Description
Claims (9)
- Vorrichtung zum Befeuchten einer in Transportrichtung (v) bewegten Materialbahn (4), vorzugsweise zum Wiederbefeuchten einer nach dem Bedrucken getrockneten Papier- oder Textilbahn, mittels einer Sprüheinrichtung (6) zum Aufsprühen eines Wassernebels auf die Materialbahn (4) unter Einwirkung eines elektrostatischen Feldes, das von einer Einrichtung zum elektrostatischen Aufladen (1) erzeugt wird, wobei die Sprüheinrichtung zwei Wassersprühköpfe (6) aufweist, die auf beiden Seiten der Materialbahn (4) angeordnet sind, und wobei in Transportrichtung (v) vor der Sprüheinrichtung (6) eine Umlenkwalze (3) zum Umlenken der Materialbahn (4) vorgesehen ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der Umlenkwalze (3) eine als Koronaaufladeelektrode (1) ausgebildete Einrichtung zum elektrostatischen Aufladen zugeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Umlenkwalze (3) eine glatte elektrisch gut leitende Oberfläche aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Umlenkwalze (3) hochglanzverchromt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Umlenkwalze (3) geerdet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Mantel der Umlenkwalze (3) über der glatten Oberfläche eine dünne Beschichtung, vorzugsweise Polytetrafluorethylen oder Rilsan aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Umlenkwalze (3) die Materialbahn (4) in einem Winkelbereich umschlingt, der wenigstens einen rechten Winkel bildet.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Koronaaufladeelektrode (1) in der von der Achse der Umlenkwalze (3) und der Tangentenlinie in dem Bereich, in dem die Materialbahn (4) auf den Mantel der Umlenkwalze (3) aufläuft, aufgespannten Ebene angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die auf die Oberfläche der Materialbahn (4) gerichteten Wassersprühköpfe (6) geerdet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Wassersprühköpfe (6) auf den beiden Seiten der Materialbahn (4) einander zugewandt zugeordnet sind.
