Abstract
Description
Aus DE 43 24 234.0 ist ein Fräsbrecher für den Straßen- und Wegebau mit einer mit Fräsmeißeln bestückten, angetriebenen Walze bekannt. Die Walze trägt auf ihrem Umfang eine große Anzahl von Halterungen, in die jeweils ein Rundschaft-Fräsmeißel eingesetzt ist. Außerdem sind auf der Mantelfläche der Walze über den Walzenumfang und in Querrichtung der Walze verteilte Brecherelemente angebracht. Anders als die Fräsmeißel sind die Brecherelemente in auf der Mantelfläche gebildete Ausnehmungen eingesetzt und mit einem Bolzen in der Walze lösbar befestigt. Die Meißel dienen z.B. zum Abfräsen einer Straßendecke aus Aspalt oder Beton, während die Brecherelemente vermeiden sollen, daß sich grobes abgefrästes Material zwischen die Meißelhalter setzt, und durch ihr Zusammenwirken mit der Brecherleiste dazu dienen, dieses grobe Material auf eine gewünschte Maximalkorngröße zu brechen. Obgleich bei dieser Walze mit den Fräsmeißeln und Brecherelementen zwei unterschiedliche Werkzeuge zum Einsatz kommen, ist die Anpassungsfähigkeit der Walze an veränderte oder neue Fräs- und Brecheraufgaben begrenzt. So kann das Verhältnis der Anzahl der beiden Werkzeuge auf der Walze nur dadurch verändert werden, daß die Halterungen und/oder Ausnehmungen für die beiden Werkzeugarten teilweise unbestückt bleiben, wodurch allerdings die Leistungsfähigkeit der Walze beeinträchtigt wird. Auch besteht dann die Gefahr, daß sich unbestückte Halterungen beim Fräsbetrieb mit Feinmaterial/Bitumen zusetzen, zur Wiederbestückung gereinigt werden müssen und sich abnutzen. Ein weiterer Nachteil der bekannten Fräsbrecherwalze besteht darin, daß die Brecherwirkung durch das Zusammenspiel der Brecherelemente mit der Brecherleiste unzureichend ist.
Claims (12)
- Mit Werkzeugen bestückte Walze für mobile Arbeitsmaschinen, insbesondere für den Straßen- und Wegebau, auf deren Mantelfläche (2a) Spannboxen (3) längs wenigstens einer schraubenförmigen Spur (33) aufgeschweißt sind und die Werkzeuge in die Spannboxen eingespannt sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in den auf der schraubenförmigen Spur (33) angeordneten Spannboxen (3) zwei oder mehr Arten unterschiedlich ausgebildeter Werkzeuge (7,16; 28,29; 31,32) in Mischung angebracht sind.
- Walze nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die verschiedenartigen Werkzeuge (31) bei gleich ausgebildetem Spannteil (31') unterschiedlich ausgebildete Arbeitsteile (32) aufweisen.
- Walze nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Werkzeuge (31) wenigstens einer Werkzeugart einteilig ausgebildet sind.
- Walze nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß axialsymmetrische, zweiteilig ausgebildete Werkzeuge (7,16) und nicht-axialsymmetrische, einteilig ausgebildete Werkzeuge (31,31') angebracht sind.
- Walze nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an dem Spannteil (31') des Werkzeugs (31) ein bis drei Keile (10) ausgebildet sind, in jeder Spannbox (3) eine bis drei Aufnahme(n) (11) für den bzw. die Keil(e) (10) des Spannteils (31') ausgebildet sind und der Spannteil (31') des Werkzeugs und die Spannbox (3) durch ein Spannmittel in gegenseitigem Keileingriff gehalten sind.
- Walze nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an dem Spannteil (31') des Werkzeugs (31) zwei zu seiner Mittelebene symmetrische Keile (10) ausgebildet sind und jede Spannbox (3) zwei mit den Keilen zusammenwirkende Aufnahmen (11) enthält.
- Mit Werkzeugen bestückte Walze für mobile Arbeitsmaschinen, insbesondere für den Straßen- und Wegebau, bei der auf die Mantelfläche (2a) der Walze längs wenigstens einer schraubenförmigen Spur (33) Spannboxen (3) befestigt sind und die Werkzeuge in die Spannboxen (3) wenigstens zum Teil mittels Wechselhalter (4) eingespannt sind, wobei an jedem Wechselhalter (4) ein bis drei Keil(e) (10) ausgebildet sind, in jeder Spannbox (3) Aufnahmen (11) für den bzw. die Keil(e) (10) des Wechselhalters ausgebildet sind und der Wechselhalter (4) und die Spannbox (3) durch ein Spannmittel (5) in gegenseitigem Keileingriff gehalten sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf den in die Spannboxen (3) eingespannten Wechselhaltern (4) zwei oder mehr Arten unterschiedlich ausgebildeter Werkzeuge (7,16; 28,29; 31,32) in Mischung angebracht sind.
- Walze nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Werkzeuge (28,29; 31,32) wenigstens einer Werkzeugart mit dem Wechselhalter (4) unlösbar oder unbeweglich, aber lösbar verbunden sind.
- Walze nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an dem Wechselhalter (4) zwei zu seiner Mittelebene (9) symmetrische Keile (10) ausgebildet sind und jede Spannbox (3) zwei mit den Keilen (10) zusammenwirkende Aufnahmen (11) enthält.
- Walze nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Höhen h der eingesetzten Werkzeuge (7,16; 31,32; 28,29) verschiedener Werkzeugarten im wesentlichen gleich sind.
- Walze nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Werkzeuge der beiden Werkzeugarten drehbar gehalterte Rundschaftmeißel (7,16) und unbeweglich gehalterte Flachmeißel (31; 29) sind.
- Walze nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steigung a/b der schraubenförmigen Spur (33), längs der die Spannboxen (3) angeordnet sind, in dem Bereich von 0,22 bis 1,0 liegt.
