Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft ein Kühlmöbel aufweisend einen Isolierkörper mit einem ein- oder mehrstückigen Rahmen.
- Unter dem Begriff "Kühlmöbel" seien zumindest teilweise gekühlte - Möbel jeglicher Art, die der Präsentation und/oder Lagerung von Waren dienen, insbesondere (Tiefkühl- bzw. Kühl)Regale bzw. -schränke, (Tiefkühlbzw. Kühl)Truhen, (Tiefkühl- bzw. Kühl)lnseln, (Kühl)Theken, etc., zu verstehen.
- Die Isolierkörper derartiger Kühlmöbel werden aus plattenförmigen Bauteilen, beispielsweise aus Blech, verzinktem oder lackiertem Stahl oder Aluminium, so zusammengebaut, dass zwischen der Innen- und Außenwand ein Hohlraum verbleibt. Dieser wird mit einem (tragenden) Isolierschaum ausgefüllt. Hierbei kommt als Isolierschaum vorzugsweise ein PU-(Hart)Schaum zur Anwendung. Des Weiteren werden derartige Isolierkörper auch in Form von Wannen aus Polyesterharz, alubeschichteten Kartons oder - beispielsweise als Seitenwände - Kunststoff-Saugteilen ausgeführt.
- Aus Umweltschutzgründen ist man bestrebt, den Einsatz derartiger PU-(Hart)Schäume zu reduzieren bzw. gänzlich auf derartige PU-(Hart)Schäume zu verzichten.

EP 0 794 312 A1 beschreibt eine schallgedämmte Stahlmöbeltür aus zwei Blechschalen mit einer als Schalldämmung eingeklebten Wabenpappe in einer wasserdichten Folienhülle. Verglichen mit dem Stand der Technik soll durch die wasserdichte Folienhülle eine zuvor erforderliche Imprägnierung per Wellpappe mit Phenolharz oder einem Antischimmelmittel vermieden werden. -
EP 0 654 642 A1 beschreibt ein Kühlmöbel mit einem Isolierkörper zum Abdecken, aufweisend einen Wabenkarton und eine Beplankung, wobei die Beplankung seitlich über den Wabenkarton gezogen sein kann. -

EP 0 568 270 A1 beschreibt eine Verbundmaterialtafel für den Trockenbau, deren Außenhäute aus mit Harz imprägniertem Wellkartonmaterial gebildet sind. Das Harz gibt dem Wellkartonmaterial die für die Außenhaut einer Trockenbautafel erforderliche Festigkeit. - Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es, ein gattungsgemäße Kühlmöbel mit Isolierkörper anzugeben, bei dessen Herstellung auf den Einsatz von PU-(Hart)Schäumen verzichtet werden kann. Zudem soll der Isolierkörper des erfindungsgemäßen Kühlmöbels eine größere Variabilität hinsichtlich seiner Formgestaltung besitzen.
- Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe wird ein Kühlmöbel gemäß Anspruch 1 vorgeschlagen.
- Im Regelfall wird die Beplankung jedoch beidseitig vorgesehen werden, um einen geschlossenen Korpus zu erhalten.
- Ein Verfahren zum Herstellen eines lsolierkörpers, bei dem zunächst der Wabenkarton in dem ein- oder mehrstückigen Rahmen angeordnet und mit einem Füllmaterial, vorzugsweise mit Styroporkugeln befüllt wird, ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der lsolierkörper zumindest so stark erwärmt wird, dass das Füllmaterial mit dem Wabenkarton und/oder dem Rahmen verschmilzt.
- Der Isolierkörper des erfindungsgemäßen Kühlmöbels kann aufgrund seines Aufbaus in nahezu jede beliebige bzw. gewünschte Form gebracht werden. Dadurch wird seine Verwendung in allen denkbaren Arten von Warenpräsentationsmöbeln möglich.
- Der Wabenkarton weist - entsprechend einer vorteilhaften Ausgestaltung des Isolierkörpers - eine Dicke zwischen 30 und 70 mm, vorzugsweise zwischen 50 und 60 mm auf.
- Der Wabenkarton ist mit einem Harz, insbesondere einem Epoxydharz behandelt. Dadurch wird sichergestellt, dass er die ihm vorgegebene bzw. aufgezwungene Form dauerhaft beibehält.
- Die vorzusehende Beplankung kann in Form eines Bleches, eines Kunststoffes oder eines Materiales, das die erforderlichen Eigenschaften aufweist, ausgebildet sein. Die Wahl des Materiales wird in erster Linie davon abhängen, an welcher Stelle des Warenpräsentationsmöbels der lsolierkörper vorgesehen wird.
- Zur Verbesserung der lsolierwirkung wird der Wabenkarton mit einem Füllmaterial, beispielsweise mit Styroporkugeln befüllt.
- Wird nun der lsolierkörper zumindest so stark erwärmt, dass dieses Füllmaterial mit dem Wabenkarton und/oder dem Rahmen verschmilzt, so kann dadurch eine noch bessere Isolierung - verglichen mit einem Herstellungsverfahren, bei dem auf diese Erwärmung verzichtet wird, - erzielt werden.
- Der ein- oder mehrstückige Rahmen des Isolierkörpers besteht vorzugsweise aus einem Metall, beispielsweise Blech, oder einem geeigneten Kunststoffmaterial.
- Sofern der Rahmen mehrstückig ausgebildet ist, kann das Verbinden der einzelnen Rahmenteile durch verkleben und/oder ineinanderstecken erfolgen.
- Der Isolierkörper des erfindungsgemäßen Kühlmöbels ermöglicht es, auch vergleichsweise komplizierte und bisher in der Herstellung aufwendige Formen von Isolierkörpern kostengünstig und prozesstechnisch einfach zu fertigen. Des Weiteren entfallen die bisher erforderlichen komplizierten und vergleichsweise teuren Schäumformen. Auf den Einsatz des umweltschädigenden PU-(Hart)Schaumes kann dabei gänzlich verzichtet werden.
Claims (3)
- Kühlmöbel, aufweisend einen Isolierkörper mit einem ein- oder mehrstückigen Rahmen, wenigstens einem darin angeordneten Wabenkarton und einer wenigstens einseitigen Beplankung, wobei der Wabenkarton mit einem Harz, vorzugsweise einem Epoxydharz derart behandelt ist, dass er die ihm vorgegebene bzw. aufgezwungene Form dauerhaft beibehält, wobei der Wabenkarton eine Dicke zwischen 30 und 70 mm, vorzugsweise zwischen 50 und 60 mm aufweist, wobei der Wabenkarton zur Verbesserung der lsolierwirkung mit einem Füllmaterial, vorzugsweise mit Styroporkugeln, befüllt ist und wobei die Beplankung in Form eines Bleches oder eines Kunststoffs ausgebildet ist.
- Kühlmöbel nach Anspruch 1, wobei der ein- oder mehrstückige Rahmen aus einem Metall oder einem Kunststoff besteht.
- Kühlmöbel nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei das Füllmaterial mit dem Wabenkarton und/oder dem Rahmen zu einer noch besseren Isolierung verschmolzen ist.
