Definitions
- the invention relates to a device for processing and / or processing of plate-shaped components on scaffolding, especially for one-sided Coating and bonding of insulation boards, preferably made of Mineral fibers, e.g. mineral wool slat panels on building exterior surfaces, with a support to accommodate at least one to be processed and / or processing component and a vessel for a coating composition, in particular an adhesive, preferably an adhesive mortar.
- insulation boards preferably made of Mineral fibers, e.g. mineral wool slat panels on building exterior surfaces
- a support to accommodate at least one to be processed and / or processing component and a vessel for a coating composition, in particular an adhesive, preferably an adhesive mortar.
- a thermal insulation composite system made of expanded polystyrene or mineral wool, for example rock wool or glass wool used.
- Insulation boards are of minor importance made of foam glass, aerated concrete, extruded polystyrene or the like.
- the Mineral wool insulation boards are differentiated according to their structure. These differences are based on the orientation of the individual fibers to the large ones Mineral wool insulation board surfaces. With so-called mineral wool insulation boards The fibers run mostly parallel to the large ones Surfaces, while the fibers in so-called mineral wool slat panels are stored steeply or at right angles to the large surfaces.
- the orientation of the fibers has a decisive influence on the transverse tensile strength of the panels.
- transverse tensile strengths of up to 30 kPa are achieved, while mineral wool lamella panels with bulk densities of approx. 75 kg / m 3 have transverse tensile strengths of more than 70 kPa.
- Such insulation boards made of expanded polystyrene or mineral wool Usually dimensions of approx. 800 mm x 600 mm. The dimensions are particularly by the use of standard euro pallets and limited space on scaffolding. With mineral wool slat panels, those in the required material thickness of plate-shaped primary material are separated, the usual dimensions of 1200 mm Length x 200 mm width x 40 - 300 mm thickness, preferably ⁇ 140 mm thickness, in particular also limited by the manufacturing technology common in Europe which the plate-shaped material has a maximum height of 200 mm. However, there are tendencies and efforts, also mineral wool slat panels with larger dimensions, especially larger widths to develop.
- Insulation boards are usually shrink-wrapped to around 400 - 600 mm high packaging units summarized.
- the insulation boards are there flat in the packaging unit.
- the packaging unit For safe transport and the corresponding Are stored on a pallet up to a height of approx.
- the transport unit can be held together by means of tensioning straps or the like can be secured.
- the envelope forms the actual one Weather protection for the insulation board.
- Mineral wool slat panels on the other hand, for reasons of production technology, in pairs lying side by side like insulation boards combined into packaging units, stacked and wrapped on pallets.
- the mineral wool slat panels are applied over the entire surface. permissible is also a partial application of the adhesive mortar on the surface and then pushing the mineral wool slat plates in the fresh adhesive layer.
- Mineral wool insulation boards must generally be secured with so-called insulation holders.
- the number of insulation holders required depends on the height of the building, the load of the thermal insulation composite system, the diameter of the holding plate of the insulation holder, the arrangement of the holding plate below or above the reinforced basic plaster layer, the edge zones of the building or in the area.
- the number of insulating material holders for mineral wool insulation boards varies between approx. 4 pieces / m 2 - approx. 14 pieces / m 2 .
- the insulation layer is covered by a layer of base plaster, in which is a reinforcement fabric, mostly woven from endless glass filaments, is embedded.
- a layer of plaster is applied over this.
- so-called thick-layer systems are based on the total thickness of the plaster layers with thicknesses of approx. 7 - 20 mm and so-called thin-layer systems differentiated with thicknesses of approx. 2 - approx. 7 mm.
- Thick-layer systems are based on mineral plasters. Thin film systems can be particularly produce with so-called synthetic resin plasters or fillers.
- Mineral plaster users have a comprehensive range of construction sites Technology, such as silo systems for dry mortar and conveyor systems for the continuously mixed adhesive mortar and plaster mix.
- This Technology is used in particular on medium and large construction sites for the Transport of the plaster or adhesive mortar used. It goes without saying very efficient to apply the adhesive mortar directly on the wall and the to press small-format mineral wool lamella sheets into them. With normal This technique is used less for insulation boards because here the More consumption of material seems to compensate for the time saved.
- the application technology but also brings with it risks, since the comparatively unwieldy Conveying and spraying technology depend on a certain minimum throughput is what is disadvantageous in adhesive technology, if the weather is bad too large surfaces are pretreated and the adhesive is already tightening or reduced its adhesiveness by wind and sun.
- customary application methods are known in which the the adhesive scaffold mixed with water or ready for use there adhesive material transported in buckets or mortar buckets under Using the usual tools, for example a trowel from the Container removed and on the insulation panels or mineral wool slat panels is distributed according to a predetermined pattern.
- a trowel from the Container removed and on the insulation panels or mineral wool slat panels is distributed according to a predetermined pattern.
- a special toothed trowel may be necessary with which the adhesive mortar can the individual fibers can be pressed in.
- a significant proportion of the mineral wool slat panels but is now provided with an adhesive primer, whereby the usual application technology without toothed trowel and without Incorporation of the adhesive mortar between the fibers can be applied.
- the containers with the adhesive mortar are placed on the coverings of the scaffolding, so that the craftsman moves down to the level of the covering must to remove adhesive mortar from the container, which he then on applies the insulation board or the mineral wool lamella board.

- the basket 55 is used to hold mineral wool slat plates 2, which is usually transported in packaging units on the scaffolding and processed there after opening the packaging.
- the mineral wool slat plates which are usually only 200 mm wide 2 in two rows next to each other in one packaging unit are arranged, but what for the workflow on the scaffolding is unfavorable.
- An ergonomically and procedurally cheaper solution consists of the mineral wool slat plates 2 in only one row per packaging unit stack on top of each other.
- the packaging unit is replaced by a Banderole, which can be narrower than the length of the mineral wool slat plates 2 held together.
- the banderole is made of PE shrink film, PP film, PE, paper, cellophane or similar packaging material, that for example at one point with the help of an adhesive Adhesive tape or be held together by spot welding. An envelope can be opened easily by pulling apart become. Tools such as knives are not required.
- stretch films made of PE can be glued or welded to be dispensed with.
- a packaging unit designed in this way is placed in the basket 55.
- the Basket 55 is made of a wire mesh to achieve a low weight.
