Definitions
- the invention relates to a razor with at least an electric motor arranged in a housing and one Shaving head and an adjustable long hair cutting system or trimmer and an actuation switch.
- Electric shavers usually have a plurality of different cutting systems.
- different other cutting systems especially long hair cutting systems, known.
- Trimmers or long hair cutting systems are used in usually moved to a position with an operating switch, in which they take effect, including long hair trimmers are known, which folds out of the plane of the housing arranged and connected to the oscillation drive are.
- the invention now aims to provide a razor at the beginning to create the type mentioned, in which with a common Actuation switch a plurality of operating positions can be taken and especially with only one Long hair cutting system or trimmer both function as a second shaving head as well as the function of a long hair cutter can be realized without the need for additional cutting heads requires.
- the invention Training essentially in that the operating switch with the trimmer mechanically to move in the same direction is coupled and the trimmer starting from a first spring-loaded operating position in a second extended Position is movable and that as a skin protection serving part of the trimmer over a smaller displacement when the trimmer was taken up to a stop in the direction of displacement becomes.
- the operating switch with the Trimmer is mechanically coupled to move in the same direction, different operating states can be activated directly of the operating switch or operating switch be, with in a first operating position of the trimmer Trimmer is resiliently mounted in the housing and has the function of a second shear system can exercise. Because the trimmer with the operating switch or operating switch in a second further extended position is movable, the To bring the trimmer into a position in which it functions as a long hair cutting system Can be used and in that a as Skin protection part of the trimmer during this shift in the second extended position over a lower one Displacement as the trimmer up to a stop in the displacement direction is taken, the cutting system is immediately of the trimmer in a corresponding manner, so that a effective long hair cutting system is formed.
- the training being taken with advantage is that the trimmer is resilient in a trimmer housing is supported.
- the training is advantageously made such that the trimmer is a T-shaped cutting tool carries, which on the Direction of movement normal level of the T-beam in the first Operating position is resiliently held in one position and essentially coincides with a tangential plane of the shaving head, so that in this first spring-loaded operating position an essentially flat envelope is formed, which ensures the contact of the two cutting systems with the skin, without the usual handling of an electric shaver should be changed.
- the trimmer is in his Trimmer housing resiliently mounted so that when pivoting the shaver by hand in different positions Both cutting systems take effect simultaneously can be.
- the operating or operating switch is usually only due to the limited housing dimensions and to simplify handling over a short distance from one Position is moved to the next position and the exemption of the trimmer in the second operating position with advantage requires a larger displacement of the trimmer than that Displacement of the operating switch, the training is with Take advantage so that the trimmer over, especially as Angle lever trained, transmission gear with the operating switch connected is. This is how it works, for example with a displacement path of the actuating or operating switch the trimmer, for example, of only 4 mm extend to over 7 mm, and by simultaneous limitation a corresponding exemption from the path of skin protection To achieve cutting teeth.
- the training is advantageously made so that the trimmer housing pressed against springs in its extended second position is whose travel is the displacement between the first Position and second position corresponds.
- withdrawing the Actuator switch is the trimmer housing with the force this spring returned to its original position, in which a resilient suspension and support of the trimmer in Trimmer housing is in turn guaranteed.
- the resiliently supported trimmers within a trimmer housing the switch over in the direction of the force of these springs slidable actuators interact with the trimmer, whereby ensures such an effective direction of the actuators at the same time, that in the second moved out further extended Position the action of the springs is blocked and the trimmer is supported directly on the actuators. On this ensures that when using the trimmer in the second extended position an elastic one Resilience no longer occurs, so that it can be used as a long hair cutting system is favored.
- the part of the skin protection Trimmers designed as a comb, also on the shaving head facing comb of the trimmer can be arranged.
- the on the side facing the shaving head Comb arranged trimmer can also be a hair straightening element Find use which, for example, from slats or There is soft plastic.
- FIG. 1 shows a view of the shaver from at the front of the operating switch with the position switched off, the shear systems in the operating position in essential remain the same position
- Fig. 2 is a side view
- Fig. 3 is a front view corresponding to 1 with a position of the actuation switch, in which the trimmer is extended
- Fig. 4 one 3
- FIG. 5 shows a side view of the illustration according to FIG Section along the line V / V of Fig. 4
- Fig. 6 a line section along the line VI / VI of Fig. 4
- Fig. 7 one Cut through a portion of the head towards the oscillating cutting movement of the cutting knife, the Parts are partially shown in section.
- FIG. 1 shows an electric shaver 1, whose confirmation switch is labeled 2.
- the actuation switch can in the direction of the double arrow 3 and up be moved down, in addition to an off position a first operating position and a second position in which the trimmer is extended.
- the cutting head is denoted by 4, and a trimmer 5 is indicated, which between the positions shown in Fig. 1 resiliently and can be moved as long as the operating switch is in the out position or in the first operating position.
- the operating switch 2 in its second operating position upwards moved, in which the trimmer 5 in its extended Position arrives, as is especially the case in the side view 4 can be seen.
- the sequences of movements when the operating switch is moved 2 are now in the enlarged sectional views in the 5, 6 and 7 further clarified.
- the shaver case 1 schematically indicates a drive motor, which is both a blade block 8, which with the blade 6 interacts, as well as a cutting tool 9 inside of the trimmer 5 to oscillate movement.
- An actuator 10 is via a corresponding translation with the operating switch 2 connected.
- the trimmer 5 is itself in one Trimmer housing supported resiliently and in this position the force of the spring can be moved inwards.
- a skin protection Part 11 can be seen, which in the first operating position, such as it is shown in Fig. 5, relative to the trimmer 5 outwards is shifted and with the upper edge of the timmer 5 or with the The outer comb 12 interacts.
- the skin protection 11 has a nose 13, which is in the first operating position as well as the exhibition is located in a free space 14, causing the inward spring of the trimmer 5 with the skin protection 11 without disability is released.
- the actuator By actuating the operating switch 2, the actuator is now 10 moved to an upper position, as shown in Fig. 6 is.
- the skin protection 11 arrives when the Trimmer 5 in the second operating position with its nose 13 in Stop against an inward projection 15 of the head 4th and is held back by this stop, the trimmer 5 in the direction of the double arrow 16, which is its direction of movement corresponds, can be moved further outwards.
- the trimmer 5 rigidly supported and located due to the stops 13 and 15 the skin protection 11 relative to the comb 12 in a retracted position Position that better releases the cutting teeth.
- Fig. 7 the two operating positions of the trimmer are again illustrated in more detail.
- the trimmer 5 is in a trimmer housing 17 with the interposition of compression springs 18 resilient stored and can thus in the first operating position shown on the right overcoming the force of these springs 18 inwards be moved so that a resilient contact of the trimmer the skin is guaranteed.
- the actuators 10, which are fork-shaped, directly operate the trimmer, so that after a predetermined stroke these actuators 10 touch the trimmer and move it outwards. Through the plant the actuators 10 on the trimmer 5 will deflect blocked by the springs 18 and the trimmer can be left 7 outwardly shifted second operating position reach.
- a stop acts Skin protection 11 together with an elastically deformable arm 20, this skin protection, as shown in FIG. 6, simultaneously held back by the stop 15 of the head becomes.
- This resilient arm 20 is when the housing is returned 17 and the trimmer 5 in the first operating position relaxes and takes the right position shown in Fig. 7 a, in which the skin protection 11 in turn automatically against the upper comb 12 is moved into its external position.
