Definitions
- the present invention relates to a set of structures particularly suitable for the installation of wet rooms and the mounting process relative.
- a disadvantage of this type of soil is represented by the fact that often - to through the gaps between one tile and the other and because of the detachment of these - it allows the passage of infiltrations which, especially in the naval sector, can cause corrosion of the load-bearing structures of the bridge which is below.
- the tiles can generate other defects, such as the bulge of the patching which is below.
- tile floor is generated by the technique itself for mounting the entire metal structure (partition walls in aluminum) and the various tools directly installed on the deck which located below, to which they are fixed by welding, transmitting and disproportionately amplifying to the bridges which are above and below any type of noise related to the activities taking place on the premises wet.
- a disadvantage of the known continuous resin-based soil is the fact that its realization must be completed when the room is empty, before the installation of separation panels and auxiliary installations; therefore, all successive machining for the completion of the local will charge the soil, inevitably damaging the soil in question.
- a further disadvantage of the known continuous soil is represented by the maintenance randomness of perfect adhesion in the contact zones between the ground and metal elements. Where moisture is penetrated, it is not easy to eliminate it and dismantle the bordering areas affected by infiltration, in order to prevent the latter from damaging the materials, causing early aging of limiting metallic structures and, in particular on board ships, corrosion of the deck plate: in For 10 years, the sheet metal of the bridge can be drilled.
- the object of the present invention is to provide an arrangement which allows the implementation of a soil capable of solving the above-mentioned drawbacks and, above all, which is at the same time able to provide a light structure, easy to assemble and with the desired characteristics waterproofing and sound insulation required in the premises wet, especially on board ships.
- the assembly of the structures is much easier compared to the technique known, since we start with the mounting of a profile limitation or stun directly on the structure below, or sheet metal of the bridge, easily performing its perfect leveling, possibly interposing appropriate shims. Then we do the sealing and fixing the stanchion on the sheet metal of the bridge, using products structural adhesives.
- the advantage obtained by the inclination of the lower edge of the profiles consists in increasing the zone of contact with the ground, constituted by a resin conveniently loaded with special binders, to allow spreading the resin on the edge of the profile, to prevent further, thanks to the vast extent of the overlapping surface, the formation of slits between the profile and the ground and, finally, to make the realization less critical exact level of the resin on the base of the profile, ensuring small machining error tolerance.
- the ground-profile alignment should prove to be imperfect, the error would be accepted, in accordance with the standards sanitary, since it would be possible to clean it anyway perfectly and that, from an aesthetic point of view, its appearance would be pleasant.
- Another advantage is represented by the simplicity of a possible resin recovery, in case of limited adhesion problems and / or damage to the ground, possibly caused by severe impact concentrates, cuts, sabotages. Indeed, in this case it will suffice to perform locally cut using a "cutter" to remove the section of corresponding material and perform the restoration of the resin in the damaged area, while guaranteeing the result.
- a further advantage of the structures according to the present invention is due to the fact that the assembly is lighter compared to the known technique; mostly with regard to the soil, a reduction in weight of about 60% is obtained relative to the weight according to the known technique.
- the chutes intended for the drainage of water are practically tanks in one piece of stainless steel and, where possible, are joined to the coffered bases.
- Another advantage obtained with the present invention is the fact that, thanks to the chute mounted so as to adhere to the ground, it facilitates the realization of the necessary slope and improving the sealing and conveying of flows towards landfills.
- the panels consist of a visible surface made of sheet steel stainless steel and by a rear surface in galvanized sheet, since we have inserted inside an embossed aluminum reinforcement panel, to give to the panel the necessary rigidity.
- the panels are fixed to the rear of the partitions, using C-shaped elements and support shelves.
- the stainless steel surface is previously degreased and rendered rough - so that the surface of the edge in contact with the ground is more rough - so that it is rougher than the satin finish original sheet metal, to be able to guarantee better adhesion.
- the method of assembling the structures, according to the present invention is the next, for example on board a ship.
- the adhesion promoter product consists of a compound with two xylan-based components.
- the adhesives used are polyurethane structural adhesive products with a single component; we can for example use the product known as trade name of Sicaflex 252 which is used not only in as an adhesive but also as a sealant.
- the patching consists of a two-component epoxy-polyurethane material, loaded with expanded micro-cellular aluminate fillers, which lighten the compound, so that its density reaches 0.9 Kg / m 2 .
- the top coat consisting of a two-component polyurethane resin, also having a decorative function, has a density of 1.2 Kg / m 2 .
