Abstract
Description
- la figure 1 montre une coupe verticale de l'accompagnateur de tôles suivant la ligne I-I de la figure 3, en position de repos de la table accompagnatrice, associé à la table inférieure fixe d'une presse plieuse ;
- la figure 2 montre une coupe verticale de l'accompagnateur de tôles suivant la ligne I-I de la figure 3, la table accompagnatrice occupant une position fortement inclinée par rapport à l'horizontale au voisinage et au-dessus de la matrice de pliage ;
- la figure 3 est une vue en plan suivant la flèche III de la figure 1 d'une partie de l'accompagnateur de tôle, la table accompagnatrice pivotable y étant indiquée en pointillé pour rendre visible les éléments montés sur la structure de support ;
- la figure 4 est une vue en coupe verticale suivant la ligne IV-IV de la figure 3 et montrant la fixation de l'extrémité frontale de la table accompagnatrice sur un bloc de liaison solidaire de l'axe de pivotement de ladite table ;
- la figure 5 est une vue en plan d'une coupe suivant la ligne brisée V-V des figures 1 et 6 montrant les éléments pour le transfert horizontal et le déplacement vertical de la structure de support et des éléments montés sur celle-ci, et
- la figure 6 est une vue agrandie en élévation d'un détail délimité par le cercle VI de la figure 1.
Claims (9)
- Accompagnateur de tôle pour presse plieuse présentant une table fixe inférieure (3) porteuse sur sa face supérieure d'une matrice de pliage (4), accompagnateur du type comprenantune table accompagnatrice (5) susceptible de pivoter par son extrémité avant autour d'un axe horizontal de pivotement (6) ;un moyen de transfert latéral (8) monté sur une paroi frontale verticale (2) de la table inférieure (3) de façon à pouvoir se déplacer horizontalement le long de cette paroi frontale (2) ;un moyen de déplacement vertical (9) qui est porté par le moyen de transfert latéral (8), est mobile verticalement par rapport à ce dernier et est solidaire d'une structure de support (25) de la table accompagnatrice (5) et de son axe horizontal de pivotement (6) ; ainsi qu'un moyen de pivotement (11) de la table accompagnatrice (5) autour de son axe de pivotement (6),un moyen de déplacement horizontal (10) susceptible de déplacer horizontalement la table accompagnatrice (5) par rapport à la structure de support (25) de celle-ci et perpendiculairement à l'axe de pivotement (6), quela longueur active du moyen de pivotement (11) est variable entre son articulation fixe (43, 44) sur la structure de support (25) et son articulation mobile (38) sur la table accompagnatrice (5), et quel'articulation mobile (38) est susceptible de coulisser le long de ladite table (5) suivant une direction perpendiculaire à l'axe de pivotement (6) de cette table (5).
- Accompagnateur de tôle selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que
le moyen de déplacement horizontal (10) de la table accompagnatrice (5) comprend :à l'extrémité supérieure et à la face extérieure de chacune des plaques latérales (25b, 25c) de la structure de support (25), une paire de paliers (28, 29) dont les paliers (28a, 28b; 29a, 29b) sont écartés l'un de l'autre et alignés l'un sur l'autre suivant un axe horizontal perpendiculaire à la plaque frontale verticale (25a) de la structure de support,deux colonnes de réglage en profondeur (30a, 30b) dont chacune est logée de façon coulissante dans une paire correspondante de paliers (28, 29),un bras vertical transversal (31) reliant rigidement les extrémités frontales des deux colonnes de réglage (30a, 30b), etdes doigts latéraux de support (32a, 32b) fixés par leurs extrémités arrière sur la face supérieure (31a) du bras transversal (31) et comportant à chaque extrémité frontale, un palier (33a, 33b) recevant une extrémité correspondante de l'axe de pivotement (6) de la table accompagnatrice (5). - Accompagnateur de tôle selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé en ce que la partie supérieure des plaques latérales (25b, 25c) de la structure de support (25) dépasse vers le haut le bord supérieur de la plaque frontale (25a) de cette dernière et est légèrement en retrait par rapport audit bord,
et en ce que le bras transversal (31) est disposé au-dessus de la plaque frontale (25a) et devant les bords frontaux verticaux de la partie en retrait des plaques latérales (25b, 25c) de la structure de support (25). - Accompagnateur de tôle selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'extrémité frontale de la table accompagnatrice (5) est rendue solidaire de son axe de pivotement (6) par deux blocs de fixation (35a, 35b) traversés sans jeu par ledit axe (6) et fixés, d'une part, sur l'extrémité frontale de la table (5), et, d'autre part, sur l'axe (6) par des vis de blocage (36).
- Accompagnateur de tôle selon l'une des revendications 1, 2 et 4, caractérisé en ce que la table accompagnatrice (5) recouvre la structure de support (25) et les organes qui lui sont solidaires et qu'elle comprend une plaque supérieure plane (5a) bordée sur son pourtour rectangulaire par des plaques latérales (5b), frontale (5c) et arrière (5d) qui forment ensemble une sorte de jupe de faible hauteur.
- Accompagnateur de tôle selon l'une des revendications 1, 2, 4 et 5, caractérisé en ce qu'en position horizontale, la table accompagnatrice (5) repose par sa plaque supérieure plane (5a) sur les doigts de support (32a, 32b) et est retenue contre tout basculement vers l'arrière par l'axe de pivotement (6) logé dans les paliers (33a, 33b) desdits doigts (32a, 32b).
- Accompagnateur de tôle selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'articulation mobile (38) du moyen de pivotement (11) comprend, d'une part, une chape d'articulation (38a) montée à cheval sur une tige de guidage (39) prévue dans la partie centrale et sous la plaque supérieure (5a) de la table accompagnatrice (5) et, d'autre part, une pièce de liaison (38b) s'engageant partiellement dans la chape (38a) et reliée à celle-ci par un axe horizontal (38c) de façon à pouvoir pivoter par rapport à ladite chape (38a) sans gêner le coulissement de celle-ci sur la tige de guidage (39).
- Accompagnateur de tôle selon l'une des revendications 1 et 7, caractérisé en ce que le moyen de pivotement (11) comprend, en outre, une vis sans fin à billes (40) solidaire à son extrémité supérieure de la pièce de liaison (38b) ou de la chape (38a) de l'articulation mobile (38), un écrou à billes (41) coopérant avec ladite vis sans fin (40) et monté à poste fixe mais à pivotement sur la partie supérieure de la structure de support (25) de façon à pouvoir pivoter autour d'un axe horizontal (43, 44) parallèle à l'axe (38c) de l'articulation mobile (38), et un moteur d'entraínement (49) dont l'arbre de sortie porte une poulie (48) reliée par une courroie sans fin (47) à une poulie (46) solidaire de l'écrou (41) et traversée avec jeu par la vis sans fin à billes (40).
- Accompagnateur de tôle selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que l'écrou à billes (41) est monté dans une cage de pivotement (42) par l'intermédiaire d'un palier à roulement (45), que ladite cage (42) est articulée sur les plaques latérales (25b, 25c) de la structure de support (25) au moyen de boulons d'articulation (43, 44) et que le moteur d'entraínement (49) est également fixé sur ladite cage (42).
