Description
Claims (14)
- Bodenbelag (6) für die Abdeckung von demontierbaren Bodenplatten (1), insbesondere von Doppelböden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf den Bodenbelag (6) unterseitig ein verlegungsbereit abgelüfteter, leitfähiger Fixierkleber (2) gleichmässig aufgetragen ist, welcher mit einer Abdeckfolie (7) nach aussen gegen Austrocknung geschützt ist.
- Bodenbelag (6) nach Anspruch 1 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Fixierkleber (7) eine Acrylatdispersion mit Elektroleit-Additiv verwendet wird.
- Bodenbelag (6) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2 in der Ausbildung als Bodenbelagsrolle (6a).
- Bodenbelag (6) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3 in der Ausbildung als Bodenbelagsfliese (6b).
- Bodenkonstruktion, insbesondere Doppelboden, bei der auf einer Lage von stumpf aneinander gelegten Bodenplatten (1) ein Bodenbelag (6) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4 ausgelegt ist.
- Bodenkonstruktion nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Bodenbelag (6) die Stossfugen (3) zwischen den aneinander gelegten Bodenplatten (1) überdeckt.
- Bodenkonstruktion nach Anspruch 5 oder 6 mit Bodenbelagsfliesen (6b) nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Bodenbelag (6b) ein anderes Format als die Bodenplatten (1) hat.
- Bodenkonstruktion nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Haftung des Fixierklebers (2) am Bodenbelag (6) grösser ist als an den Bodenplatten (1).
- Bodenkonstruktion nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bodenplatten (1) oberseitig mit einer glatten Oberfläche ausgeführt sind.
- Bodenkonstruktion nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bodenplatten (1) oberseitig mit einer glatten Beschichtung ausgeführt sind.
- Bodenkonstruktion nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bodenplatten (1) oberseitig mit einer Imprägnierung ausgeführt sind.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Bodenbelags (6) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es folgende Verfahrensschritte umfasst:Aufbringen eines leitfähigen Fixierklebers (2) auf den Bodenbelag (6),Lüften des mit leitfähigem Fixierkleber (2) versehenen Bodenbelags (6), wobei die Lüftdauer (TL) so gewählt ist, dass der Kleber (2) so weit abbindet, dass die Eigenkohäsion grösser ist als die Haftkraft zu einer anschliessend aufzubringenden Abdeckfolie (7),Abdecken des leitfähigen Fixierklebers (2) mit der rückstandslos abziehbaren Abdeckfolie (7).
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 12 zur Herstellung eines Bodenbelags (6) nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das der Bodenbelag (6) abschliessend zu handelsfähigen Bodenbelagsrollen (6a) aufgerollt und portitioniert wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 12 zur Herstellung eines Bodenbelags (6) nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das abschliessend Bodenbelagsfliesen (6b) aus dem Bodenbelag (6) ausgestanzt werden.
