Claims (9)

  1. Échafaudage de façade, du type composé d'une pluralité d'éléments tubulaires, interconnectés les uns avec les autres, constituant un échafaudage (1) fixé sur la façade et disposé parallèlement à celle-ci, produisant différents niveaux de travail sur la façade, déterminés par des plates-formes de service, comprenant une pluralité d'arches démontables (2, 12) et de cadres rectangulaires non démontables (2', 2"), dans une disposition transversale par rapport au plan de la façade et liés les uns aux autres au moyen de barres horizontales et diagonales, au moyen de dispositifs de couplage de sécurité, qui ne sont pas spontanément démontables (27, 28, 29, 30, 56, 58), dans lequel les arches (2, 12) et les cadres rectangulaires (2', 2") supportent directement des plates-formes de passage (4, 4', 4") à l'un ou l'autre des côtés extérieur ou intérieur des cadres rectangulaires (2', 2"), des potences verticalement ajustables (5, 6) portant d'autres plates-formes de service (7, 8), lesquelles plates-formes (4, 4', 4", 7, 8) portent des plaques de base fixes (36, 37) sur au moins un de leurs bords, les arches démontables (2, 12) comprennent des éléments verticaux (10) et les cadres rectangulaires (2', 2") comprennent des éléments verticaux, les éléments verticaux de cadres (2', 2") englobant des ouvertures de façade étant associés au moyen de poutres (72) montées directement sur ceux-ci, les éléments verticaux (10) des arches (2, 12) étant aptes à recevoir sur leurs extrémités supérieures des structures (12) pour les plates-formes de service ou des poutres fixes portant des couplages inférieurs (13, 14) pour les extrémités desdits éléments verticaux (10) et d'autres couplages supérieurs (17, 18, 19) pour recevoir un autre cadre rectangulaire (2', 2"), caractérisé en ce que l'échafaudage comprend également des rambardes de sécurité (79) spéciales qui peuvent être couplées à deux cadres successifs (2', 2") de l'échafaudage dans la partie qui correspond à des points de jonction supérieurs des cadres (2', 2"), fournissant des rambardes provisoires (79) sur une plate-forme supérieure, lesdits éléments verticaux des cadres (2', 2") ont une pluralité d'anneaux (20, 20') distribués longitudinalement, destinés à recevoir des potences (5, 6) portant des plates-formes de service (7, 8) qui sont équipées sur leur côté vertical avec des crochets (21, 22) pour les suspendre dans les anneaux (20, 20') des éléments verticaux des cadres (2', 2"), lesdites potences (5, 6) ayant également sur le même côté vertical un moyen de serrage (23) pour les fixer aux cadres correspondants (2'), (2"), et en ce que l'espacement entre les crochets (21, 22) est la moitié de l'espacement des anneaux (20, 20') des cadres (2', 2").
  2. Échafaudage de façade, selon la revendication1, caractérisé en ce que les poutres des structures (12) ont un nombre variable de couplages supérieurs (18) qui sont déplaçables sur la poutre pour l'adaptation de l'échafaudage à la ligne de la façade et à ses corps proéminents.
  3. Échafaudage de façade, selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les éléments verticaux (10) des arches (2, 12) sont formés par un élément tubulaire vertical qui peut être couplé selon sa partie inférieure à une base d'appui ajustable (3) sur le sol et qui a selon sa partie supérieure des tiges dépassantes (15, 16) destinées à recevoir la poutre pour interconnecter deux éléments verticaux (10).
  4. Échafaudage de façade, selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que chacun des dispositifs de couplage de sécurité (56, 58) ont des formes parallélépipédiques en saillie dans lesquelles sont formées des rainures pour l'inclinaison d'une languette articulée (58) empêchant l'enlèvement, apte à être disposée dans la position de retenue par le passage actuel de l'extrémité terminale (65) de la barre, la languette (58) ayant un profil avec deux faces parallèles (59, 60) qui se terminent par des extrémités dont l'une comporte une dent acérée (61) et un bras (62), et l'autre extrémité a deux faces plates (63) et (64).
  5. Échafaudage de façade, selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que chacune des plates-formes (4, 4', 4", 7, 8) consiste en un élément métallique en feuille anti glissement (67) ayant une section transversale en forme de « C » et qui a à ses extrémités des structures de boîtes de renforcement transversal (69), sur les faces extérieures desquelles, correspondant aux extrémités des plates-formes (4, 4', 4", 7, 8), sont prévus des supports (32) pour les centrer sur les éléments tubulaires supérieurs (34) des cadres (2', 2"), et ayant en outre des butées en saillie (35) empêchant le retournement.
  6. Échafaudage de façade, selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que les plates-formes (4, 4', 4", 7, 8) comprennent un ensemble de tiges traversantes (70) qui passent à travers le côté intérieur et le côté inférieur des structures de boîtes transversales (69), lesdites tiges (70) étant munies de têtes d'extrémités de limitation (39) et étant capables de prendre une position d'assemblage dans laquelle la tige (70) est suspendue à partir de l'ouverture de la paroi intérieure de la structure de boîte (69) et une position de service dans laquelle la tige (70) est tirée vers l'extérieur, venant en appui sur la partie inférieure de l'élément tubulaire (34) des cadres (2', 2") et limitée par la butée de l'autre extrémité de la tige (70).
  7. Échafaudage de façade, selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les rambardes de sécurité (79) spéciales comprennent deux colonnes verticales (80, 81) comportant à leur sommet des éléments transversaux protecteurs (86) et qui sont capables d'être suspendues selon leur base au moyen de crochets (21, 22) dans les anneaux (20, 20') de la partie supérieure de deux cadres successifs (2', 2"), ayant des supports (84, 85) à leurs extrémités inférieures capables de s'engager latéralement dans les cadres (2', 2") dans lesquels elles restent couplées, permettant le montage de la rambarde provisoire (79) sur la plate-forme supérieure depuis la partie inférieure de celle-ci et son mouvement ultérieur à des niveaux supérieurs pour obtenir des rambardes provisoires (79).
  8. Échafaudage de façade, selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les poutres (72) montées sur des cadres (2', 2") entourant des ouvertures de façade sont couplées par suspension, au point nécessaire dépendant de la longueur de l'ouverture, sur des bras latéraux (77, 78) d'une pièce supplémentaire (49, 50) couplée à chacun des cadres (2', 2"), lesquelles pièces supplémentaires (49, 50) sont à leur tour suspendues à partir des anneaux (20, 20') desdits cadres (2', 2").
  9. Échafaudage de façade, selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que lesdites pièces supplémentaires (49, 50) ont un élément central muni à son sommet d'un crochet (73) pour la suspension dans les anneaux (20, 20') des cadres (2', 2"), ayant à la partie inférieure un profil arqué en « U » (76) pour les centrer sur lesdits cadres (2', 2") et ayant dans un tronçon intermédiaire des bras latéraux (77, 78) pour la suspension des poutres (72).
