Claims (8)
- Isolierkörper mit einem ein- oder mehrstückigen Rahmen, wenigstens einem darin angeordneten Wabenkarton und einer wenigstens einseitigen Beplankung.
- Isolierkörper nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Wabenkarton eine Dicke zwischen 30 und 70 mm, vorzugsweise zwischen 50 und 60 mm aufweist.
- Isolierkörper nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Wabenkarton mit einem Harz, vorzugsweise einem Epoxydharz behandelt ist.
- Isolierkörper nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Wabenkarton mit einem Füllmaterial, vorzugsweise mit Styroporkugeln, befüllt ist.
- Isolierkörper nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Beplankung in Form eines Bleches, Kunststoffes, etc. ausgebildet ist.
- Isolierkörper nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der ein- oder mehrstückige Rahmen aus einem Metall oder einem Kunststoff besteht.
- Warenpräsentationsmöbel mit einem ein- oder mehrstückigen Isolierkörper, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es einen Isolierkörper nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche aufweist.
- Verfahren zum Herstellen eines Isolierkörpers nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, wobei zunächst der Wabenkarton in dem ein- oder mehrstückigen Rahmen angeordnet und mit einem Füllmaterial, vorzugsweise mit Styroporkugeln befüllt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Isolierkörper zumindest so stark erwärmt wird, dass das Füllmaterial mit dem Wabenkarton und/oder dem Rahmen verschmilzt.
