Claims (25)
- Vorrichtung zur Bearbeitung und/oder Verarbeitung von plattenförmigen Bauelementen auf Baugerüsten, insbesondere zur einseitigen Beschichtung und Verklebung von Dämmstoffplatten, vorzugsweise aus Mineralfasern, beispielsweise Mineralwolle-Lamellenplatten auf Gebäudeaußenflächen, mit einer Auflage zur Aufnahme mindestens eines zu bearbeitenden und/oder verarbeitenden Bauelementes,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auflage (22) an einem auf einem Boden (15) des Baugerüstes aufstellbaren, insbesondere lotrecht ausgerichteten Stützelement (4) angeordnet ist und
dass das Stützelement (4) über Halteelemente (7,9)) mit einer Brüstung des Baugerüstes verbunden ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Stützelement (4) als Rahmen (3) ausgebildet ist, der zumindest ein horizontal ausgerichtetes Rohr (5) und zumindest zwei, am horizontal ausgerichteten Rohr (5) befestigte vertikal ausgerichtete Rohre (6) aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rahmen (3) über zumindest zwei eine Geländerstange (13) der Brüstung umgreifende Befestigungsschellen (9) am Baugerüst abgestützt und befestigt ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auflage (22) höhenverstellbar und arretierbar am Stützelement (4) angeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Stützelement (4) ein Fahrwerk aufweist, mit dem es entlang des Bodens (15) des Baugerüstes, vorzugsweise parallel zur Brüstung verfahrbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auflage (22) eine Arbeitsplatte (23) aufweist, auf die ein Bauelement bzw. ein Stapel von zumindest zwei Bauelementen zur Bearbeitung abgelegt werden kann bzw. können. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Arbeitsplatte (23) auf zwei Kragarmen (19) aufgelegt ist, die am Stützelement (4) befestigt sind und zusammen mit der Arbeitsplatte (23) die Auflage (22) bilden. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Arbeitsplatte (23) an ihrer den Kragarmen (19) zugewandten Fläche zumindest einen, vorzugsweise zwei Zapfen (26) je Kragarm (19) aufweisen, die in korrespondierende Aufnahmen (27) in den Kragarmen (19) einsteckbar sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Arbeitsplatte (23) drehbar in der Auflage (22) gelagert ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Arbeitsplatte (23) Bestandteil eines Verarbeitungswerkzeuges (28) ist, mit welchem ein zu bearbeitendes und/oder zu verarbeitende Bauelement transportierbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auflage (22) Arretierungsmittel für das Bauelement aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Arretierungsmittel als zumindest zwei Anschlagleisten (25) ausgebildet sind, die an zwei rechtwinklig zueinander ausgerichteten Längskanten der Arbeitsplatte (23) befestigt sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Arretierungsmittel als aus der Arbeitsplatte (23) im wesentlichen rechtwinklig hervorstehende Stifte ausgebildet sind, die in das Bauelement, insbesondere eine Dämmstoffplatte (2) eindrückbar sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verarbeitungswerkzeug (28) auf seiner der Arbeitsplatte (23) gegenüberliegenden Seite zumindest eine Handhabe, insbesondere einen Handgriff aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Handgriff relativ zur Arbeitsplatte (23) verstellbar, insbesondere verdrehbar angeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Arbeitsplatte (23) mit ihrer mit der Auflage (22) in Verbindung stehenden Fläche auf einem Gleitbelag (32) aufliegt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Arbeitspatte (23) mehrteilig, insbesondere zweiteilig ausgebildet ist, wobei die Arbeitsplattenteile miteinander verbindbar sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auflage (22) eine Einrichtung zur Festlegung und/oder Prüfung einer hinsichtlich der Dicke ihres Materialauftrags gleichmäßigen Beschichtung aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 18,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einrichtung aus einer seitlich an der Auflage (22) angeordneten Halterung mit einer rechtwinklig dazu ausgerichteten Lehre besteht, wobei die Lehre im wesentlichen parallel zur Auflagefläche der Auflage (22) ausgerichtet und hinsichtlich ihrer Anordnung relativ zur Auflage (22) verstellbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der Auflage (22) eine Einrichtung (33) zur bestimmungsgemäßen Anordnung von Klebermassen auf dem Bauelement angeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 20,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einrichtung (33) eine in ihrem Abstand zur Auflage veränderbare Schablone (34) aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auflage (22) aus einzelnen klappbar miteinander verbundenen Einzelelementen besteht. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verarbeitungswerkzeug (28) als Drehteller ausgebildet ist, der in einer an der Auflage (22) befestigten Lagerung drehbar gelagert ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 23,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lagerung aus Kunststoffelementen besteht, die einerseits an einem Zapfen (30) des Drehtellers und andererseits in einer Hülse an der Auflage (22) angeordnet sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an dem Stützelement (4), insbesondere im Bereich der Auflage (22) zumindest eine Einrichtung zur Aufnahme von Verpackungseinheiten mit einer Mehrzahl von zu bearbeitenden und/oder zu verarbeitenden Bauelementen, insbesondere Mineralwollelamellenplatten (2) und/oder zumindest ein Behälter zur Aufnahme von Bearbeitungs- und/oder Verarbeitungsmaterialien, wie beispielsweise Klebermassen, mechanische Befestigungselementen und/oder dem Abfallwirtschaftskreislauf zuführbare Verpackungsmaterialien und/oder sonstige Abfälle angeordnet ist.
