Claims (14)
- Dispositif d'ouverture et de nettoyage de produit fibreux, comportant un dispositif d'acheminement et au moins un cylindre à garniture (4, 4', 4") équipé d'un fil en dents de scie (10) et servant de cylindre briseur, caractérisé en ce que le fil en dents de scie (10) comporte une hauteur libre de dents (Z), depuis la pointe du fil en dents de scie (10) jusqu'à la face supérieure d'un pied de dent ou jusqu'au corps de base du cylindre à garniture (4, 4', 4"), allant de 1,5 à 2,5 mm.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la hauteur (H) de l'ensemble du fil en dents de scie (10) va de 2 à 3,5 mm et s'élève de préférence à 2,5 mm.
- Dispositif selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la profondeur d'incision des dents (E) va de 1,1 à 1,7 mm et s'élève de préférence à 1,4 mm.
- Dispositif selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'angle de front des dents (α) va de 5 à 25° et s'élève de préférence à 10°.
- Dispositif selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le pied des dents présente une hauteur (F) entre 0,3 mm et 1 mm, de préférence 0,5 mm.
- Dispositif selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la largeur des dents (B) va de 1 à 3 mm et s'élève de préférence à 2 mm.
- Dispositif selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le pas des dents (T) va de 1,5 à 4 mm et s'élève de préférence à 2,5 mm.
- Dispositif selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le cylindre à garniture (4, 4', 4") présente une densité de pointes entre 258 et 1.610 pointes par cm2 (40 et 250 ppsi), de préférence 839 pointes par cm2 (130 ppsi).
- Dispositif selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que deux ou trois cylindres à garniture (4, 4', 4") sont disposés directement les uns derrière les autres.
- Dispositif selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que, dans le cas de plusieurs cylindres à garniture (4, 4', 4") disposés directement les uns derrière les autres, l'angle de front (α), la densité de pointes, la hauteur libre des dents (F) et/ou la vitesse des cylindres augmentent du moins d'un cylindre au prochain.
- Dispositif selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les diamètres des cylindres à garniture disposés les unes derrière les autres (4, 4', 4") sont sensiblement égaux.
- Nettoyeur comportant un dispositif selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes.
- Carde comportant un dispositif selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes.
- Carte selon la revendication 13, caractérisée que le cylindre à garniture (4, 4', 4") est placé en amont d'un tambour (5).