- Figure 1 is an overall vertical section of a structure mounted according to the present invention, in which the coupling of the ground in resin 1 with a wall 2 and a ceiling 3, inside a sheet metal of the deck 7 and a partition 8.
- the stanchion 9 the profile of which is indicated more clearly in FIG. 11, is glued to the plate of deck 7 with its horizontal lower edge 10.
- the profile of the stanchion 9 continues with a flange 11, inclined by about 45 °, having a height equal to that provided for the ground 1, intended to be timely treatment to improve grip on the ground 1.
- the profile is rounded, to facilitate the successive cleaning of the room.
- the profile of the stanchion 9 follows a vertical course 14 sufficiently high, so as to prevent the passage of any infiltration.
- the frame 9 ends with an inclined edge 15, so that any moisture that may form on the walls 2, does not flow in the gap between the wall 2 and the partition 8, but that it descends to inside the room.
- the stanchion 9 has a horizontal rim 16, capable of being fixed by means of elements 17, to partition 8.
- Figure 2 is similar to Figure 1; it shows a base to boxes 20 with incorporated chute 21, best shown in the figures 15 and 16. On the coffered base 20 an element is indicated layout 22.
- the coffered base 20, illustrated in FIG. 2 is adjacent to etambrai 9 and its profile 23, towards étambrai 9, is complementary to the profile from Étambrai 9, to join it perfectly.
- the coffered base 20 is approached the étambrai 9, without being an integral part of the latter.
- the box base 20 is closed on all sides. It is stuck directly on the sheet metal of deck 7, in correspondence of the sections horizontal in contact with the deck plate 7.
- the coffered base 20 When the coffered base 20 is adjacent to the frame 9, it is fixed on the latter, by spot welding, then sealed with products adhesives.
- Figure 3 illustrates a section similar to that of Figure 1, in which the coffered base 20 with trough 21 is insulated with respect to etambrai 9.
- the coffered base 20 is always closed and, at the place where the chute 21 missing, in correspondence of the foot, there is a profile identical to that of Étambrai, in sections 10, 11, 12, 13.
- FIG. 4 illustrates, in horizontal section, a panel 25 of the structure.
- the thickness of the stainless steel sheet 26 is 8/10 mm.
- the thickness of the galvanized sheet 27 is 6/10 mm.
- the thickness of the internal aluminum gored sheet 28 is 0.3 mm.
- the height of the Greek is 15 mm.
- FIG. 5 is a vertical section of the panel 25.
- the panel 25 ends only with the sheet stainless steel 26, conveniently folded.
- the shape of the edges of the stainless steel sheet 26 is fundamental for coupling of the panels 25; indeed, we install and glue the sheet in stainless steel 26, while the rear parts 27 and 28 remain free edges and independent.
- the dimensions of the panel 25 vary according to the requirements: generally the panel is rectangular and its dimensions are 2 m. x 0.9 m. approximately, with the long side in an upright position.
- the two edges of the long sides 29 and 30, which can be observed in section in Figure 4, are complementary to each other, in order to guarantee a perfect approximation of adjacent panels.
- the edges 29 and 30 form a tooth, thanks to four folds at 90 °.
- the stainless steel sheet 26 of the two edges 31 and 32 of the short sides of the panel, illustrated in figure 5, is folded back towards the back with a inclination equal to that of the inclined edge 15 of the stanchion. Indeed, at the time of the assembly, the lower edge 32 rests on the inclined edge 15 of the stanchion, joining perfectly with the latter.
- FIG. 6 illustrates a connecting element 33 made of stainless steel for the connection between two adjacent panels 25, when the wall 2, seen in plane, forms an internal angle. In correspondence of the vertex of the angle, the sheet metal is rounded, to facilitate cleaning operations.
- the two edges terminals 35, 36 of element 33 are complementary, like the edges 29, 30, so that they can join perfectly with the panels 25.
- FIG. 7 illustrates a similar connection element 34, to be used in correspondence of an external edge of the wall 2.
- the two end edges 35 ', 36' of the element 34 are complementary, as are the edges 29 and 30, so that they can join perfectly with the panels 25.
- the edge does not need to be rounded, since it is an edge protruding and therefore even if it is 90 ° it is possible to clean perfectly.
- the edge since it is bent sheet metal, the edge is never a sharp edge.
- the elements 33 and 34 are not “sandwiched”, but in single sheet, being given that they are rigid enough to support themselves, being given that their folds give them sufficient robustness. They measure approximately 150 m. x 150 m.
