- Dichtungseinrichtung (10) zur seitlichen Abdichtung wenigstens einer an eine bewegte Fläche (12) angrenzenden Überdruck- oder Unterdruckzone in einer Papiermaschine mit wenigstens einem der bewegten Fläche (12) gegenüberliegenden Dichtelement (20), das über ein Gelenk (22) schwenkbar gelagert und zum Anlegen an die bewegte Fläche (12) durch entsprechendes Verschwenken mit einer Anpresskraft (FP) beaufschlagbar ist, wobei das Gelenk (22) und mit diesem die Schwenkachse (26) insbesondere in Richtung der Anpresskraft (FP) allgemein auf die bewegte Fläche (12) zu und von dieser weg verstellbar und in seiner jeweiligen Position fixierbar ist.
- Dichtungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gelenk (22) an einer verstellbaren und in ihrer jeweiligen Position fixierbaren Leiste (28) gebildet ist. - Dichtungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die Leiste (28) quer zur Laufrichtung (L) der bewegten Fläche (12) erstreckt. - Dichtungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 2 oder 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Leiste (28) an einem Träger (36) fixierbar ist. - Dichtungseinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Leiste über eine Klemmeinrichtung (54) in ihrer jeweiligen Lage fixierbar ist. - Dichtungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klemmeinrichtung (54) wenigstens einen Kolben (56) und/oder wenigstens einen Druckschlauch (58) umfasst. - Dichtungseinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Leiste (28) mit Distanzhaltern (64) versehen und in eine Endposition verstellbar ist, in der diese Distanzhalter (64) an der bewegten Fläche (12) anliegen und damit eine vorgebbare Position des Gelenks relativ zur bewegten Fläche (12) definieren. - Dichtungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mehrere quer zur Laufrichtung (L) über die bewegte Fläche (12) verteilte Distanzhalter (64) vorgesehen sind. - Dichtungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 7 oder 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Distanzhalter (64) zumindest teilweise durch Noppen, Rollen und/oder dergleichen gebildet sind. - Dichtungseinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Distanzhalter (64) durch einen vorgebbaren Rückhub insbesondere beim Fixieren der Leiste (28) wieder von der bewegten Fläche (12) abhebbar sind. - Dichtungseinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die durch das Gelenk (22) definierte Schwenkachse (26) des Dichtelementes (20) quer zur Laufrichtung (L) der bewegten Fläche (12) erstreckt. - Dichtungseinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Leiste (28) zur Bildung des Gelenks (22) mit einem Eingriffsabschnitt (30) versehen ist, der in eine in dem Dichtelement (20) vorgesehene Nut (32) eingreift. - Dichtungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Nut (32) an einer in Laufrichtung (L) der bewegten Fläche (12) betrachtet hinteren Stirnseite (34) des Dichtelements (20) vorgesehen ist. - Dichtungseinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Dichtelement (20) allgemein in Laufrichtung (L) der bewegten Fläche (12) betrachtet zwischen der Leiste (28) und einem insbesondere einem Träger (36) oder dergleichen zugeordneten Anschlag (38) angeordnet ist. - Dichtungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die dem Anschlag (38) zugewandte vordere Stirnfläche (40) des Druckelements (20) konvex gekrümmt ist. - Dichtungseinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Dichtelement (20) einen Belüftungsansatz (42) umfasst, der sich in Laufrichtung (L) der bewegten Fläche (12) vom dichtend mit dieser Fläche (12) zusammenwirkenden Ende (44) des Dichtelements (20) wegerstreckt, um in einem sich an den Dichtbereich (46) anschließenden Belüftungsbereich (48) für eine Belüftung insbesondere von in der bewegten Fläche (12) vorgesehenen Öffnungen (16) zu sorgen. - Dichtungseinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Belüftungsansatz (42) mit der bewegten Fläche (L) einen sich in deren Laufrichtung (L) erweiternden Spalt (50) bildet. - Dichtungseinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Dichtelement (20) zum Anlegen an die bewegte Fläche (12) im Bereich seines dichtend mit dieser Fläche (12) zusammenwirkenden Endes (44) entsprechend beaufschlagbar ist. - Dichtungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 18,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Dichtelement (20) im Bereich seines dichtend mit der bewegten Fläche (12) zusammenwirkenden Endes (44) einen sich allgemein von der bewegten Fläche (12) wegerstreckenden Ansatz (52) aufweist und über diesen Ansatz (52) entsprechend beaufschlagbar ist. - Dichtungseinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Dichtelement (20) zum Anlegen an die bewegte Fläche (12) über wenigstens einen Druckschlauch (24) entsprechend beaufschlagbar ist. - Dichtungseinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Leiste (28) durch