verschleiß des an der bewegten Fläche (34) anliegenden vorderen Dichtabschnittes (38) durch die Anpressmittel (58) entsprechend nachstellbar ist. - Dichtungseinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 28,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Dichtelement (36) im Bereich des vorderen Dichtabschnittes (38) durch die Anpressmittel (58) beaufschlagbar ist. - Dichtungseinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 29,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anpressmittel (58) auf der von der bewegten Fläche (34) abgewandten Seite des Dichtelements (36) angeordnet sind. - Dichtungseinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 30,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Dichtelement (36) einen sich vorzugsweise in Schwenkrichtung erstreckenden Ansatz (60) umfasst und dieser Ansatz (60) durch die Anpressmittel (58) beaufschlagbar ist. - Dichtungseinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 31,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kraftübertragung von den Anpressmitteln (58) auf das Dichtelement (36) über ein Zwischenstück (62) erfolgt. - Dichtungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 32,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Zwischenstück (62) auf der den Anpressmitteln und/oder auf der dem Dichtelement (36) zugewandte Seite bombiert ist. - Dichtungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 30 oder 33,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Zwischenstück (62) in einer Führung (64) vorzugsweise linear geführt ist. - Dichtungseinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 31,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kraftübertragung von den Anpressmitteln (58) direkt auf das Dichtelement (36) erfolgt. - Dichtungseinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 35,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Dichtelement (36) über wenigstens eine Spülleitung (66) mit Spülmittel beaufschlagbar ist. - Dichtungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 36,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Dichtelement (36) während des Betriebs permanent mit Spülmittel beaufschlagbar ist. - Dichtungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 36,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Dichtelement (36) während des Betriebs lediglich zeitweise, z.B. periodisch, mit Spülmittel beaufschlagbar ist. - Dichtungseinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 38,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Dichtelement (36) durch eine Dichtleiste gebildet ist. - Dichtungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 39,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die Dichtleiste (36) quer zur Laufrichtung (L) der bewegten Fläche (34) erstreckt. - Dichtungseinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche zur seitlichen Abdichtung wenigstens einer an einen rotierenden Mantel einer Saug- oder Blaswalze oder ein bewegtes Band angrenzenden Unterdruck- oder Überdruckzone.
- Dichtungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 41 zur Abdichtung wenigstens einer an einen rotierenden Mantel einer Saug- oder Blaswalze angrenzenden Druckzone,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Dichtelement (10, 36) durch eine sich zumindest im Wesentlichen über die gesamte Walzenlänge erstreckende Dichtleiste gebildet ist. - Dichtungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 41 oder 42 zur Abdichtung wenigstens einer an die Innenwand eines rotierenden Mantels einer Saug- oder Blaswalze angrenzenden inneren Unterdruck- oder Überdruckzone.
- Dichtungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 41 oder 42 zur Abdichtung wenigstens einer an die Außenwand eines rotierenden Mantels einer Saug- oder Blaswalze angrenzenden äußeren Unterdruck- oder Überdruckzone.
- Dichtungseinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche zur Verwendung zwischen einerseits einem Saug- oder Blaskasten und andererseits dem rotierenden Mantel einer Saug- oder Blaswalze oder einem bewegten Band.