- Figure 8 shows, in horizontal section, the union between two panels 25 and 25 'from wall 2. As you can see, the two sections fit together and the edges 29, 30 make it possible to obtain perfect coupling. In back, an edge of the edge 30 of the panel 25 is connected to a C 18 element, support.
- the panel 25 is fixed using a screw 63 which connects the projecting flange 64 of the edge 30 and element 18, embed the shaped edge 29 of the adjacent panel 25 'in the edge 30 of the panel 25, so that this embedding guarantees fixation.
- the panel 25 ' will in turn be better blocked by fixing, in the same way by means of a screw, its edge 30 '(not illustrated) to its other end with another element 18, thus blocking the panel 25 ' on both sides.
- the panels 25 are fixed on the stanchion 9 and, at the rear, they are fixed on C elements, generally in correspondence of two intermediate points of the panel 25.
- Figure 9 shows in perspective a detail of the coupling of Figure 8, in correspondence of the upper end of the panels, with the edge upper 31 folded.
- Figure 10 is a horizontal section of a double wall, consisting of two single panels 25 “and 25" 'of vertical wall, united by one element prefabricated 38.
- the double wall 25 “, 25” ' is used when it is necessary to separate two rooms, without the support of partitions 8 intermediate.
- the prefabricated element 38 which closes the walls 25 “, 25” 'at the ends, is made of sheet steel stainless, with uniform thickness.
- FIG. 11 is illustrated, in vertical section, the profile of a stirrup 9.
- Figures 12, 13 and 14 are details of the stud components, provided prefabricated and used in special cases.
- the element of stem 39 illustrated in FIG. 12 is used in correspondence with a internal angle of the perimeter.
- the frame element 40 illustrated in FIG. 13 is used in correspondence of an external edge of the perimeter.
- the stud component 41 illustrated in Figure 14 is used where the mounting 25 ", 25" 'double wall is planned.
- FIGS 15 and 16 illustrate the coffered base 20 with chute incorporated 21.
- Said base 20 is open only in base correspondence, i.e. the lower side which will be closed by the sheet metal of the bridge and sealed on it.
- FIG. 17 is a vertical section of an insulated chute 42, indicated by perspective in figure 20.
- the chute 42 is provided with the surface lower completely closed. Since scuppers 43 (see Figure 2) are previously installed on the sheet metal of the bridge, it would be very critical to make correspond exactly to this a hole already provided on the chute 42. By Therefore, after mounting the chute 42, it is preferable to raise the scaffold position 43 and, only after installation, drill the hole on chute 42, exactly in line with scuppers 43, then weld the scuppers 43 in the exact position.
- the two edges have a profile 10 ', 11', 12 ', 10 ", 11", 12 ", similar to that of stern 9, with the two sections 11 ', 11 ", tilted outwards.
- chute may have to follow deviations, with an angular course, for reasons of simplicity are provided standard prefabricated elements with 90 ° angles: for example in L, indicated by the number 44 in figure 18, or in T, indicated by the number 45 in Figure 19.
- FIGS 23 and 24 illustrate, in vertical section and in perspective, a chute cover 48.
- the latter must be placed on the troughs 21 or 42, like a cover.
- It is made of stainless steel sheet having a thickness of 3 mm., normally with elements of 300 mm. It is devoid of nails or other accessories and it is produced only by folding and punching for the production of holes 49, suitable for allowing the passage of liquids in the troughs 21 or 42.
- Figure 25 shows in detail the attachment of a wall 2 to a partition aft 8 or a bridge above it. Behind the wall 2 are screwed or glued C-shaped elements in galvanized steel, marked with the number 18, since it is preferable to avoid welding on stainless steel. An element 18 is reproduced in section in FIG. 27.
- Each element 18 in C is welded on two support shelves 19 in steel zinc-plated, normally U-shaped or L-shaped, which in turn is welded to the bulkhead 8 or on the deck above, by means of the welds shown in the figure.
- the panels are thus fixed extremely precise.
- Figure 26 illustrates the corner attachment of the wall 2 and the ceiling 3 against the rear partition 8.
- an element of special fastener 50 shown separately in Figure 28, consisting of two C-shaped elements, cut and welded at 90 °. In reality, it is only one prefabricated part, specially folded.
- the support shelf 51 is suitably more as long as the shelves 19.
- Profile 53 supplied prefabricated and the length of which used in the trade is 2 m., ensures that the wall-ceiling edge is rounded, in order to meet the standards.