wenigstens einen Druckschlauch (62) verstellbar ist. - Dichtungseinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Leiste (28) mehrteilig, insbesondere zweiteilig, ausgeführt ist und dass die Leistenteile (28', 28") relativ zueinander um einen definierten Betrag (a) verstellbar, insbesondere verschiebbar, sind. - Dichtungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 22,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mehrteilige Leiste (28) zunächst im auseinander gezogen Zustand soweit verstellbar ist, dass der Belüftungsansatz (42) des Dichtelements (20) an der bewegten Fläche (12) anliegt. - Dichtungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 23,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Dichtelement (20) über die Leiste (28) so beaufschlagbar ist, dass der Belüftungsansatz (42) an die bewegte Fläche (12) angepresst wird. - Dichtungseinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Leiste (28) zwei um einen vorgebbaren Hub (aD) relativ zueinander verstellbare Leistenteile (28', 28") umfasst und der das Gelenk (22) bzw. den Eingriffsabschnitt (30) aufweisende Leistenteil (28') nach erfolgtem Fixieren des anderen Leistenteils (28") entsprechend dem vorgebbaren Hub (a) wieder zurückziehbar ist, um den Belüftungsansatz (42) wieder von der bewegten Fläche (12) abzuheben. - Dichtungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 25,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der das Gelenk (22) bzw. den Eingriffsabschnitt (32) aufweisende Leistenteil (28') federnd in seine zurückgezogene Position belastet ist. - Dichtungseinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der das Gelenk (22) bzw. den Eingriffsabschnitt aufweisende Leistenteil (30) über wenigstens einen Druckschlauch (76) in seine ausgezogene Position beaufschlagbar ist. - Dichtungseinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der andere Leistenteil (28") über eine Klemmeinrichtung (54) in seiner jeweiligen Lage fixierbar ist. - Dichtungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 28,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klemmeinrichtung wenigstens einen Kolben (56) und/oder wenigstens einen Druckschlauch (58) umfasst. - Dichtungseinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Dichtelement (20) über eine Klemmeinrichtung (78) in seiner jeweiligen Schwenklage fixierbar ist. - Dichtungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 30,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klemmeinrichtung (78) wenigstens einen Kolben (80) und/oder wenigstens einen Druckschlauch (82) umfasst. - Dichtungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 31,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klemmeinrichtung so ausgeführt ist, dass sich das Dichtelement (20) bei einer Beaufschlagung des Kolbens bzw. Druckschlauches von der bewegten Fläche (12) löst. - Dichtungseinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein in einem jeweiligen Abstand zur bewegten Fläche (12) fixierbares und die Anlegebewegung des Dichtelements (20) begrenzendes Anschlagselement (84) vorgesehen ist. - Dichtungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 33,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Anschlagselement (84) über eine Klemmeinrichtung (90) in seiner jeweiligen Position fixierbar ist. - Dichtungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 34,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klemmeinrichtung (90) wenigstens einen Kolben (92) und/oder wenigstens einen Druckschlauch (94) umfasst. - Dichtungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 34 und 35,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Anschlagselement (84) über wenigstens einen Druckschlauch (96) unter Mitnahme des Dichtelements (20) zumindest wieder soweit zurückziehbar ist, dass sich das Dichtelement (20) von der bewegten Fläche (12) löst. - Dichtungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 35,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klemmeinrichtung (90) so ausgeführt ist, dass das Anschlagselement (84) bei einer Beaufschlagung des Kolbens (92) bzw. Druckschlauches (94) unter Mitnahme des Dichtelements (20) zumindest wieder soweit zurückgezogen wird, dass sich das Dichtelement (20) von der bewegten Fläche (12) löst. - Dichtungseinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche zur seitlichen Abdichtung wenigstes einer an die Innen- oder Außenwand eines rotierenden Mantels (18) einer Saug- oder Blaswalze oder an ein bewegtes Band angrenzenden Druckzone (P1, P2).
- Dichtungseinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche zur Verwendung zwischen einem Saug- oder Blaskasten und dem rotierenden Mantel (18) einer Saug- oder Blaswalze oder einem bewegten Band.
- Dichtungseinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Dichtelement (20) als eine sich zumindest im Wesentlichen über die gesamte Walzenlänge erstreckende Dichtleiste ausgebildet ist.
